I am so happy that I joined this gym. I have been training with Lani and she’s been helping me get my strength up. She has pushed me to do more and more. I’m so thankful that I signed up with crunch one and she was my trainer!

Website says call or stop in to cancel...yet my wife is medically unable to work out and we're told we need to bring in medical documents and apparently only one person can do that and he's only there Monday to friday till 2. Maybe anyone that works at the counter should be able to fully manage memberships.

I haven’t been to this location but the gentleman speaking over the phone the crunch worker was very nice and was actually more supportive then the people who own “crunch dearborn” fitness in michigan.

dropped in in way east via 80/90. easy detour off route.
first crunch location we've been to that didn't have weightlifting platforms. they do have 5 powerlifting/deadlift platforms and squat racks with 4' of extended padding. bumper plates are plenty and they did have 5 women's bars (very rare). would love to rate higher because we LOVE our Crunch stops but this one had filthy bathrooms with no soap or toilet paper and a grumpy guy at the front desk.
We will skip this one next time through this area.

I've been training with Jeff at Crunch Fitness for the past two months, focusing on boxing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. After taking a break from boxing (post-baby life!), I was looking for a way to ease back into it — and Jeff has been exactly what I needed to regain my confidence and rebuild my skills.

He's incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and he pays close attention to form, technique, and coordination. We've worked together on strengthening my punches and improving accuracy, and I can definitely feel the progress. Jeff also does a great job of breaking down the small details and helping me identify specific areas to focus on — which has made a big difference in how I train.

Highly recommend him if you're looking for a trainer who takes your goals seriously and brings positive energy to every session. Thanks, Jeff!

I’m a truck driver and parking is my first concern, I parked out back in the grocery store and walked without any issue. Hot shower, cold water fountain, equipment up to par and all around a good location. I’d come back if I’m in the area

Nice gym. I enjoyed it more when it was UFC gym. It was a lot emptier, but the price was much higher.

Now the price is way lower and has more people which is what is to be expected. Overall, well kept, mostly pretty clean. And I’d suggest avoid the rush hour for the gym. Mornings are not too full.

The equipment is better quality then planet fitness BUT , if you like AC and fans when you work out this is not it, also if you enjoy wifi for music , your not gonna get it here . The wifi service is trash and to make it worse you don't get very good cell reception in the building. I will probably not renew because of these things.

Went to check in as a guest after getting to the gym a few minutes after my wife. A gentleman at the front told me I had to have my wife come sign me in so I walked around to go get her he proceeded to stop me and tell me I couldn't go get her to sign me in and that I need to call her even though I explained she was in a training session with one of their employees. After he finally let me go get my wife after a few minutes of back and forth he said to her that I was the problem because I dont want to follow their rules. I dont think thats how you treat customers that pay for a gym member ship and personal training. I pass 5 gyms on my way to this one and drive 30 minutes out of my way to go here but I was the problem to try to go get my wife because she turns her phone on silent during her training sessions. Tremendous customer support, very supportive towards military… the manager here was the most kind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gym, very great community. I only went there for 6 days and I met a lot of very kind people. Lots of high quality equipment and it’s very clean.

Admittedly, I am one of those people that probably right or negative reviews and don’t take the time to write positive ones. That being said, the exceptional service that I received from my personal trainer, Layne, and the rest of the management, has been outstanding. I agree with some of the reviews about the lack of equipment and amenities, but conscious of the fact that they are a new business in the area. I witness constant improvement every week. The first gym that I’ve been to that I’ve felt like more than just a person swiping the membership card at the counter. Keep up the good work.

Best variety of fitness equipment I've ever seen from about 40 different Crunch locations I've visited across the country.

Hatfield squat machine, standing hack squat/calf raise, Olympic lifting platforms, slant boards, horizontal hyperextension machines, Assault bikes [upper & lower body sprint bikes], cylinder weighted bags, high quality punching bags, multiple sleds, and all of the other expected gym equipment offered in top quality.

Good gym, great lighting and atmosphere, a lot of space but needs more “high use” machines as the ones listed get very busy during peak hours (leg extension, hamstring curl, squat machines/leg presses, more benches in dumbbell area). There is no sauna as advertised on their website, which was extremely disappointing to find out after I already signed up. Also did not get a free tshirt (also advertised on their website depending on what membership you sign up for) but I’m going to ask today when I go. They seemed to open a little prematurely but are improving as time goes on. Definitely one of the better gyms in the area.

Like the facility due to having lots of equipment and offering fitness classes. Love the hydro massage beds too. They don’t have any Silver Sneakers classes and a track which is what I am interested in, so a little disappointed. Hopefully there will be more changes in the future! The gentleman at front desk was nice but not really upbeat and friendly that sets the mood when you first walk in. So far, place seems clean which is a must for me and my friends! They still have construction that needs to be completed, but it’s out of the way. I will go back to check out again in the future. Hopefully more improvements!!

I’ve been enjoying Crunch! The gym is in an ideal location with ample parking. The building itself is accessible and all on one floor. I’ve never had to wait in line for a machine. Each time I have arrived, there is always someone near the door to greet me. Plus, they have hydro massage chairs, which is a great way to end my session 😍

I’ve been a loyal customer since march of 2024 back when Crunch Fitness was known as UFCgym. I had the champion membership which required me to pay $118 monthly for various accessories such as coaching classes and forms of physical therapy, very recently UFCgym has went through an entire rebranding from the name to the staff members. most if not all accessories there prior to said rebrand have been removed. Yet my bill remained the same? On February 26, 2025 I questioned the individual at the desk named Hector about payment issues yet he refused to give me a straight answer, I in-turn refused to pay there unreasonable prices. Hector proceeded to not allow me to carry out my workout so I respectfully demanded he remove all my information from there systems, and had a few choice words for them on my way out the door. This place has absolute abysmal customer service, I would recommend a gym with more reasonable pricing, better equipment and some human decency.
