360 Fitness is a great gym, highly recommend. I wanted to strengthen my core, and learn how to effectively add weights to my workouts. Rae is an amazing trainer! She always teaches me new things and I leave feeling inspired. I love the holistic approach of this facility, emphasis on breathing and form. All the trainers listen and meet you where you are--whether you're a serious weightlifter or someone like me, in my 60s, wanting to up my game and learn my way around a gym. Shout out to Whitney as well, who I also trained with. (The vibe of everyone here is friendly excellence.)

I’ve been working with Drew for over a year now and my strength and stability have improved so much. I suffer from some old knee injuries and Drew has helped me to retrain the right muscles to build up my strength without pain. I initially thought I’d try this for just a few months but it’s been so helpful to maintaining my overall stability that I can’t imagine stopping. Definitely recommend.

I have been coming here to work out with Rachel Scudder for 6 months now. She's been instrumental in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. I feel so much stronger thanks to her! This is also a really sweet space to work out in. It's got everything you need (including showers) and it feels very welcoming to all ages and all body sizes. That's not always easy to find and speaks to the culture the owners and the rest of the staff cultivate. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Rachel at Cincy 360! My wife and I have been working out with Drew twice a week for the last 6 months and love it. Cincy 360 was recommended by a friend after I started having some back issues that were severely limiting all of my fitness activities. I was back to almost all of my activities within the first month or so!
Drew has kept the workouts interesting and challenging, always building on what we did the week before. The weight or reps continue to build, but not at the expense of form.
We’re very happy with Cincy 360 and can’t wait to see what Drew has in store for us next year!

Love, love, love this gym! I initially planned on working with a personal trainer for just a couple of months, but I really enjoy working with Drew and the other trainers, so I am still here! I love that this gym is only for people who are working with a trainer. It is never crowed, and we get to use the equipment we want to use. Drew has been fantastic to work with and pushes me beyond what I ever thought I could do. I feel like he really is invested in his clients. I am feeling better and stronger than I ever have and I am 60! Thank you Drew and Cincy 360 Fitness!

I've been training with Drew at 360 Fitness for about 8 months now & loving it! Drew has taken the time to listen to my goals, offer suggestions and pace me while I bounced back from pregnancy. Drew helped me strengthen my core, find overall balance and strength in my body and has continued to build from there so we can begin safely training harder without injury. 10/10 reccomend the facility and Drew!

I've been working with Drew at Cincy 360 since late December. Initially I was just going in order to get in shape for my April wedding, but I've loved the results and continued on! Drew takes a great approach blending therapy with training. All of the trainers are really welcoming and I love that it's a smaller gym, so you get a personalized approach.

I highly recommend Cincy 360 Fitness for anyone at any level in their fitness journey. I injured my back about 5 years ago and had been to three different doctors, tried multiple rounds of physical therapy and none of them were able to get me back to my normal routine. Fortunately that all changed when I started working out with Drew at Cincy 360. Over the past few months, I've been able to develop my core stability, balance, mobility and strength. Each session is tailored to what I most need on that particular day, and he's not afraid to change up the original plan if needed to get the best results. I'm now back to a much more active lifestyle and able to go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week with no back issues. I'm looking forward to continuing training with Drew to achieve my next round of goals.

I cannot say enough great things about Cincy 360! My husband and I have worked out with both Josh and Drew for a year and half. They have been very receptive in hearing our goals and designing workouts to target specific areas. Drew has been a life saver when it comes to working with me to target a running injury. After 6 months of working with Drew, my debilitating piriformis syndrome has now completely resolved and I am pain free and running without restrictions. We cannot thank Cincy 360 enough!

Love this gym! I’m a former runner with some old injuries. Josh and Drew have helped to teach me how to build the right muscles to support my body. This is one of those fitness gems you find that you don't want to go anywhere else. Training here feels like I accomplished something new each time I go and the trainers are top tier talent. They pointed out things I been doing for years and immediately fixed them. I have been training with Whitney for a long time and each time she finds new things to help me in the fitness levels. Been working with Nic (and some other trainers mixed in here and there) for about 9 months now and my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The place is super clean, and not crowded since they solely do 1 on 1 sessions. I can go there without a fear of embarrassing myself or feeling judged. They have a little bit of everything and every single trainer is nice, motivated, and welcoming. Couldn’t really ask for a better place to start working out. If you’re hesitant to try out personal training - give this place a shot, it’s easily worth every penny.
My only constructive feedback for the team would be to somehow include more things for memberships/bulk package sign-ups. Maybe some included fitness classes, partnerships with other brands/businesses, etc.. I love the gym but only going 1-2x/week and it being only open for personal 1:1 sessions makes it seem a little disconnected, especially since the entire team there gives off such a sense of community. I think a lot of us would enjoy more things offered!!

I have been training at 360Cincy for more than one year first with Josh and lately with Drew. The gym is never busy, always clean and all the trainers are super nice. The training is absolutely fantastic: free body exercises, weights, name it. Towards the end of my experience at 360 i worked out with Drew: Great guy! He pushed me with new exercises and more and more weight. Great conversations, it’s really a genuine person.

I highly recommend 360 Fitness! I've been training with them for almost a year now. I started with Josh and then switched to Drew after a few months.
I have EDS and Josh and Drew have helped me so much! Drew is very conscientious and helpful, especially when it comes to the weird issues that EDS can cause. There is a noticeable difference in my balance, stamina, and overall stability. Plus hiking is easier now too. I trust Drew completely and wouldn't go anywhere else for personal training.
If you are looking for a gym that cares for and respects their clients this is the place!

I trained with Josh and Drew for about 9-10 months and I really loved every bit of it. I started with Josh and I explained to him my history of lower back issues and obesity. His workout regime was well balanced and I have to credit him (and Amanda) for helping me understand my diet better and help move away from unsustainable fad diets.
After a few months, I started training with Drew Melvin. If you have chronic pain, lower back issues and you want to strengthen your back, hips, glutes, Drew's your guy. His techniques are excellent and workout sessions with him are fun. Both Josh and Drew explained to me the reason for every workout they made me do and how it would help me in achieving my goals.
If you're looking for a new trainer, I strongly recommend Cincy360.

Nic is a great trainer. He has been able to help me pin-point what types of exercise aggravate my back and what kinds of exercises are safe and effective for helping me gain back my strength after having back surgery in November of 2017. I train with Josh and I value the relationship I have with him and the other trainers. They are all very supportive and friendly as well. Cincy 360 Fitness is not only an amazing personal training facility but a company that cares about their clients. I was fortunate enough to train with Adam and I could not have asked for a better trainer. Adam was focused on helping me achieve my goals and made every session challenging (& somehow fun)!! My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. He knows exactly when and how to push you. I was always excited to train because he made the experience enjoyable!
Adam and the other trainers at Cincy 360 Fitness really know their stuff. They are patient, honest and just have a great sense of humor. They are truly great people and anyone would be lucky to train with them.
I was able to drop about 15 lbs of fat and gain muscle in the process and I could not be happier. Unfortunately, I have moved away from Cincinnati for the time being but if I move back I know exactly where my first stop will be!
Do not hesitate to book your first appointment! You WILL NOT regret it! :)

I've worked with Josh and Adam for over two years and I'm thankful for their insight, encouragement and knowledge on all things fitness. Josh provides a staff willing to get involved in an environment that doesn't intimidate, but rather encourages.
Adam worked with my schedule, which was never easy. We worked out in a way that made me feel like I was making lasting, incremental progress. He spent time explaining why were experimenting with new exercises and genuinely cared about my progress. In addition to Josh and Adam, the rest of the staff are friendly and encouraging - especially at the group fitness sessions.

LOVE this gym so much! I'm an avid gym goer and I've belonged to several gyms in my life, but this by far, is my favorite. I actually live in Maryland but visit Cincinnati at least twice per year and each time I'm in town, I make it a point to go several times each trip. I've worked with several of the trainers and they are all awesome! Each trainer is unique, but they all are experts on form and focusing on what the client wants and needs. Each time I'm there, they make sure the workouts are tailored to me specifically and have even worked around some injuries I've had. The bootcamps are great too! Amazing hiit workouts that allowed for all levels of fitness, while still pushing the athletes hard in the class. I was so impressed that they focused on form during the class - other bootcamp classes I've been to in the past have not been like this and don't correct people when they are doing an exercise wrong - which I've seen lead to serious injuries! I really can't say enough great things about this wonderful place ... If I lived closer, I would be at Cincy360 all the time!

Awesome gym! So glad I found Cincy 360 Fitness when I moved to Cincinnati. I have been training with Nic and I am seeing awesome results! He is great to work with and has me working towards attainable, realistic goals. The feeling of being down 5 pounds and 2 percent body fat after 6 weeks is amazing. Josh, the owner, takes great care of his gym and his clients. And they have good jams! I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived. Highly recommended.

I love Cincy 360 and am so excited to have a place this great in my neighborhood. I love this gym! It's incredibly clean and open so you don't feel like you're on top of other clients. The location is amazing and the building itself is beautiful. I also love my trainer Josh Garrett. He's the first trainer I have had that taught me to focused more on workout/life balance instead of hard dieting. Weight loss isn't all about just eating chicken and rice everyday. I can have pizza, ice cream and alcohol and still lose fat. You just have to figure out what your balance is and he always says everyone is different. He is also the first person to care about my form and mobility. When I first started, it turns out I didn't even know how to squat correctly so we've been working on retraining my muscles so I use them the right way and I have seen major results. I have referred several of my friends and they all love it here! Everyone needs to train at Cincy 360 Fitness!!!!

If you want individualized attention and not fear being judged, this is the place. They don't try and push crazy supplements or tell you that you have to work out with a trainer every single day to gain results. The bootcamps are a great way to get a good workout without spending a fortune. Reasonably priced and great to work with. Highly recommend!

I like to have a hard work out, look sexy and fit, and enjoy doing it. If this appeals to you at all, you need to look into meeting the staff at Cincy 360 fitness. I feel like I have had a long history with trainers….so the story goes: I was a collegiate division I athlete. I trained for hours daily and lifted weights with a trainer for years; high school and college. After college, I was free from obligation to exercise!! Something I always thought I wanted…but I couldn’t push myself nearly as hard as when I was coached.
I had a trainer for a year at a local gym who was not motivating. Being unhappy with one trainer, I then switched trainers to Josh Garrett. He was motivating, knowledgeable, and innovative. He held me accountable and kept me pushing myself. I thought I knew the “gist” of working out and cardio and never needed a trainer, but I now can admit, I was wrong. I have learned so much not only about weight lifting, but diet, cardio, and balancing a healthy lifestyle. Josh left my gym to start Cincy 360 Fitness and I continued with another trainer…I soon realized Josh’s practice is one of a kind and returned to him at Cincy 360 Fitness in the fall of 2014. His facilities are great, but that is not what brings me back each week.
To this day, I am still creating goals with Josh, losing weight, and realizing I don’t know everything about fitness and now training to look my best for my wedding day!! He has been with me through bad days and good and I have realized anyone can exercise on a treadmill, elliptical, or participate in a workout class. It is about building a relationship with someone who understands your goals and values who can help you change your lifestyle and make you feel confident. I began training with Josh two years ago after some gentle prodding from my wife. It was certainly an excellent decision. Josh’s philosophies have helped me improve my core strength and posture as well as my overall strength and physical condition. His attention to detail permeates throughout the gym in both tracking the progress I’m making and ensuring proper technique on all exercises. I’ve never once been injured or even tweaked a muscle working out with Josh or any of the trainers at Cincy 360 fitness. I've been training with Josh for over a year now and it's been the best investment I've ever made in myself. I was the typical female, always worried about the number on the scale and did not know how much damage I was doing to my body by not eating correctly or even eating enough, as I thought more food led to a higher number on the scale. Josh has taught me how to fuel my body on a daily basis and how to work out correctly. I started training with Josh in 2010, a few months before my wedding. I have always enjoyed working out and sort of got "talked into" trying a trainer. I honestly felt like I was doing just fine on my own. But once I got started working out with Josh, I became totally addicted. I continued training with him until I had my first baby. Afterwards, I spent two years trying to motivate myself and hold myself accountable, but I always found an excuse to skip a workout (a really cute blonde one who always wanted my attention).
I came back to Josh just a few months ago and am so glad that I did. I LOVE my early morning workouts. It is so much more enjoyable than working out by myself in my basement. Josh really knows my strengths and weaknesses. He knows when to push me harder and he knows when to slow me down. Its really nice to have a workout made especially for me. He has also made me workouts to do at home, so that I really see the results that I want. The gym itself is great-- very clean, lots of parking, convenient location and good music. I also like the "extras": bootcamps, motivational emails, classes, etc. I would ABSOLUTLEY recommend this gym to anyone looking for a change.

I absolutely love training here. Jess truly keeps me motivated every week, even now that my wedding is over. I tried a different trainer before I found 360 fitness... no comparison. Jess pushes me, but also understands my limits. I started with the 30 minute individual training sessions, but have since moved to 1 hour sessions with a friend.
Jess will also review your meals and provide recommendations, if you would like. A great added bonus!

I was a long time member of Urban Active/LA Fitness. I started training at 360 and have since let my LA Fitness membership expire. The gym is always clean, everything is in good working order and available, unlike other gyms! They also have good music and no grunting, weight dropping, meat heads. I love that I can train and get in cardio afterwards. They offer boot camps on the weekends if you are person who loves the group atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to find the gym is actually really close to HWY 50 and 71. Plus they have competitive pricing for personal training compared to LA etc.
I have to say, Jessica is an awesome trainer! She motivates you to stretch yourself to meet your fitness goals (right now she is motivating me to get back into distance running). She is great at accommodating your scheduling needs, which was hard for me to find at other gyms. She also will put together a nutrition plan for you if you ask her to and she holds you accountable. Most of all I love her personality. She is such a warm and hilarious person it feels like working out with a friend and makes you want to go! Definitely recommend this gym.

Cincy 360 Fitness came highly recommended to me, and I am so thankful to have Josh as a trainer! Josh truly lives up to the '360' in the name of his business. He has helped me approach fitness as a commitment--and not just a commitment to lifting weights. I started training with Steve about a year ago. I've always been very active in sports and have had some shoulder issues the past couple of years because of volleyball. I started working out with Steve with the goal of improving my athleticism, and after sharing my shoulder issues, he even customized a few exercises in my workouts that have done wonders for strengthening my shoulders. Not only do my shoulders no longer ache for the first time in years, but he's got me dunking again in my basketball leagues.
I'd recommend Steve to anyone who's looking to reach fitness goals. He's a great motivator and puts together very efficient and effective workouts.
