I have been working out at CoreStrong Fitness for a year and half- I've done a mixture of Pilates and fitness classes. Throughout that time I have seen my body change in strength but also flexibility. Those improvements have helped me keep up with my kids and daily life. The classes themselves are change daily and overall I am happy with the results and the workouts.

Highly recommend Core Strong Fitness! My husband and I have been doing personal fitness and Pilates training sessions with Aaron for almost 5 years. Our boys, ages 10 & 12, have also worked with Aaron in his Athletes Speed and Agility sessions and each time they walk away with a fantastic workout and a smile! I have been training with Aaron in his Pilates studio and in personal fitness and training classes for 3 years. His attention to detail on proper form is outstanding, even in group classes. I’ve never suffered any overuse injuries during my training with Aaron. In fact he has helped me rehab injuries I’ve acquired elsewhere. I’m in my 60’s, and strongly recommend Core Strong if you’re serious about your complete fitness!
