Since Yoga at Center Court Personal Training began, I have made it a staple in my Tennis week. As a beginner in Yoga, I felt immediately at ease with starting my "Practice." Sydney, the Yoga Instructor, provides the "Judgement free zone" for participants at all levels, ages and backgrounds to breathe easy and explore Yin Yoga. It has helped me become aware of my breathing and manage my stress as well as improve my Strength & Flexibility! I'd highly recommend a Group or Private/Semi- Private Yoga session at Center Court PersonalTraining-it may be what's missing from your Wellness journey.

Iโve been working out with Bojana for almost a year and I can say it is consistently one of the best parts of my week. I had a previous back injury and she is very careful to not irritate it, which has been a major concern of mine with other trainers in the past. I plan to be a long term client and Iโm so thankful for my time with her!

I began training with Bojana in 2021. My strength, balance and overall fitness has improved immensely. I play tennis and have had setbacks with injuries.
