I went to one class with Suzanne Corley and I’m SOLD. Such a wonderful flow class with lots of great adjustments/modifications, excellent pace, and an invigorating vinyasa sequence. I personally love Ashtanga and Sivananda practices and her class really felt inspired by those. I am excited to see what else this studio has to offer.

The staff are incredibly gifted in guiding the new student and experienced student. The studio evokes a peaceful setting to practice my yoga through guided direction that met me where I was and provided options throughout with no pressure.

I have been taking as many classes as I can in the month of January. I have taken the majority of their classes and I love them!! I have not found a class that I do not like.

I have given several yoga studios a try. I never felt like I fit in. I always felt like the awkward kid in class. You know, like when you're the only chick wearing docs and a dress to a cocktail party where everyone is wearing beatuiful sparkly dresses and their 6 inch Louboutin heels. I felt like i didnt belong. So i just never went back. Until i walked into Circle of Life.

My very first class, the very first time I walked in, it was like I walked in with my docs and dress and I was with a group of people who were in docs and heels and vans and bare feet. Not literally, but you get what I am saying!

My first class was on a Monday evening I was doing yoga to classic rock, I was with an amazing and welcoming group of people, I was laughing and I was working hard without even realizing it. I finished the class and couldnt wait to come back.

THESE WERE MY PEOPLE!

Monday turned into Tuesday and so on. Every class and every instructor is different and yet the same. Welcoming, fun and challenging.

I never leave discouraged, even if I had a wobbly day or couldn't do a pose or was just plain tired. Judgement doesnt exist here like I have seen and felt at other places. This is the first time I have wanted to stay for 2 classes and come back multiple times a week. The vibe is healthy and empowering here.

There are a ton of options out there for yoga studios. You wont find a better group of people, instructors or students, to be bendy with!

I'm recently new to yoga and decided to try Circle of life while I was in town. My first experience I wasn't impressed because of the non welcoming feel. I decided to try a different class and instructor and am very glad I did. I took relax and restore instructed by Katie Orandini. She was absolutely wonderful making me feel welcome and relaxed. She made sure everyone had the props they were going to need . She also made her way around making sure everyone was alright. I will definitely return to her class upon my return.

Circle of Life is a wonderful place. I have been attending classes and workshops there for over a year.
The atmosphere is conducive to relaxation and peace of mind. The instructors are dedicated to their clients and help you to achieve the best experience for your needs. I have referred my family and friends to Circle of Life and would highly recommend it to all. Namaste.
