Coach Ray fitness club is a wonderful place and it’s a great environment.
Coach Ray is a very knowledgeable person with a background in all sports and training. Which makes learning from him better and easier for me because he has actually experience.
Versus trying to learn from a “book guy” with just a trainer certificate who has no actual experience.
Coach Ray he is very hands on and is a great motivator and BTW he has multiple training titles and certificates. He has just graduated and became a master trainer.

I started with coach Ray in June , and I absolutely love it there ! Coach Ray genuinely cares about the health and well-being of his clients . not only is he helping me get my health back with lifting weights I have surpassed my goal with that, but he also has helped me conquer some of my fears, the clientele there are amazing. Also, Coach Ray teaches, teamwork, and respect.
I highly recommend Coach Ray’s fitness club 100%!!!

Coach Ray's Fitness Club is awesome! Coach Ray is motivating and knowledgeable. He believes in your strength to get that "one more rep" in, even when you think you can't do anything else. The camaraderie in the workout groups is unparalleled. I've been going for about 2 months now, and exercises I thought I could never do, I am now accomplishing. It's a process, but he makes it well worth it.

Coach Ray's fitness is the best fitness program that I've tried thus far. I've struggled with weightless and weakness in my wrist for years. Since November 13th when I started until recently I've lost a total of 23lbs. I feel amazing and my wrists are stronger. I'm almost to my 1st weight-loss goal that I've had for years now. I would highly recommend Coach Ray's Fitness. He has taught me to overcome the fear and pain of working out. Fit is the new skinny as well as pain is weakness leaving the body. Coach Ray is the best, his motivation is not intimidating at all, he pushing you in a very positive way. Couldn't ask for a better coach 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾.

I have been apart of Coach Ray”s fitness club for 9 months. I have lost a total of 30 pounds to date. The atmosphere is awesome. It ‘s truly a team effort, we motivate and support each other. Coach Ray not only trains you, he pushes you to excel.

It is AMAZING!!! Was super scared about going because I was weak. But everyone is so supportive and makes you feel so welcome!! Coach Ray is making me stronger mentally & physically! I highly recommend Coach Ray’s Fitness Club (CRFC) for the individual who is interested in results. Coach Ray will push you past your natural limits. He is patient, knowledgeable and will teach you correct form and positioning. If you find yourself at the gym rotating between the treadmill and elliptical because everything else intimidates you this club is for you. Everyone is encouraging and working out with members motivates you to continue to press through and reach your goals.
