I have done a variety of workouts but working out at CORE cle makes me more sore than all of them! It’s a great full body workout with extra emphasis on core. All of the instructors are friendly and super welcoming! This was my first time doing Pilates on a machine and they were so nice and accommodating.

Lagree randomly popped up on my social media one day and I’m so glad it did! I found Core CLE and saw they had an amazing 3 class intro package for $35 so I decided to give it a try. My first class was with Maddie and honestly I thought I was going to die. It was the most intense workout I’d ever done! My legs were still shaking 10 min after leaving class. I was sore for 4 days afterwards so if you’re looking for a killer workout, book with Maddie. I wasn’t sure how to do many of the moves so my suggestion to newbies would be to watch a video on the basic moves to familiarize yourself because the transitions are very quick. My second and third classes were with Jean and Becca. Both are excellent instructors for beginners and thoroughly explained the moves and modifications which was extremely helpful. I’m not someone who likes to work out and I hate to sweat but honestly Lagree is totally worth it because you feel the effects instantly. I feel like I accomplish far more in a 45 min lagree class than I do an hour in the gym. I’ve since referred my niece, boyfriend, and once the Lakewood location opens I’ll be bringing some coworkers since they’re closer to the east side.

Core Cle is by far one of the best workout studios in Cleveland. You see results almost immediately which is rare! The studio is very clean with a parking lot right out front. We’re from Phoenix, & when my family decided to spend the summer in Cleveland (where my husband grew up), I was worried I wouldn’t find a studio—but this place has been amazing. I’ve been doing Lagree on a megaformer for about ten years, and it’s the only workout that works for me long-term—I have a lot of injuries from winter sports, but over the years I've learned how to modify movements to stay safe while still getting a great workout. I love the low-impact, whole body stretch with major focus on the core that you really don't get in any other workout. At this point in life, I workout for longevity and I truly feel that's what lagree is all about. I also LOVE efficiency and in 45 minutes, your whole body has been rocked and you're on your way!

Excellent workout, just what I am looking for. I already do cardio and I need more core and all over muscle tone. Both instructors, Christine and Becca are very motivating and give excellent instruction besides being patient being this was my first try of this type of workout. I purchased the introductory 3 time package and although each class flew by, I felt challenged. After my first class I had muscle soreness for like 3 days!! Definitely motivated me to go back knowing this works!! Thank you for being so welcoming and I look forward to many more workouts!!

Core CLE is so fun but it is INTENSE. It doesn’t get easier but you definitely get stronger. I’ve been taking classes with Christine and she’s great at explaining the moves/positioning. She doesn’t make you feel silly if you don’t know what the heck is going on. It’s super fun and challenging.

I am so happy to have found Core CLE! I signed up for the 2 week new client unlimited and have been going almost everyday. I am obsessed! All of the instructors have been great. I recently moved to Cleveland and have been exploring multiple pilates and lagree studios. I was so happy to find Core Cle in Westlake! I tried their two week introduction pass and took full advantage of the different instructors and times they offer. Each teacher was welcoming and all of their classes were well planned, high energy, and absolutely butt-kicking! The megaformer provides a full body workout in only 45 minutes that leaves you feeling so strong, empowered , and definitely a little sore after. I would highly recommend Core Cle to both new and seasoned lagree practitioners!

Core CLE is a great studio conveniently located in the west side of CLE. I have enjoyed both Lagree (Megaformer) and Climb (VersaClimber) classes here. There’s also an option for Combo if you prefer the Mega and Versa experience in one class. The best part for me is that I get to squeeze in a 30- or 45-minute high intensity, low impact activity to my regular routine. The workouts are always challenging (but they offer modifications), and they’re never monotonous. The instructors are friendly, patient, and encouraging—always helping with proper form and alignment. Their new studio looks very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend Core CLE!

I have been working out at Core Cle for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it. The studio is clean and beautiful! I take mainly The “mega former” classes (Lagree) and they are so challenging and are a low impact full body workout! I have learned to connect with my core so much more and it’s definitely helped me with lifting weights at home too! I have also taken a couple “lift n climb” classes with Becca and they are super tough as well! The instructors all bring their own unique twist to the work out and they’re all fabulous!
I have taken Jean, Becca, and Sharis classes-they are all amazing! I have a soft spot for Jean and take alot of her classes as she was my very first class I took there, and she has really helped me with my form and is a REALLY great Instructor!
Beccas classes are the highlight of my Friday mornings! Shari is definitely the most challenging so make sure you take a few classes before you do one of hers 🤣 but shes great as well!
(They also have beginner classes too if you are new which is nice!)

I tried Core CLE this past week and LOVE IT! I have been looking for something for awhile to help with my postpartum journey. I lift regularly at home and have been hitting a wall so I was looking for something to help me get out of my plateau. I was nervous during my first Mega class but after the first 5-10 minutes I realized how amazing I felt doing the moves. It makes you feel so strong and works your body in a way that most other workouts do not. I highly recommend it and Shari is amazing, extremely helpful, and made me feel right at home!

The VersaClimber gets the most out of any fitness level and is an excellent toning, cardio, and weight loss tool whether you're a beginner or tri-athlete. Core CLE is my second home. I joined this gym to build my core since I have chronic low back pain. When I first started in June my pain was a constant 5 it’s now a 2. I can feel my self getting stronger and using my core to do things. The work out is challenging in a good way. I love it and it’s members! Everyone from the staff to the clients are amazing and support each other. No one judges you or looks at you if you have to stop or take a break! This gym is a god send and I’m proud to be a member!

I love these classes!! All trainers are phenomenal. Something I've lacked in all of the classes and independent gym sessions is proper form and this class really focuses on that and preventing injury. I recommend it to anyone that is really looking to work on their overall health, since in class, I've taken almost 2 whole minutes off my avg mile time, too!

Just completed my 250th class there and I loved every one of them. It never gets easy and challenges you every time. Shari and her team are amazing and will push you to go beyond what you think you can do. I have been going there for about year and half and have lost 40 pounds. So if you are struggling with weight loss and think it's not possible then give this workout a try and be amazed. It won't happen overnight but consistency is the key. It may seem little expensive but it's well worth it and its only 45 minutes of class.

This is deceptively challenging. It is nonstop, slow, controlled movements. There is essentially no impact and I was sweating pretty good by the end. Get there early for your first class because you have to wear special socks they sell there. Definitely bring water. I highly recommend this for strengthening and flexibility

This is a total sham. Owner asks several potential instructors to fork out $500 for audition. She has already made up in her mind which instructors she wants prior to auditions. Therefore, the 5-6 other instructors are out $500.
Here’s how it works
No matter how hard you try to get mock classes the owner denies attempts. Also limited to times that are available and the instructors that are accepted are advised not to assist with mocks. You then are not able to meet the audition requirements and forfeit your $500 fee.

Well, it's official; you've ruined me for traditional Pilates. I tried to go back to a few traditional classes after trying Core and I'm not getting as much out of it. Core cranked my metabolism, really gave me a way to engage my body with little or no impact to my joints and i LOVED the energy.
I suppose the only thing left to say is "see you in class"!
Addendum: I've take several classes (a dozen maybe) and am so glad ive found Core. I used to be a Figure competitor but after numerous injuries was afraid to train. Ive gained weight and felt weak and HATED every minute of it.
At core I'm getting the intensity I've been craving while not being afraid of injury. I'm building muscle, burning fat and having fun.

I can't say enough about this studio, the classes and the instructors! Hands down one of the most transformative workouts I've ever experienced! I do a lot of different types of workouts--from weight training, to spin, to OrangeTheory, to barre--but this one works muscles I didn't realize I had! You can't just muscle your way through it; you need to be slow, controlled and intentional, and that's what gets the results.
I have a history of bad joints and have spent a lot of time in physical therapy for my back and knees. This workout is just what the doctor ordered! No stress on the joints whatsoever!

Shari and her instructors are amazing at coaching, adjusting and running a strong alignment-based challenging workout class. If you like pilates or body weight exercises you will love the strength gained from the megaformer! I can only give four stars due to strict cancellation policies and penalties that make me hesitant to do business with them.

I love this workout! Super intense, whole body 45 minute workout. I drove from Strongsville to Westlake for this workout and the commute is so worth it. Incredible instructors that push and challenge you in a fun and encouraging way.

Amazing!!! Like nothing I’ve ever done! I’m a big spinner, runner, yogi but this place is so different and awesome!! Trainers are all so knowledgeable and each challenges me in new ways! I love the small classes because you really get the coaches time to make sure you’re doing things right. I feel it IMMEDIATELY. I never knew the shakes were a good thing. Safe to say I’m addicted!!

I started taking classes at Core CLE about 2 weeks ago and I’m already seeing some really good results! I feel stronger and my pre baby abs are starting to come back :-) It’s a workout like no other and it targets all the right muscles. The instructors are awesome and very motivating and my fellow workout partners are friendly. I definitely recommend it!

I went to CORE CLE for the first time in February 2018 and I knew from the first moment I started on the megaformer that this was unlike any other workout I’ve ever done. It is very intense, but absolutely worth it. I saw results almost immediately (for the first time in my life I actually have abs)! I have thoroughly enjoyed taking classes from each of the teachers at the studio. Each has a slightly different approach, but they all provide an intense workout and great coaching. CORE CLE is a positive, inspiring community and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in giving it a try (you will not be disappointed)!

Core CLE is unlike any workout I've ever done. It works your muscles in a way that you don't get with any other workout. Slow movements and quick transitions help your muscles burn out (in a good way!) When I go on a regular basis, the results are easy to see. My core is sooo much stronger from going to Core CLE!
The instructors are encouraging and so helpful. Learning the different movements is easy because the instructors are so hands on. Whitney and Tiffany are especially awesome!!

This is the best workout for all components of fitness! 45 minutes of strength, cardio, flexibility, and core that is high impact and low intensity! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and focused the entire class to give you outstanding motivation! The classes are small- so there is no hiding! Hands down BEST Lagree studio I've ever been to! I am the type of person who joins gyms, goes for a few weeks, and fizzles out.. but this place, the environment, the people, the instructors, but most importantly the quick results keep you wanting to come back! It's like nothing I've ever done in terms of working out... small twitch muscles, slow movements, and everything gets incredibly toned. Their instructors are so motivating! Intro package is super affordable, and you can save so much on class passes/packages after that. Can't say enough good things!

This is an amazing fitness program for men and women. If you want to quickly get fit add this to your workout routine. The instruction is great and the facility is beautiful. Scheduling is easy to do online and they are usually running great deals for class packs. The instructors are friendly and assist participants with modifications if necessary.
