It’s pretty poor business that the Sharonville location closed down in January of this year and I’m still being charged every month for a gym that no longer exists. No help from the owner whatsoever. I suggest everyone find a new gym before you get taken like I did.

Updating my review. Not pleased with the gym closing without notice. No "email" or "social media posts" are actually available. Can't wait for them to try to keep taking my money, though.

This is a great gym. There is a lot of equipment, both for weight lifting and for cardio, and it's all in great condition. The owners are friendly and attentive and keep the gym clean and tidy. Lots of space. I kinda don't want new people to join because it's so great having such a nice gym uncrowded, but I want the owners to do well because they're running a great gym.

Look at your billing statements. As expected, I just found out I was charged for the month of January even though the gym is completely shut down. The front desk isn’t even there anymore. What a downfall.

12/20/21:
They claim they posted about their “new location” on social media yesterday, but I just looked on their Instagram and Facebook page, and there was nothing mentioned about a new location. Also, they limited who can comment on their new Facebook post, so that is why I’m forced to comment here. I’ve posted screenshots for proof.

After reading the comments from here and Facebook for the past few hours, the trend I’ve noticed is that all the members really wanted was transparency from management. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t receive that, and it’s even more unfortunate that this situation transpired the way it did. It’s an incredible facility and at the very least the members deserve to know what’s actually going on.

This location is closed and I have been notified that we will be charged another month of membership regardless for a gym that has already been closed since before Christmas. That is shady. And if I canceled prior, then membership would stop. When you pay it is for that month. Other gyms would allow you use to end of the month. This has left a bad taste in my mouth, despite what ever the reasons the gym was closed in first place.

This gym was once a Great gym when it was managed by Kevin. Once the new owner Mike Meyers took over it declined dramatically. He came into NLF changing the whole dynamic of the gym ruining relationships with employees and customers. It's no surprise NLF is closing its doors and Mr. Meyers is secretly removing gym equipment from the gym.

Very disappointed by the the lack of communication that has been displayed by management. As a loyal member like so many others who have left their reviews we expected better. This was once my favorite gym and many of my friends who had signed up always complimented how clean the facility was. There were too many times where when I arrived lights were off and doors were locked. One time in particular was the day after Thanksgiving and on a Saturday morning. Secretive moves to an un disclosed location with no notice is not how you grow a business or keep your members. Inconsistentcy and being Inconveinced time and time again is why we've moved on.

They have also closed multiple times with no notice to their members and take no accountability for such. You think you’ll keep members after pulling this move? Absolutely not. I've been a member of this gym since it opened. In early 2020, it underwent a management change that saw many of the trainers kicked out of the gym. Since then they've progressively closed down repeatedly without notice and have continually truncated their hours in spite of repeated promises of going to a 24 hour format.

Today, it closed up shop with no notice to members beyond a lie that they've provided information on a second location (they didn't). Many long-time members, who are also commenting here today, have been blindsided by this. These owners were always friendly in conversation, but their management skills and business savvy are ludicrously poor. This location will likely not reopen under this management team, but where ever they are supposedly relocating to...I'd highly recommend against signing up for any membership with them.

There was a new owner, Mike that took over at the beginning of 2020. He made a bunch of promises of how he was going to improve the gym. As the year went on he became more and more shady. He then started moving the equipment "to another location" and would close without any notice. Now the gym is closed indefinitely. Nobody should trust Michael and T’Denise Myers with any of their business ventures, they are shady people at best and are looking to sell you snake oil.

Here are the facts. The gym itself is nice, great environment, the staff isn’t super personable but never rude either. The reason they deserve 2 stars is for poor communication, and poor management. I’ve belonged to the gym since it opened, and at the time it was thriving with personal trainers and novice gym goers. It has dramatically declined mostly due to the new management coming in and clearing house along with failing to live up to the promises the last management had put in place. The gym recently has closed down on multiple occasions without any notice, and without any attempt to let members know why. Equipment has been taken out, although rates have still stayed high. The management does not understand that they are breaking trust of even the most loyal of their customers. They lost all idea of how to bring new members in, because they became to money hungry to see that allowing guests at a lower rate is better than our pricing guests from coming in at all. If this gym is going to stay open they need to sit down and rethink aspects of their business, and also figure out ways to regain trust of their customer base.

This is a great gym! One of the cleanest I have ever been in. All the equipment works and their is a huge variety available. I never feel like I am waiting to use equipment since there is so many different machines to use. The culture is amazing as well. The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. He is always coming up with new things for the gym that benefits the members. -Jordan

Incredible place, equipment, service, cleanliness and training!! I’ve been going over a year and started training about two months ago. I’m stronger and beginning to see definition! My trainer Michael has been fantastic working with someone my age. I’ve achieved a lot and without the usual mussel pain that comes with doing to much the incorrect way. Couldn’t more happier with the results. Highly recommended!

As a member of Silver Sneakers I belong to multiple gyms including the 3 big chains in Cincy. Yet Next Level has become my "go to" gym. The equipment is amazing including some I have never seen before in years of fitness. The Hoist equipment is a cut above every other system - so smooth and safe yet it totally isolates the muscle group. The extensive variety of equipment keeps my workouts interesting. The facility is super clean and the owners are committed to both excellence and giving back to the community. I give it five stars, hands down.

Where do I start? This is my home away from home. Next Level Fitness is like no other gm I’ve ever been a part of. The Myers make all guests and members feel so valued and appreciated. Everyone is ALWAYS greeted with a warm smile. I recently had an opportunity to speak to the Myers and they are some remarkable people. Just to hear the love they have for people and outreach will blow your mind. They are truly an asset to the Sharonville area. I see nothing but amazing things for this facility.

I've been going to next level for almost a year. It is a very clean and professional gym. The management there always greets me with a smile. I enjoy going and getting my workout on. Will continue my membership with them. All the equipment you need is all right there.

I was introduced to Next Level Fitness at a Chamber of Commerce event they hosted. (very classy decor for that event) The owners( Mr. and Mrs. Myers) were so passionate about their goals for helping people with fitness and building community, which is unique.

The facility was clean and the equipment was top notch.
They also have a nonprofit called the Dream Center which is going to change the lives of young people in ways beyond fitness!

I highly recommend a visit to see for yourself.
Oh yeah, 4 people on one membership for $20....come on now!

I LOVE this gym and the people that run it!! I was looking for a gym to call home for me and my family. We love to work out together and push each other to be our best everyday. I have had memberships at countless places, but when I made the phone call to inquire about this facility, Michael was so helpful and truly sold me on this place.

The facility is so clean and has every type of equipment you could ever want. We are part of the morning crew, 5 am works and fits our schedules and we are always greeted with a smile and great conversation.

Lastly, I would be totally doing an injustice to this facility if I did not mention that I am so proud to be part of a gym that really gets involved in my community. Michael is so passionate about getting out there and just making a difference. He has an amazing heart, a love for God and family and truly for everyone that walks in the door!

Popped into town to visit family and didn’t want to miss a workout. So, I popped into Next Level and I was amazed, from the way Mike treated me (very professional, knowledgeable and nice) at the front desk, how many workout stations they had (had everything I needed, dumbbell weights from 5-125), clean (the whole gym was clean, but the bathrooms was mind blowing, didn’t even feel like a gym). If your looking for a wonderful environment, family focus, clean, judgment free gym, this is for you. I’m truly amazed that this isn’t a D1 or NBA team gym.

I’ve been going to this gym going on two years now. It’s my favorite out of the few I’ve frequent. It’s never crowded, always clean good set up aesthetically and not to mention the mix of hoist (not everyone has) and hammer strength machines. The gym is under new ownership but not much has changed since I’ve started going here. The new owners are wonderful genuine people that are very welcoming, respectful, and will drop what ever they’re doing to assist you with anything you need. I converse with The owner from time to time and he has some great things on the horizon in stored for the facility and community.

The management is transphobic and chooses to enforce ridiculous policies only for specific people they feel they can pick on. This use to be an amazing gym. New owners came in and at first I thought they’d do great things, turns out they simply lie and say whatever to be heard. They drove out all of their professional and LICENSED & CERTIFIED group fitness instructors with lack of communication and transparency and as a farewell has chosen not to pay us since January 1st.

I had been going to next level fitness for quite some time. I left the establishment due to change in ownership which was good because my gut instinct was right. In February of this year they over charged my card. I mentioned this to them at the time I went in to cancel my member and was told I would get a call from the “new owners”. I never received a call from the new owners and they still tried to pull money from my bank account again. My membership was 39 a month and they charged me 108. I feel this new company is headed down a path in which it can’t turn back from. New owners are no good in my eyes and management is there with them. I would not recommend coming here.

This gym used to be my favorite place until the new owners took over. My husband and I have been weightlifters and regular gym attendees for many years and this facility had everything and more. On top of the equipment, the employees were like family. The new owners, however, are manipulative gaslighters, unconcerned with the needs of their members. Their inability to communicate and the outright lies coupled with their ridiculous business ideas caused us to seek membership somewhere else. This gym will fail. Nobody needs or wants to be “pampered” while they’re at the gym. Nobody needs food delivered to them while they’re at the gym. They want a safe, enjoyable, clean space to do their workout and go home.

Love this gym! I have been to many in the area (Crunch, Planet Fitness, BA Rec, Body Alive) and NONE of them even come close to compare. There’s a hugeeee variety of cardio and weight machines, free weights, crossfit equipment, saunas and even a nice group fitness class offering! Not to mention it’s always super clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It looks a lot smaller on the outside, but don’t be fooled—the space is pretty big. Good location right off the highway too!
