Celeste is beyond amazing! Her Suspend class is fantastic. With every move we make - she teaches us as well as pushes us to find our powerhouse and excel to the best of our ability! She truly exemplifies the art of pilates and empowers all of us in mind, body and spirit! Can’t wait till my next class!

I am LOVING my classes at Club Pilates. The instructor, Celeste, is a true master teacher. Her ability to ensure that every person is positioned correctly and that we understand the WHY of the move is remarkable. Top that off with classes that are engaging, creative, and empowering —I love going to her classes!!

I really dont have anything nice to say about the management of this place. Before joining, have them show you how full the calendar is. It's hard to even get into 4 classes a month, let alone joining the one that you actually want. Poor inflexible policy. I do not recommend this to anyone. I have now joined another pilate studio in beachwood and is having a much more pleasant experience.

First would like to start with a positive, the instructors here are AMAZING. So fun, sweet, and really good at teaching class.

Second my experience with club Pilates was awful from the start, I will explain further but first if you want to try Pilates try other places because this corporate built studio does not care about their members at all. For paying $260 a month you’d think they would treat you kindly, respectfully, and with grace. The manager at the front desk is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. Not sure if it’s because she’s the manager and can run that place how she chooses so she gets joy out of being unpleasant to people or if she’s just unhappy all around. Had it not been for such an awful experience with her, I would have considered continuing my membership of $3,120 per year. Since club Pilates is the planet fitness of Pilate studios they don’t value their customers and will continue to have people in and out like a revolving door, so why would they value customers?

This morning 5/22/2025. I woke up at 7am, after being up till 4am with a teething baby to care for my baby & make sure he will be okay for the two hours that I’m gone, to make it to my 9am class on time. It was pouring rain out so the traffic was horrendous driving from bratenhal Cleveland all the way to pinecrest. 30 min drive turned into almost an hour drive from traffic for me. I walk into the studio at 9:07am. At the front desk is the manager I don’t know her name, and she asks “are you here for class” to which I reply yes. She said “can’t let you in class past 5 minutes”. Normally I’d understand due to the distraction but explained to her traffic was horrible and that I apologize it’s just 2 minutes past that window maybe as a member who pays over $260 she would make an exception this time and her tone was immediately rude and demanding so I matched her tone and said I’m going to class anyways they’re just warming up still. Her reply was “I don’t care, I’ll cancel your membership”. At this point there’s so many Pilates places out there I said “cancel it, I’ll enjoy this class and go somewhere else.”

Meanwhile during this class, the instructor walks up and down the aisle throughout to teach everyone, so my little quiet walk to the machine is the least bit distracting. Also throughout the class is a woman who is 300+ pounds making super loud noises and comments and talking to her friend loudly the entire time which was way more distracting than me quietly walking to a machine…no judgement glad she’s there to workout and be healthier but it was 1000% more distracting than anything I did.

Like I said the instructors here are AWESOME but the manager of this place is an unhappy, sour, little child who clearly doesn’t like her job and isn’t in this business to cater to clients or help make her customers happy. Hope they hire a new one because this manager is a walking nightmare. Club Pilates sucks, they don’t care about people, they only care about money. Pretty sure the man who started Pilates (Joseph Pilates) would be disappointed how this studio treats people.

And CP please save it with the response of “so sorry about your experience please email or call this contact to assist you” blah blah blah. You know you don’t care and you’re just supposed to say that for the people reading these reviews.

I was really looking forward to trying a class at Club Pilates Pinecrest after I heard about this place from my friend and even invited a friend who was new to Pilates. I initially had a positive impression after speaking with a staff member over the phone and sharing all the necessary information. However, the follow-up communication felt disorganized—I was asked again via text for details I had already provided.

The back-and-forth and lack of clarity left me feeling confused and frustrated, especially as I was trying to coordinate with someone else. It’s disappointing, because I was genuinely excited about trying the class. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t give me the confidence I needed to continue with the studio.

Celeste is top tier in here! She is extremely interactive with the group. She answers questions, and is well educated on the body’s anatomy. She’s also super fun and listens intently.

Sometimes I get nervous about certain limitations that may impact my class participation, but she motivates the class as a whole and makes me feel safe as a newbie with some weakness and slight pain/tightness that comes and goes with my scoliosis and sciatica. The studio is always friendly and clean. Super happy I joined, management here is doing great!

Keep it up ladies!! 💪🏾💪🏾

I've been a member of this studio for 5+ years and I really love it. The atmosphere is welcoming, the studio is bright & spacious, and the equipment is very clean and well maintained. The best part about the studio is the instructors and support staff. The instructors are all experienced and bring their own personal style to each class. Especially love Corrine! Jacquie, Taylor, Gracia and Yvonne. Onna supports the studio "from the desk". You just won't find a better fitness studio in Cleveland.

Love Club Pilates Pinecrest! So many wonderful instructors, but Celeste is by far my favorite. She is extremely knowledgeable on not only correct form, but the anatomy behind the moves as well. She WILL correct you and she WILL push you, but don’t let her call-outs intimidate you - you can really tell she wants to develop her members to the point of perfection. I feel empowered, educated, and excited during her sessions, but also leave with a changed mindset on how to carry my body and make thoughtful movements throughout my day. I can always tell when fellow members are just going through the motions with other instructors, but Celeste will ignite a spark that has you excited to transform.

I was a member for 5 months. I had a serious issue with an instructor and wrote a letter to the district manager, the regional manager as well as the corporate office - Spartan and never was granted the courtesy of a response. it was easier for them to lose me as a member rather than address the internal problem they have with their unprofessional and difficult instructor,Yin Yee.

Wonderful experience here. There are a lot of amazing instructors & the studio is big & nice. They are so accommodating and the management is friendly & helpful. They really appreciate any kind of posts or advertisement. Much better than the Willoughby studio in every way.

AVOID AT ALL COST , I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Be aware of the following :

I signed up for the 4 classes a month but usually all the classes were very booked and it was hard to get just 4 classes scheduled for the month.

The Instructor do not correct you or any thing even if you are new (like my case ) , actually the instructor did not even move from her place , she just explain how to do each move and that is it .

When I signed up they said there is a 30-day cancelation notification, and when I tried to cancel , they said oh there is no such a thing we are sorry we forget to mention that when you signed up !!!, we have either early termination which is one-month fee + 100 $ or you have to stay 3 months and then you will be terminated .

MANAGEMENT do not understand communication POOR POOR POOR communication

Buyer beware: Signed the documentation to cancel subscription. Marked the cancellation date as required on the form. Continued to bill for an additional month after cancellation. They contested the dispute with Discover and, to date, have still kept the additional month that we did not agree to for services we did not use. Avoid at all costs!

Love Club Pilates at Pinecrest. Corrine the instructor was great at helping beginners become comfortable with their work outs. The atmosphere was great, especially meeting new comers! Truly enjoyed the 30 minute session.

FIRST OFF I LOVE CLUB PILATES . I CURRENTLY GO TO THE WILLOUBY LOCATION AND ITS GREAT .I CAME HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH A FRIEND ON 5/3/24 . FROM WHERE I LIVE , I AM EQUALLY CLOSE TO THE PINECREST AND WILLOUGHBY LOCATION . I WAS LOOKING TO CLASSES AT BOTH LOCATIONS. SO I DECIEDED TO DO A INTO CLASS AT THIS LOCATION TO GET A FEEL FOR THE FACILITY .....THE FIRST CLASS WAS GREAT . THE INSTRUCTOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . THE RESON I AM LEAVING A 2 STAR REVIEW IS BECAUSE OF 2 ISSUES . THE FIRST IS ELAINE . ELAINE WAS MY FIRST POINT OF CONTACT WHEN ENTERING THE FACILITY . SHE SAID HELLO AND OFFERED TO CHECK ME IN . SHE ASKED ME TO FILL OUT A WAIVER . I ASKED HER IF I STILL NEEDED TO SIGN ONE IF I ALREADY BEEN TO THE WILLOUGHBY LOCATION ? HER RESPONSE PER VERBATIM WAS " SO WHY ARE YOU HERE " ? HER FACAIL EXPRESSION EVEN CHANGED TO A DIRTY LOOK . I ELABORATED THE REASON FOR VISIT . I ASKED HER WAS THIS A ISSUE BECAUSE SHE STARTED COMING OF EVEN RUDER THAN HER QUESTION SO I ASKED HER IF THIS WAS A ISSUE AND SHE SAID SHE WAS SHOCKED .AFTER THE CLASS SHE EXPLAINED PRICING AND SHE STATED THAT THE LOCATIONS ARE FRANCHISES (I WAS UNAWARE ) AND THE WILLOUGHY LOCATION WAS NOT AFFLIATED WITH PINECREST . THE PRICES ARE MUCH DIFFERENT BETWEEN BOTH LOCATION IN RESULT OF THE FRANCHISE . I WAS TALKING WITH ELAINE AND I COMMUNICATED THAT THE PRICES ARE MUCH MORE AT PINECREST . I NEVER SAID I WOULDNT PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE .THEN ELAINE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD STAY AT WILLOUGHBY . THESE COMMENTS WAS EXTREMLY RUDE AND OUT OF LINE . THAT MAKES ME FEEL NOT WELCOMED .ELAINE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIEVED IN 2024 SO FAR . MY SECOND ISSUE WAS SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT LOOKS RAN DOWN . FOR WHERE THIS LOCATION IS , I JUST HAD HIGHER EXPECTATIONS .

Its very unfortunate I have to leave such a poor review but its necessary. I am moving further away from the Pinecrest location....I spoke to a representative and filled out a cancellation form the end of March-which means I will discontinue my classes-moving forward. I was unfortunately charged another $206 for May-I was not aware until I check my account today. I immediately called my credit card provider to dispute
the charge and also called Club Pilates to have the charge refunded....due to the cancellation that I already made- notice of my moving situation. The Lady I spoke to said the refund could not be returned to my card. I cant stress enough--BEWARE.

So glad I signed up for Pilates Classes especially at this location as I heard it’s the brightest with lots of natural light! Instructors are delightful and each of them has their own unique way to teach which gives a good variety of work outs throughout the week. I come in, change into my socks and get my 50 minutes of „ me time“! Wonderful!
I almost regret having passed this place so many times when hanging out at Pinecrest without signing up earlier…

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone honestly. I think they should get better instructors, and more of them. I signed up for the 4 classes a month but usually all the classes were very booked and it was hard to get just 4 classes scheduled for the month. The other down side to this is that you can’t pick certain instructors, and you’re going to want to. Most of the instructors (except one I had she was a younger woman maybe in her 20s) are rude when they’re trying to correct your form. I have seen them do this with others in the class and have experienced this first hand. They will talk to you like you’re stupid, with an attitude, and rushy. I think they expect you to know what to do, which doesn’t make sense because each instructor does something different and they don’t actually do the moves they just explain how to do them. When I would correct my form they would say “see now you can really feel it in X area”, but really I would be in pain (not the good Pilates pain). Every class I left feeling more toned, but I would dread going to another because of the instructors.

I am obsessed with Club Pilates Pinecrest! The staff are all friendly and helpful. The instructors are excellent. The classes are strengthening my whole body; specifically my back. I don’t have a favorite instructor- they all bring a little something different to their classes. I like to rotate.
I have taken Pilates elsewhere for years, but feel as if I never advanced! At Club Pilates Pinecrest I am getting stronger every week!
Thank you staff at Club Pilates Pinecrest!!

Beautiful clean studio. I knew nothing of Pilates reformer and took the intro class and was so impressed. I have several sports-related injuries & wrist arthritis making gyms, yoga or barre difficult. However, with reformer Pilates, there’s no weights just resistance, so that minimizes risk of back, knee or neck injuries, but I can do Pilates without any discomfort or special equipment. Teachers are very experienced, flexible & patient. And I love that Pilates’ focus is on stretching, toning, balance, and the core.

My one and only issue is that some teachers are not always noticing students that are doing the exercises improperly & in the winter, the weekday evening, and weekend classes fill up quickly, but their wait list functionality on their app works quite well and I’ve been able to get into some classes that way. But it’d be great if they offered a few more classes at those times in the winter, though I would imagine it is not easy to find good certified Pilates instructors.

The best part I have stuck with this program for months, am overall more toned and look forward to each class!

I really enjoy the instructor Hannah. However, April K. was very condescending and rude. The membership is too expensive to not be willing to kindly correct someone’s form and steer them in the right direction. It sucks that they’re (some instructors/managers) willing to accept hundreds of peoples dollars, but won’t actually TEACH Pilates.

I just started and was really loss. I went to 1 but teacher had a diverse group and spoke as if everyone knew what to do. I found myself constantly looking at the person next to me to get it right. I wished I had not signed up. There is not a class for beginners. This is when I think I should had shopped around before I signed up!!! It is not for beginners if Pilates.
