I travel a lot for work and one blessing about that is I'm afforded the opportunity to check out other gyms and compare my home box to others. While I'm a very happy member at my home gym, this gym is a great example of what the crossfit community has brought to the sport of exercise. Differing level of athletes from beginners to what seemed to be at least regional level guys... and humble at that. I believe it was either the owner or one of the coaches did the strength portion with me and kept great company. If you're looking to start crossfit or looking to be challenged at a high level, I'd encourage you to try it.

This gym has changed my life for the better! The WODs are challenging and the coaches are fantastic. The members are all very kind and encouraging to help you achieve anything and everything you set your mind to in this gym. Best CrossFit gym in the entire Dayton area!

Dropped in for a WOD while in town for a conference. Challenging warm-up and Workout. Reached out one week prior and Mark gave me all of the details prior to arriving. He stopped to say hello right after his workout and explain how their program worked. Everyone was welcoming and hospitable. Felt right at home - Great experience. Hoping to get two more workouts in if my conference schedule allows. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

I joined CrossFit Heights about 7 months ago and I couldn't be happier with that decision. I was pretty intimidated of a CrossFit gym before joining because I have never done it at that point, but I always stayed active in other ways. Since joining the gym I have been able to grow physically and mentally and that is thanks to the trainers at the gym and other members there. Their knowledge and guidance has pushed me to become stronger in a safe and controlled way. I could not be more thankful for CFH!!

I was extremely hesitant to start CrossFit in general, I had heard a lot about it but had also heard and believed a lot of the myths about it as well. I did not think that I would ever be strong enough to accomplish any of the moves and would therefore have to modify everything which would also be very embarrassing! I refused to start until my husband would go with me.
We took the plunge and signed up for it about 7months ago. I did my 3 day foundations with Mark Hall who was incredibly patient and encouraging with us both! I was extremely weak just like I thought I would be, but I also felt like an absolute beast trying some of those lifts! I was hooked as soon as I started finishing some of the WODs.
I now do the 5:45am class and I have more energy than I would have ever thought possible! I love the people, love the trainers and the atmosphere! I would highly recommend CrossFit Heights to anyone who is in the same boat I was!

I joined CrossFit Heights to help push myself to get an intense workout every day. I absolutely love the 6am class on weekdays. The staff and members are all really friendly and incredibly helpful. I had almost no lifting experience and the trainers have all been very knowledgeable and encouraging. I would recommend CrossFit Heights to anyone interested in a challenging workout routine.

I dropped in CrossFit Heights while on vacation visiting family and had 4 great work outs! The box is well-equipped but, most importantly, it has experienced trainers and friendly box members. I will definitely drop in CrossFit Heights during my next trip.

So we dropped in on Saturday morning for the 9am class and had a great workout with 15 or so other regular members. Head trainer was great and friendly along with other trainers and member. Good light atmosphere while also putting good effort into technique and intensity during the workout.

Nice space, good equipment, and a great spot to workout.

ps: normal drop-ins on Saturday are at 10 rather then 9 which we found out once we arrived.

I have to say I wasn't sure what I'd get out of CrossFit when I first started. I had heard about it but thought I was far too old to start such a vigorous workout program. Since I've started I've gotten stronger in leaps and bounds and I'm now doing things that I never thought possible. The trainers and other members have been a big part of my progress, everyone has been so helpful! Thanks CFH!

I was definitely apprehensive in trying this crazy thing called Crossfit considering I had a lot of misconceptions about it. After 7 months I can say that Crossfit is the best workout I've ever done. Crossfit Heights definitely contributes to my love of Crossfit. The box is full of really knowledgable trainers and hardworking people who are all amazingly supportive! They make working out fun and keep you coming back for more each day! I would recommend Crossfit Heights to anyone at any fitness level! You will be welcomed with open arms and you will get into great shape!

Crossfit Heights is awesome! The trainers are very personable and do what they can to make you feel welcomed, help you and make sure you're doing things the correct way. Everyone there is very encouraging. It's definitely a great community to belong to and everyone there wants to see each other do their best. I am almost 40 years old and I am just now trying to get into shape. In the short amount of time that I've been going, I am already improving with my WOD's and I have accomplished a few things that I wasn't able to do when I first started. If Crossfit is something you're interested in, I would highly recommend giving Crossfit Heights a try!
