Very good instructors, focus on lots of fundamentals which are the key aspects of the art of Muay Thai. Would definitely check them out if you wanted to get into Martial Arts. It’s a great workout, a lot of fun and you learn fighting skills.

Counterstrike gym is a way to stay fit have fun and learn some great useful muay thai techniques. The staff is very friendly and I recommend this gym for seasoned vets or beginners!!!
