Dave Wagner is, by far, the best Personal Trainer that I've trained with (& I tried several trainers before I found Dave.). Dave got me into the best shape of my life (I lost 25lbs, & been able to keep it off, because of Dave) , which is why I've been training with Dave for 14+ years. Dave is a very knowledgeable & very professional Personal Trainer; and he cares a lot about his clients, which is why he's laser-focused on achieving the results that you want (I'm living proof).

I started working out with David in the mid-2000s. That I can’t remember exactly when shows how great my experience has been.
He starts and ends every workout asking “how do you feel?” And he means it. He wants to know what your aches and pains are, if you’re tired, or if there’s some exercise or muscle group you want to emphasize.
The workouts are rigorous and demanding and yet he’s constantly monitoring your performance so that you don’t overdo it.
No workout is ever the same and the variety of exercises is amazing. You will be tired but you won’t be bored.
He also is great about stretches, which have been a great help with occasional lower back pain.
Being a personal trainer is his calling and his passion and he brings that to every session.
I walk a little taller—and with a little more pride and appreciation for my body—since I’ve worked out with David.

Dave is an incredible trainer who I would recommend to everyone, especially beginners or someone who's on the fence about working with a trainer. I know I don't respond well to the in-your-face trainer who yells and screams, so Dave was perfect for me. He's easygoing and super laid back, but he also knows his stuff like I couldn't believe, and is incredibly efficient with your time. If you're thinking about getting in better shape and committing to your health, I really couldn't recommend Dave more. He's great.

David Wagner is an outstanding personal trainer who managed to motivate an out of shape 40 something year old to keep coming back to his gym and actually build strength. He knows how to start you off just right -- not so slowly that you feel like you are wasting your time, but not so vigorously that you make a resolution to never set foot in a gym again. He tailors your workouts based on your goals (mine were building up bone density and working on balance) and actually makes working out fun. No workout with him is ever the same and he’s flexible enough so that when you’re clumsy and sprain things, he can work around it. He’s personable, humorous and will make you stronger.

Dave is a great personal trainer who always created a great environment for weight lifting and training. He genuinely has a good sense for making sure a workout is tough but doable, listening to his client’s preferences, and then incorporating that into an enjoyable program. My training did not become monotonous or boring at all without losing focus on the areas I wanted to improve whether that was strength and conditioning or a certain muscle group that was lacking. We did everything from body weight, to some crossfit, to olympic style lifts, typical bodybuilding movements, and HIIT. That kind of exercise agnostic and what works works attitude towards training is refreshing in a world where people are constantly trying to sell you what they believe to be one true solution to fitness. Dave and I also built up a good rapport and after a while training just became like two dudes hanging out hitting PRs and stuff.

I trained with Dave for eight years. He is the best there is. Very knowledgeable about exercise and good heath, and very very good and what he does. David is by far the best personal trainer that I have ever had! I’m accustomed to training on my own for triathlons, marathons and physical fitness tests. However, I was really looking for a trainer that would help me tone and firm my body in the most effective way and that is exactly what David did. He outlined a program for me with realistic goals and expectations. He pushed me beyond what I thought my limits were and encouraged me along the way. I can’t say enough about how amazing David is!

Best trainer I have ever worked with. He didn't try to kill me with soreness, but I always felt like I had an awesome (and exhausting!) workout. Improvement was evident by being able to lift heavier weights and do more exercises over time.
