I did a week of drop in classes at 6 am. Ryan and Chelsea were great coaches and welcoming. Programming was pretty standard and facility had everything you needed. It is in an older building and not the shiniest gym Iβve been at, but it works. Morning classes had a handful of people there. I would definitely go back next time Iβm in town.

Stephen and his crew are some of, if not the best in the Cincinnati area. Highly recommend regardless if you're a beginner or seasoned athlete.

This was the first ever CrossFit gym I joined! The classes are fun and everyone is super welcoming. The coaches are great and accommodating to any modification you need. The workouts are a competitive yet supportive and friendly environment. Would recommend to people at any fitness level!

Dropped in here on Christmas Eve to a fun and inviting group and WOD! Big open space, well maintained equipment, and a very well run class. Will definitely stop back again when weβre in town. Thanks CSC!

The facility is a great place to come, make friends, and get into shape. The coaches and people here are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a great community, and trying to get(back) in shape.

Great Cincinatti CrossFit location
Dropped in for a Saturday 9am class, cost $20. I reached out on Instagram and got back to me reasonably quickly.
Coaches were super friendly and welcoming.
Was hoping for community pricing but happy to support a local gym.
Warm up was one of the better ones I have experienced.
A little smaller than most gyms.
Will definitely be going back.

Most relaxed CrossFit gym in town. If you dislike all the rules and restrictions most CF boxes have, check this place out. Affordable and the owner is a fair, honest guy. No drama. Also, other types of lifters welcome, not just crossfitters.

Awesome gym, coaches are very helpful and really care about your progress and helping you reach your goals. They have separate programming for CrossFit for health and CrossFit for sport, and everything is modifiable for your ability

Honestly the crown jewel of Cincinnati gyms, and in my experience surely one of the best gyms in America. You won't find a more knowledgeable coach than Stephen Flamm, and his deliberate, methodical training (in contrast with the throw-darts-at-a-board programming from many coaches) will make you better, faster, stronger than you ever thought you'd be. I've been a member of 6 other Crossfit gyms as I've moved across the country and none has even come close in terms of improving performance and physique. I count myself extremely lucky to have stumbled into this gym a few years ago, and while I live thousands of miles away now, I still follow the programming Stephen posts on the website to this day. Sad I can't be with the CSC community though!
