About the Club

Established in 1999, Cincinnati Yoga School was the first yoga studio in the tristate region as well as the first to hold yoga teacher trainings. In fact, many other studio founders in and around Cincinnati today got their start at CYS.
Besides yoga class offerings such as Yin Yoga, Power Yoga (aka Astanga), TriYoga, Restorative Yoga, Kripalu Yoga and "Mysore Style" practice, we also have classes in QiGong, Sound Healing, and Meditation. We also provide services and training in Acu-Thai, which is a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, and Ayurveda that all come together in a unique and powerful approach to Thai Yoga Massage.

Will and Jade have created a welcoming , comfortable, supportive and informative/expertise yoga community at Cincinnati Yoga School . Jades dragon flow class is challenging, fun with excellent cuing and guidance . Wills Thai yoga massage is the best Thai massage I have ever received . All the teachers ,practitioners , students are friendly loving people with good intentions. It’s a warm and beautiful space of true yogis . I am thankful for this community!

Such a beautiful and sacred place to practice in! They offer a free week of unlimited yoga, they have an ecstatic dance at least once per month, and they other valuable community offerings that are accessible. I would highly recommend checking out this hidden gem. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming here.

The best place to do yoga in greater Cincinnati. All classes are amazing but the room is especially good for Yin and restorative. Dragon dance and more strenuous practices are also on the mark. The space will not disappoint. Will and Jade are incredible and every experience there is healing. Get on email list to get updates and other offerings.

I have been dealing with long Covid for several months now and have been struggling with energy. I started seeing Will at Cincinnati Yoga School for acu Thai massage and it has made a significant difference. Will not only is a very skilled practitioner, but he takes the time to research your condition and customize his therapy. I cannot recommend the service and this yoga practice studio more. I will be joining them for the healing retreat in Bali and feel that this will continue to aid in my recovery.

I received several sessions of Thai yoga massage from Jade. For months, I had severe muscle and joint aches, and Jade always did a wonderful job at helping me get limber until my next session. Will and Jade create such a caring environment. As it turned out, despite seeing many doctors at the time, I was suffering from Addison's Crisis. However, until I was diagnosed and treated, Jade's Thai massages made the pain more bearable. Thank you, Jade and Will!!!

The atmosphere of this place is one of a kind and I can't wait to try out everything they offer. My girlfriend and I had the Thai yoga massages done by Will and Jade and it went beyond our expectations, they are thorough and precise and explain what they are noticing. I will be back and highly recommend others going here.

They take a lot of time to make sure you are always in a meditative state, which I LOVE! The whole point of yoga is to relax, be at peace, while also getting some stretching in. I went for one free class, which was YIN yoga. Then I took advantage of the first package being 50% off, so I got the 10 class package that doesn't expire. Love it. They also do donation/free yoga two days a week :) A great community of all ages and the environment is very soothing.

First place I tired Yoga and I liked it. Great teachers and great environment and they furnish the mats and stuff. Hardest part for me is getting off in time to make the classes. Id'd love to go more.

An exceptionally serious and good place to participate in yoga practice. Thoughtful, profound and humble, this one is less about fitness and more about the true practice of mind-body awareness. Though it is a comfortable place to practice yoga, there isn't anything faddish or superficial about it.
