Cedar Point Sports Center is a great place for kids basketball tournaments. It is clean, modern, and well-organized, with plenty of courts, seating, and room to move around. Staff are friendly and keep events running smoothly even on busy weekends. There are plenty of outlets around the facility to charge up and their cafe has a good selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. We had a great experience!

UPDATE OCT 2025: Returned for another gymnastics meet and it was good except for their food flexibility in dietary needs is absolutely ZERO. I snuck in my own food because my needs are GF, DF, no red dyes, no corn syrup & no carmel color... until this place takes medical diet issues seriously, I will continue to come back for their beautiful venue and bring in my own food.

Fantastic sports venue. We attended Midwest AAU Regionals Gymnastics and had never been here before. The competition area is HUGE and the viewing above it very ample. Restaurant has hot and cold options including salads, wraps, cut fruit bowls, cold oasta salads, hot sandwiches, water, sports drinks, beer (yes, they have beer!) and lots of snack bars. Couple this with the Cedar Point amusement park activities and parents and kids all loved our experience!! We would definitely come back to this venue and recommend it to others.

A Blast! We had so much sub! A lot a lot a lot of walking so anyone with bad knees or have trouble walking I would advise a wheelchair or renting from them. Especially if you go to the water park. There is another way to get into the watermark without having to go through the park but it’s a lot of walking. Definitely buy tickets a head of time and go during a week night because weekends are crowded and wait lines are forever long. Although they do tell you with an automated time system of how long of a wait you will be in line for which is great and helpful but all in all it was a fun experience and we had a blast making memories .

Great space, easy to get around, well lit. Poor air ventilation and lack of AC units. The temps inside were 84*. It was miserable. Very few trash receptacles and they weren’t emptied over the 13 hours we were there, they were overflowing and trash was everywhere. The restrooms were clean but the line for the mens was never ending. When it’s an event that’s heavy one gender they need more restrooms. The sound system is poor.
You can’t understand a word. The heat inside, lack of men’s restrooms and poor sound system was the chatter of the weekend

This place looks great from the outside and even looks good inside. Problem is how they run it. Huge wrestling tournament and over 90 degrees outside and they won't run the air! Had kids puking and almost passing out, coaches and spectators dripping sweat just standing there. But they claim the 4 fans are good enough. Those were there exact words. Also they mop floors and don't put wet floor signs. Had ppl falling or almost falling all day. Very little seating, no where enough for spectators to sit but refuse to let you being seat. They refused 80 year old women trying to being seat in, saying find one or stand. This place is the worst run facility i have ever been to. They should be shut down for unsafe environment. Move the rumble anywhere else at this point.

Nice facility, and lots of courts for folks to play... We watched volleyball inside... The bleachers and chairs that they provide are not of top quality and were flexible and uncomfortable... The food was extremely expensive... But I guess that's to be expected... There wasn't a parking place and people were double parking so it's obviously a popular place that is used by teams...

Nice facility. Went there for a volleyball tournament. Facility was large and clean. Bathrooms clean. Seating could be better. Admission is way too high!! Didn’t even give us a head up or option to pay online because they didn’t want to give you a heads up for how much it costs to get in. Most facilities don’t charge for under 18 either. Food is overpriced and not even that good.

I really don't care about the sports crap. The cafeteria is awesome. I snuck into the place because we already pay a fortune for volleyball. I'm not gonna pay even more to watch my kid play. The cafeteria has awesome pizza, hummus, some kind of ice cream crap that's great, etc. It's pricey though so i had to pocket a few things.

Massive indoor sports facility. Very well kept, clean, and has on-site food and plenty of spaces for spectators. The indoor walking track is a nice touch... Especially when there for 12 hours for volleyball tournaments. Plenty of parking, as well, although you may need to walk a ways. Very loud, though... But that's just the nature of the beast.

Very nice place. The parking for a volleyball tournament was crazy, but to be expected. The staff was nice, but the food prices are insane and the food is horrible. Because teams are there all day, you are at their mercy. Eat before you arrive or after you leave. Overall a very nice facility for volleyball. We loved the upper deck where we could watch games because our team was playing on one of the courts closest to that space. Restrooms were nice and clean.

Great sports complex. The biggest complaint I have is the parking situation. Cars parked in the fire lane and in the middle of the parking rows. The worst part is there are plenty of parking spaces, but people are too lazy or self centered to use them. Too far to walk I guess?

If the sports complex was smart they would ticket and tow all these people. Big $$$.

As it is right now it is a PIA for those of us that follow the rules.

If you have kids with special needs don't let them do basketball at Cedar Point Sports Force. They will be pushed aside and left out. My daughter was made to feel so small by the coaches and suppose to be fellow teammates. I'm proud of her for going back finishing the game and then telling her coach at the end she's done and would not be coming back. She used her words. That's a big step for her. I will be calling cooperate for a refund.

Parking was terrible about a 1/4 mile away from entrance, and there aren’t enough parking spots for tournaments, the “football field” score boards are only set up for baseball not football so no quarters are listed on the board to follow. Also you have to take lawn chairs to sit on but the entry fee is like $21 a person. They also don’t want you to bring outside food or drink but the food is very highly priced! The fields were nice for the kids to play on would be my only positive.

The inside facility is great.We have been here 4 times now for weekend volleyball tournaments and have really enjoyed the experience. I only give it 3 stars because the parking lot is a disaster. There is more than enough parking spots but everyone seems to be too lazy to actually park in them. Instead they park in the isles right in front of the “No Parking” signs making it difficult to get around. I hope cedar point will consider some kinda of parking enforcement to curtail the entitlement some people have.

I'm beyond frustrated with this place after they completely dropped the ball on our scheduled climbing party. We booked this event two months in advance, which I thought was plenty of lead time to secure our spot. However, a week before our big day, I get an email saying there's an "event" that needs our booked space.The casual offer to reschedule for the following week with a bonus pizza thrown in doesn’t begin to make up for the stress and disappointment of their blunder. No consideration for the plans we had set in motion, no genuine apology, just an offer that seems like an afterthought.When you book an event, especially well in advance, you expect that date to be set in stone. You don't expect to be brushed off with a minimal gesture that doesn't even begin to cover the inconvenience caused.
