At CAPS Fieldhouse, our goal is to provide Northeast Ohio with the opportunity to enjoy their passion and culture of sports, physical fitness, and entertainment, in a family-friendly environment. With 80,000 square feet of space suitable to multiple field sports, performance training, and organization rentals, we accommodate, train, and facilitate the goals of all athletes from beginner to pro.

We recently had the pleasure of decorating for the Cleveland Momโs Spooktacular event, and as always, the experience at the Field house was fantastic! The staff went above and beyondโallowing us to drop off decorations late the night before and letting us in early on event day to start setting up.
Their support and flexibility made the process smooth and enjoyable. We always love working in this space and are already looking forward to the next event!

My girls have played for CAPS FC for years! The staff is amazing from the coaches, to the front of house and the grill staff. With so many families, players and adults leagues playing throughout the day they handle every event and issue with consistency and respect!

There is absolutely no customer satisfaction at this facility! Every week, we arrived early, yet they always started our game late. This week, we arrived a bit late, and just because of that, they made us wait 15 minutes before letting us start. On top of that, they didnโt even give us a ball!
To make things worse, they asked us to leave 15 minutes early, cutting our game time short. This kind of double standard and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. There are far better and more customer-friendly facilities to spend your money on.

**โThank you for your response. However, my concern is not about your policies but rather the inconsistency in how they are applied. Every week when we arrived early, we were still made to wait before starting. But the one time we arrived late, we were forced to wait even longer and then asked to leave early.
Additionally, while we understand that we should bring our own soccer ball, in the past, you have provided one without any issue. Suddenly refusing to do so just because we arrived late only reinforces the feeling of unfair treatment.
Consistency and fair treatment are key to good customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve how you handle reservations in the future.โ**

When we went, they deliberately did not give us the ball even though there was a ball. Since we started late, they kept coming to take us off the field before our 1 hour was up. Customer satisfaction is very bad, especially the woman working on April 1.

Everytime we come they are very inconsistent with what time they start our session and what time they end. They donโt appreciate us being patient with starting late but then force us to leave on time please work on keeping track what time they start and make sure everyone gets what they pay for

Soccer Tournament
Parking was limited. Tournament should be expanded over three days. The timer between games should allow minimum 5 minutes before running in between games we all paid a fee and expect better. Soccer fields could have been smaller to allow more room for families to sit and move around. Overall it was a good experience. The facility was clean. Thank you for sponsoring the tournament it was very rewarding to see the kids really get in to the soccer event.

I've been playing in a soccer league at CAPS Fieldhouse every Wednesday for some time now, and I can confidently say that it has been an absolute joy. The facility itself is incredible, with a range of great amenities that elevates the experience.
The location of CAPS Fieldhouse is incredibly convenient. It's less than a 10-minute drive to Ohio I-480 and just 5 minutes away from Rockside Road, where you can find a variety of restaurants, hotels, and stores.

I absolutely love playing soccer at CAPS Fieldhouse every Wednesday. Huge indoor facilities. Clean, nicely decorated. Camps and play featuring soccer, football,etc. Bar/snack shop under construction. No locker rooms. Parking is not the greatest. Parking wraps around the building. An aux lot is accessible just as you pull in. If you miss it you have to find a spot to turn around.

This place one full sized soccer field. It can be split into two 9v9 or four 7v7 fields. The field is good quality.
There are only two downsides to the facility: a) acoustics... players get confused by the other game's whistle and b) spectator staying is minimal.

Grace at CAPS made it so easy to plan a spectacular Bar Mitzvah party for my son. The venue accommodated everything we needed. The kids were busy playing on the skills nets, soccer tennis, dodgeball, a huge inflatable and much more. Plenty of room to seat 150 guests, food buffet and DJ. Extremely clean and the staff is amazing. Great venue for soccer tournaments too! Now our family has experienced both there and we can give two big thumbs up! Thanks again.
