My daughter has been apart of compass for the past 7 years. Miss Heather and the teachers are amazing. My daughter’s skills and confidence have grown so much! I couldn't ask for better role models.

Very unprofessional. My Daughter's teacher would come to class a half hour late very often. Then sit on her phone as she ate food. I honestly gave them the benefit of the doubt until my daughter showed me videos. She also let them out of class 15
mins early often. We are charged for 1hr a week. And they were often only instructed 20-25 mins. Contacted
the office manager,
she informed me she contacted the owner and she would get in touch with me. Never returned my call. You can not directly contact anyone in charge. Have to go through someone who then relies the message instead of directly to the person who needs to handle the situation. Costumes were given a day before pictures, when everyone else received their months in advance. The costumes were horrible. I also purchased tights, did not receive them. They have no contact with the parents, as far as letting them dates and upcoming information. Charged for half of June. Although the girls did not attend any classes in June. My daughter was so heartbroken over the costumes and the fact she did not know all of her recital dance she decided to withdrawl. They would not refund me for the tickets purchased. The teacher had not even taught them the entire routine with only 2 weeks until recital. The teacher decided to cancel dance class, without even letting anyone know. And we were charged and not refunded for a class that did not happen. If you pay online and it doesn't process right on 1st, you were charged a 30 dollar late fee for every class. Overall horrible experience. Horrible studio and very unprofessional.

Unprofessional staff. Staff yells at parents in lobby. Asked not to come back after all my fees and costumes paid. Over a $1000 wasted. Do not recommend.
