This place is a true gem in southeastern Ohio. Mike and Maghan do an excellent job of helping each and every one of their clients/members reach their fitness goals on their time and on their level. Whether you're looking to get back in shape or are a seasoned Cross-Fitter, this place is for you.

CDF also does a great job of making you feel like a part of their tight-knit community from the first moment of your first class. I'd highly recommend CDF to anyone in the greater Athens, OH area looking for a place to get fit, healthy and have fun.

Chasing Dreams Fitness offers CrossFit classes, personal training and open gym for it's members. This has been a life-saver during my pregnancy. Maghan has done a great job personalizing my workouts to keep me moving and active. Going on 7 months strong!

Chasing Dreams Fitness is the best! Maghan is an excellent coach who really pays attention to the needs and goals of her clients. I’ve learned so much about weightlifting and fitness and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. The gym community is great - everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been working out here for several years and I recommend it to everyone I know!
