Mary, the front desk lady, has the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen, not exaggerating. Back in April/May when I was playing USTA matches, I got a call from her asking to pay for my last home match, which I didn’t pay because the front desk person left before the matches were done (unusual). I told her I don’t give my credit card information over the phone but if she wanted to send me a link or another online payment method, I’d be more than happy to do it right away, otherwise, I could take care of the charges the following weekend when I was gonna play at CC. She said she didn’t have the means to send it online and kept insisting on my credit card. I told her she’d have to wait until I came in person then. She sure didn’t like that… About couple weeks later, same thing. She called me asking to pay for my away match and I told her again that I wouldn’t give my information over the phone, she started arguing with me and eventually hung up the phone; note: I had taken care of the charges the following weekends as I told I would.

Another month or so goes by, I finally meet Mary in person when she was working at the front desk. I got to the club about 5 minutes late for my match. She insisted that I’d have to take the time to pay for it before my match… which is unusual considering that every other front desk person has always let me pay after the match is done, specially when late.

I’m mind blown about how rude Mary is, and also very inclined to get other people I know to give bad reviews to this establishment. One of the worst customer services experiences I’ve had.

Ps: I still have the voicemail Mary left on my phone calling about the charges. It’s very clear that she’s upset by her tone of voice.

If you are looking for overall results, Bojana is the answer! My 2 daughters and myself have been going to her for over 3 years. She worked with me pre and post op for both my hip replacements! She challenges me to push myself harder, but also respected my limits and adjusted the workouts accordingly! She gives me valuable advice on nutrition, recovery, and overall lifestyle.

This is a great tennis club! The head pro, Brian Smallwood is fantastic. He has surrounded himself with an amazing team of Pros who each bring something special to your game. I’ve taken lessons from Joe, Adam and Chris and they are all amazing! At the Front desk, Mary is organized and helpful in helping you find the right groups and getting courts set up for you. Check out this tennis club!

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The courts are nicely maintained. The Start/Restart program is a great class to get back into tennis. Everyone has a different learning style and the coaches definitely accommodate for that. I highly recommend CCTC if you’re looking to start or continue your tennis journey!
