I was looking for a karate class for my kids to join and I'm so glad I found Coszacks! Sensei James is very patient and thorough wile teaching the students. The price is great and the class is even better! My kids love it and its great for ALL ages. What better way to learn self discipline, respect, and growth for not only your muscles, but your mind.
