I have been going to Compound Fitness for over 3 years and it’s like my second home. The trainers are awesome and the community is so supportive. It’s more than a gym, it’s a place where you can be you without judgement. It’s the best money spent!! Give it a try!!!

Over the past 8 months, I have lost 20lbs, list 5% body fat and gained 3% muscle thanks to the motivation from the awesome trainers at Compound Fitness! The classes are only 30 minutes and so easy to fit into my busy schedule. I never dread going to this gym, I look forward to ever workout! The members are like family and we encourage each other and motivate each other to reach our greatest potential! Come check them out. You will be hooked!!

I am entering my 10th week of personal training with Paris at Compound Fitness. I came to them at the age of 40, the weakest I have ever felt and overweight (by a lot). I was broken and after trying every gimmick from Nutrisystem to Semiglutide I was left more confused than ever.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this gym and the owners.

It was a little intimidating walking in the door but after 1 workout I knew that this was exactly what I needed. I now have hired Paris as a personal trainer 3 x a week for an hour each session.

The positive mindset that Paris guides me with set me up for the week and I have gotten so much stronger in this short timeframe. Amanda has been a dream helping with nutrition and giving me ideas to stay on track with my eating to help achieve my goals.

Everyone is so friendly, and I know I will meet my goals with their help. This is an atmosphere I plan to be a part of for many years to come! Thank you to Paris and Amanda for saving my self-confidence and helping be see the light to a healthier lifestyle that I desired for so long!

This is a Fantastic gym!! Paris-Owner & Amanda-Nutritionist are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I love how Paris gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been personal training for a year with Paris, and have dropped 40 lbs. deadlifting 180, ran my first 5K. No gimmicks! All hard work, consistency, and whole food diet. I can honestly say I’m in The Best Shape of my life thanks to Paris! I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I’ve never experienced a place quite like this one. They basically work on every level of fitness, a wide variety, various forms of warm up, stabilization exercises, various forms of strengthening, and power moves. They have their own app where you record your reps and weights so you can improve. Paris, the owner has so much enthusiasm, and love for what he does, it overflows. I’ve learned so much from him and his staff. I’ve done a wide variety of workouts and programs and this is by far the best, and highest quality.
They do various activities even outside of the standard group times that involve a sense of community and support. They really have something special going on it’s bound to get larger and expand . At the moment it’s more of a small class vibe and it feels literally like I have a personal trainer because each person gets individualized attention as the class/group sizes aren’t that big, yet… so get in while you can lol.
My body changed while working out there (for the better) and I got a lot stronger. I miss it there as my circumstances changed, what I’m doing now absolutely sucks in comparison to what they have going on there for sure. It makes me truly appreciate even more what Compound Fitness has. When I move I hope to find a place like Compound Fitness, doubt it. But I’ll try. Highly recommend working out there. It puts all other gyms, classes, even working with a personal trainer, in a lower class. Compound Fitness is definitely high quality workouts.

I've been a member since July 2017. I've been on the fitness journey my whole adult life and always preferred my "alone" time at the gym. I was never one to join fitness classes. I was spending 1-2 hours a day in the gym and things stalled. SFBBC is right around the corner from my house and I figured I'd give it a try since I was trying to condition for a hiking trip to Switzerland. I was immediately surprised and wowed by the results. 30 minutes compared to 2 hours and I get better results! I truly recommend it You WILL see results! You'll get fitness/diet/motivation/accountability. Just try one of the 28 day or 6 week challenges and you will be hooked.

I did the Ghost in the Graveyard 5k on Halloween morning, 2021. I only went inside Compound Fitness for my number and to warm up before the race. The event was fun and the course was flat. There were "ghosts " along the way that try to tag you and make you do exercises before moving on. I got tagged once and had to do 20 jumping jacks. After that I cheated by running on the side walks.

The is one of the best places I have been! I am 50 and getting back into a gym was intimidating, but not here. They focus on technique, strength, fitness and community. The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very attentive and focus on safety and preventing injury. In addition, the give great fitness tips at the end of the classes. They always offer advice and the atmosphere is welcoming. They have a nutritionist that welcomes any and all questions. This group really focuses on the whole person and the gym has a strong community support.

I went to SFBBC last summer and I loved it. The trainers are helpful and didn’t judge me when it was obvious that my balance is a 4/10, but instead I was given guidance and encouragement. Dustin said β€œeveryone’s gotta start somewhere.” And I loved that. I felt stronger after just a couple of weeks and that’s incredibly empowering. I’m also impressed about how quickly the staff pivoted when Covid took over. They made sure to communicate well and make sure that everyone still had access to guidance, training, and community. If I didn’t move I would be returning to workouts! This place is phenomenal!

I stumbled upon this gym from a groupon ad. My daughter and I have been a members for almost a year now. The workouts are awesome! The trainers do a great job at developing high intensity workouts and have modifications depending on where your at in your fitness journey. I’ve not only lost weight/inches but I feel stronger. There are so many class times too so I am always able to work a sweat into my schedule no matter what;) The price is a little high but worth every penny. You are not only getting high quality workouts from high quality trainers but you become a part of a community. The members all care and help push and motivate each other. It’s really something special the way the owners, Brett and Saige, along with trainers Dustin, Paris and Alison create a fun and motivating environment. They do a wonderful job at creating opportunity to get involved with fitness challenges, motivational workshops, Facebook, podcasts etc to keep you engaged with your fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym for anybody who is ready to get serious about their health and wellness...you will be challenged, you will learn proper technique, you will be stronger physically/mentally and you will gain a fitness family!

I wanted to join a gym, I reached out to Strongsville Git Body Boot Camp. I attended the session however it wasn’t a meeting to join the gym. Actually the person told me that joining the gym was not going to help me lose weight. I was so confused, he said he was just being honest. He said in order for me to lose the weight I need to pay over $4,000 and he would teach me how to eat correctly but the gym alone is not going to do it. I understand eating plays a huge part but exercising plays a part as well. Total turn off for me.

I discovered Strongsville Fit Body Boot Camp by accident while scrolling through FaceBook. I decided to give it a chance because of a 6 week challenge they offered for free if you met certain goals. Well, after 2 classes I was completely hooked. I've never been able to stick to a workout routine ever until now. At least 3-4 times a week I'm working out, which is incredible since i was previously not working out AT ALL! I've made a complete lifestyle change and I'm probably the healthiest I've been in years. The workouts are great, the instructors are phenomenal and the owners are fantastic. I would highly recommend Strongsville Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone no matter what level you are.

my story of why I signed up to do the 6 week boot camp. I had surgery February 28th which took months to heal from. I had weighed just over 185. I was so upset with myself for letting myself hey that big but before surgery I was unable to jump, run and the months of healing I want able to do much of anything. once healed I started water Pilates and walking. I lost just over 15 lbs. when I saw this boot camp in my Facebook page. I was healed enough that I could start more of a workout so I decided to come in and see what it was about. signed up and today read my last work. I lost the 25 pounds and I'm going to continue to workout to get the last few pounds off. I want to thank Brett, Dustin and Brandon for letting me join the camp and pushing me to reach my goal.

Hello, viewers if you’re looking to change your lifestyle you’re looking at the right place to start. I began with FBBC through a 6-week challenge and through dedication, a change of diet and finally working out with them 3 days a week it aided in my weight loss. FBBC had half-hour high interval sessions that targeted different parts of the body. Their gym was equipped with plenty of different activities and equipment to get all of their workouts done. Through personal trainers classes were small and able to create a connection with their students. Classes were handled efficiently and able to be signed up for through an app which I considered handy. All in all, I also attended the gym 5 days a week with FBBC as my pre-workout for three days a week for 6 weeks. It was a joy to start off my morning with a great group of people and the trainers that motivated us through. My results came in as losing 12 ibs, losing 5% of body fat, gaining 3% of muscle, and the best part losing 10 inches of my waist! I am satisfied and definitely recommend starting your journey at Fit Body Bootcamp!

The variety of exercises in the classes is excellent. 30 minutes goes by in the wink of an eye and you are done with an awesome workout. Justin and Allison are phenomenal! In the 4 weeks I've been attending, I may have repeated an exercise 3-4 times. They push just hard enough to give you that little extra to finish strong. AAA+ Keep up the good work!

Workout here was effective. One of the best Bootcamps that I've been to! Exercises were progressed or modified according to abilities. The trainers are helpful, friendly and encouraging. Ive checked into other programs but i have always gravitated back to SFBBC. This is by far the most effective workout i have ever done. The workouts are tough but you walk away feeling energized and glad u came. It doesn't matter what your workout goals are or what kind of shape you're in, whether, you are a workout guru or couch potato these workouts are for anyone. I am in the best shape of my life. I would definitely recommend.

Strongsville FBBC is so much more than just a place to work out! Bretton the owner is a solid dude, he REALLY cares about helping his members. Coaches are amazing, workouts are amazing, and the support is amazing. Most β€œgyms” don’t care about you and only call you if your card declines. If I don’t show up, I hear from them to find out how they can help. Truly amazing, can’t recommend highly enough!

This has been the best workout experience I have ever had and all the trainers are so sweet. I loved when I was going there I definitely saw results and the staff was AMAZING. The only thing that sucks is the price. I only went because there was a promotion and I could afford it but after that it was just too much a month for me personally but if you can afford it or there is a promotion DO IT or GRAB IT. I love sfbbc, everyone is treated like family. if you take full advantage of the workouts, and the consults for your meal plans it is so worth it. the clean eating has changed my life. The workouts are amazing, I never thought I would be doing push ups, burpees, etc. The trainers do a great job with working us individually.

Fit Body Boot Camp is more than just a gym! Yes the workouts are kick butt and will make you realize you are stronger than you think, but the memebers and staff are what make Fit Body so amazing and wonderful! It's like a small fitness community where everyone has your back and wants you to be the most amazing version of yourself inside and out. The door is always open for anything from renfiguring or your meal plan to see better results to venting about life! I would highly reccomend this gym to anyone and everyone no matter their fitness level! From someone who is just starting on a fitness journey to another who has been working out for years. Trainers work with each and every memeber to accommodate by either showing modified versions to build up strength, to bringing over someone more weight to make it more challenging. I have had a great experience at SFBBC. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is nothing like a gym! The instructors hold you accountable. All it is is 30 minutes a day. I love it! No more having to work out for almost 2 hours a day to see results. You can go up to 6 times a week and see amazing results. I have only been going for 7 weeks and I have seen such a transformation in this short time. Alex and Brett help with nutrition also. My eating habits are so much better and I feel so much better with much more energy.
