I just finished a 6 week fitness program and in that time I've lost 20lbs, Zack and Chandler have taken the time to help with getting me started by setting nutrition goals and a weekly workout routine.

My time at BEST has been a great experience. It's been great to meet new people, but you can also often book times where you have the whole space to yourself (which is pretty sweet if you have your own music).
I also feel like the workout programs work very well for me, with consistent progress. Accountability is a big thing for Zach, so you better be ready to stay committed!

I have been training at Best for 100 days. I am so glad that I took the step I needed to get started here. The best thing I like about Best is it isn't a commercial gym. At Best they work with your ability to do exercises that work for you. When I first started I couldn't get on and off the floor. So I started on a table. But I decided in October that my goal was to try getting on and off the floor. So thanks to best I do it on a daily basis. I have made knew friends and we all help each other if we forget how to do a exercise or what was next on the schedule. If I can't make it to class I am able to go on my own time and I know exactly what I need to do. Plus they check in on you if you haven't made your classes or checked in. They help you stay consistent with your goals.

This is the best workout I’ve had since high school and by far the most enjoyable. Not only do Nick and Zach offer amazing workouts and nutrition advice, but they also make it fun!

I have just completed 100 training sessions at BEST. I like the challenge, comradery and the way I feel after a workout. Coaches are great! I would recommend BEST program to anyone who wants to get and stay in shape!

Zack and nick are the BEST! Each workout is tailored to individual needs and anything can be modified. Sure, you could go to the typical gym and do a workout but, are you doing it correct? Are you working the right muscles to achieve the best results? Are you making sure your in the best position to avoid injury? At BEST, you never have to worry about that because your trainer is right there with you making sure you get the BEST possible workout.

Zach’s approach to strength training has been an eye opening experience from the get go. In the past I have tried almost every method of losing weight/lifting and have never once felt satisfied with the results. Finally a workout that not only fits my needs, but my wife’s as well. We have gained so much in so little time and to finally see the results that we have so long wanted, it’s incredible. This is by far the “best” gym I’ve ever worked out. Zach and his team are very in tune to each individual’s ability and adjust each workout accordingly. The small group setting is conducive for all ages and workout levels and allows for one on one attention. Zach’s nutritional advice, combined with my workouts, have helped me reach goals I haven’t otherwise been able to achieve. And the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly!

Best trainer I ever had. He knows exactly what he's doing and makes sure you get it done. I guarantee you will see results regardless of what your goals are. I trained with Zach in the spring of 2013 and loved it. He promised on Day 1 that I would never be sore from a workout with him, and I never was. His outstanding knowledge of physiology and nutrition, combined with keen timing and evaluation, was showcased by the weight training program he created for my boyfriend and me. I built muscle and strength and became able to lift far more weight than I would have thought possible when I started. Zach answered all my questions about how to do an exercise, why it was important, what was best to eat (or not eat), and any other issue that came up. Although I moved away shortly after beginning training with Byler Elite Strength Training, I remain a "BEST-ie". The muscle base I built while training under Zach's attentive eye carried me forward with a strong body into the fitness regime I still enjoy today.
