Was in town for work and did a drop in here. Facility is lovely - good size and nice and clean with great equipment. Coach Abby was super welcoming and the group were very friendly. Got some really great cues while doing strength piece. I definitely will drop in again when Iβm next in town!

Graham did a wicked good job of pushing me and making sure I was using the proper technique and stretching after the fact. I'm terrible at stretching and he reminded me how equally that is important along with strength. It was a great first day workout back at something I love and need to continue!!

One of the best CrossFit gyms in Cuyahoga county. Smaller class sizes and awesome coaches. Pushed to do your best but scaling is always encouraged for those that need to scale. A really good mix of ages and people. Friendly and family atmosphere. This is the reason I have been attending classes here for almost 9 years!!!

I started using CTOWN in October. I began with PT and now I'm in regular classes. I have never used a gym before in my entire life, and have always been out of shape. CTOWN coaches have an environment where I don't feel insecure about that, and I am empowered to work out at my own level right along with folks who have done it for years. The coaches and the other gym patrons are so friendly and helpful. I never ever thought I would actually enjoy working out, but I am having a wonderful time and look forward to every class.

Coach Aaron did a great job explaining to the class how to perform each movement safe and efficiently. He also gave modifications for each movement so athletes of all skill levels could achieve the goal of the workout that day. Class work was made up of strength and conditioning pieces while still giving you opportunities to work on skills so you can continue to improve your ability to do more challenging movements.

I recently finished my training sessions with Dani before entering the class setting. Dani was great, she is knowledgeable, informative and very pleasant to work with. Dani explained the movements in a way that was easy to understand and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. I have worked/worked out with many different trainers over the years and Dani is right up there with the best. I highly recommend Dani if youβre looking to start your CrossFit adventure.

I am not typically one to write reviews, but CTown has changed my life for the better.
While home from college for the summer, I wanted to pick up a hobby. I played sports in high school and began running in college; however, I have always struggled to push myself out of my comfort zone and work on improving my strength. CTown has been nothing but welcoming and helpful towards me-- despite only being here for a few months, all of the coaches have showed a genuine interest in getting to know me and been patient and encouraging with me as I learn the correct forms and movements. Similarly, the regular members of the gym have a very tight-knit community and have happily included/supported me with open arms.
Although originally hesitant, I now realize joining CTown has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I never thought I would feel sad about going back to school because of a gym, but I now find myself looking forward to dropping in to classes whenever I am in the area.

i decided on a whim to sign up and take beginner classes at CTOWN 2 months ago. i had never done any type of crossfit training and was extremely nervous that the coaches, and other members at the gym would be judgmental but from the very first day of classes i was welcomed with open arms. The coaches are so great at finding what works for you, no matter what shape youβre in. they push you to do your best and encourage you to step a bit out of your comfort zone. the transition from beginner classes, to general classes was pretty seamless because the coaches are always available to give you pointers. all of the other members are great at motivating and cheering you on! Iβm so glad i decided to join and canβt wait to see what the future holds! i highly recommend CTOWN to anyone that is looking to step out of their comfort zone and change their lifestyle!!

Ctown is the best fitness experience I've had. I started at their east bank gym and came out to Fairview since it's closer to home. Both locations are amazing. Coaches stay engaged and the community working out together is a great motivator. They cover all fitness levels and help you with wellness and health instead of just shedding lbs and being a temporary solution.most importantly I have gained a lot of great habits outside the gym from this place.

I joined CTOWN West for their 6 week challenge program and it was such an amazing experience! I needed a kickstart to get me back into shape and they offered challenging workouts, knowledgeable staff and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Upon completion of the 6 week program they offer several class options to appeal to all fitness levels and desired outcomes. They truly offer an individualized approach to making a lifestyle change. I recently joined CTOWN WEST as part of their 6 week challenge. At first I was skeptical about the idea of Crossfit, but once I began to participate, I soon came to realize what the buzz was all about. To begin, RE (the owner) is a high energy guy that wants you to succeed. He first meets with you to explain the process, and lays out βthe 3 pillarsβ of the program: Hard work, Nutrition, and Accountability. These are the core of the program, and for the gym itself. If you are seeking a change, these three things need to be in place for you to achieve maximum results.
The coaches are TOP notch, and are there to INSTRUCT. Each class has a context to it, followed by warm up time, a learned movement, then a workout. The instructors do a good job of observing you to insure you are executing the movements correctly, as well as working with you after to insure mobility.
In all, I highly recommend this gym as their program is one that works! They keep you disciplined, and make you accountable for the goals you set. This type of community is one with big hearts, that want you to succeed.

I started training at Ctown in January 2017.This gym is one of the best. They take the time to make sure you know all the movements so you dont get injured. They also assign you a Coach for Life. Aaron has helped keep motivated and going even though I dont make it easy. Im looking forward to another year of making strength gains and lasting memories.
If you are looking to get into Crossfit this is a great gym to try out.

I have been going to CTown for over a year and I highly recommend it. As a runner, I was good at repeatedly putting one foot in front of the other, but did not feel like I was fit in any other way before I started. That's why I like the varied programming that is offered, which includes cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting. Most classes are fairly small, so there is always a coach close by to watch your movements and give you encouragement and tips for improvement. Not only are the coaches encouraging, but the other members are nice as well. I used to always be a loaner when it comes to exercise, but the other members make me look forward to working out with other people.
CTown also offers other programs and workshops, so since I started going there, I learned about nutrition and lost quite a bit of fat, and I learned how to keep my body in working order with mobility classes (as well as tips from the coaches).

I've heard a million times - but you're a chiropractor - why would you do crossfit because so many people say they get hurt. I was hesitant about joining a gym, especially one affiliated with Crossfit, after hearing the horror stories of Crossfit injuries. However, joining CTown is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The coaching staff not only takes the time and effort to get to know each athlete individually, but provides the motivation and encouragement necessary for any athlete, regardless of ability, to successful achieve their health and fitness goals. After coming off ACL reconstruction two years ago, I am not only gaining strength, but more importantly the confidence and motivation I need to get keep going that I wasn't receiving at a traditional facility (was a 2-year member of the Y). From group classes to one-on-one personal training this gym is worth every penny.

I contacted C-Town CrossFit through their website for a drop in class while traveling for work. Larry Crooks responded immediately and was able to quickly get me registered and into the 6:30 class. I travel quite a bit for work so I'm consistently trying new gyms where I go. C-Town West did not disappoint. The class was great, the people were great, and Cody did an awesome job coaching the class and keeping things very enthusiastic. I will be back to this gym and highly recommend anyone staying in the Cleveland area to check it out. Thanks again Larry & Cody!

I was hesitant to begin CF since I had heard so much about people doing insane workouts and getting hurt. I also didn't think it wold "be for me" since I am a runner and triathlete. A friend convinced me to give it a try, and I am SO glad she did. CTOWN makes absolutely sure you are ready to join classes by spending one-on-one time with you to ensure you understand how to do each movement. There is never any pressure to "go big"; everything is scaled to suit each individual's needs. During the classes, the energy is amazing! Not only are the coaches always watching, helping, and encouraging, but so are the other CrossFitters! In three months I've seen more gains in my physical appearance and strength than I did over the course of a strict 6-mo weight lifting plan. I've already set two PRs in my running! Additionally, I've made a lot of new and lovely friends. Truly, CTOWN has been nothing but a fantastically unique and wonderful experience for me, and I look forward to continuing my journey there.

Great smaller class sizes with personal attention from expert coaches. Extra rooms so when you get there early you can warm up on your own, and cool down after. Very well though out layout with changing rooms, lounge area and bag/shoe etc. storage as well. My favorite part is how relaxed and supportive the environment is. Don't get me wrong, I have been pushed to new levels of strength and endurance here, but in a way that keeps me coming back and asking how to do everything better.
