My favorite studio on the west side! I have been to many teachers here and they are all good. It’s a welcoming studio that seems more focused on people, self improvement and connection then just giving you a good workout- but of course you get that too! Occasionally I’ll go to another local studio when schedules conflict but I keep coming back to cultivate. Love the donation based model too.

Cultivate Avon is one of the best yoga studios I have been to! It’s truly for everyone, regardless of age and experience. As soon as you walk through those doors, you are part of a family and community. Everyone there is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable in your practice. Beginner, experienced, or dabbler, you will feel right at home here.

I attended a 7:30 pm session with Casey and loved it! She’s really great. I loved the atmosphere and introduction provided as soon as my friend and I arrived being that this was our first time here. We’re excited to attend more in the near future. Thanks for a great experience!

Cultivate is warm and welcoming. Michelle is an amazing instructor and I really enjoyed the meditation about Fall and letting things go that no longer serve us. Healing and renewing vibes and really helpful explanations about the poses and stretches we did.

Best studio in the region. The Instructor’s knowledge exceeds expectations and they are very respectful. I would recommend this studio to a novice or a advanced yogi. Thank you Jen for being a friend and a teacher.

I really did not appreciate being told the following 2 things during the session: 1. To have more discipline over talent. It just comes off as hurtful and doesn't allow yogis to have the session they wanted to mentally have. I don't like my practice to be swayed to very specific directions, especially one that was not delivered in a positive way. 2. Towards the end we are in happy baby and the instructor said "it's okay to be in a vulnerable position". Nope. Absolutely not. It was creepy and off putting to say the least. Yoga instructors need to be more aware of what they are saying. Simply by showing up to a yoga class, you are showing vulnerability. No one needs to feel THAT vulnerable and quite frankly, unsafe.

As a side note, they could also work on increasing diversity of instructors.

This was my first time trying yoga and it was amazing! I went with a friend that has done this before so she helped me feel comfortable because I was nervous about trying it for the first time. But when the class started the environment and everyone's energy helped calm me down and I really enjoyed myself. I will be doing more sessions in the future.

Nice place to spend quality time with others. My stop was to participate in a focus group, got all of what I wanted and much of what I needed. I especially enjoyed the warm and nurchering space.

I can not say enough good things about this yoga studio. The space is beautiful, warm, inviting, immaculately kept and well appointed with more than just the bare minimum. Students have access to props, cleaning supplies toiletries and even take home yogic literature. No detail is overlooked. The staff operates in the same fashion building every class in a thoughtful way. Hands on assists are offered by all in a way that is respectful to your individual practice as it is, yet helpful in improving form. I went once to try it out on a whim and I have been back nearly every day since. After years of hot power yoga I have found more improvement in the foundation of my practice in just one month of going to regular warm flows at cultivate than I have in the past few years elsewhere. The donations based system makes me feel proud to give my patronage knowing that I may be helping to provide this experience for someone who might otherwise not be able to afford a yoga offering at this level. Shavasana is magical. The gift of a small massage is offered along with the chiming of the most beautiful bells you’ve ever heard. The space hosts regular events that are unique and well done. Cultivate is everything a yoga studio should be.

Warm yoga makes SUCH a difference... Not hot enough to cause discomfort, but warm enough to allow for a deep stretch!

The teachers at cultivate are as knowledgable as they are dedicated. It's more than just a yoga class/studio - it's a COMMUNITY and you can feel it immediately.

From the moment I walked into this studio, I immediately felt a connection. Such professionalism with checking in practitioners to welcoming you into their world. Peppered with plants, statues, paintings, and amazing centered mandalas, the experience was relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this space which offers a unique gift-based model (free if you need it to be) supporting every human into the space of yoga to explore, heal, recover, and grow.

I love the Cultivate community! This is such a beautifully peaceful studio where all the teachers are so knowledgeable in their art and pass it along to us students with ease. I always look forward to my classes at Cultivate, and I leave the studio feeling better than I did before I walked in for class. Cultivate Yoga Space is a welcoming, awesome studio and community that I love to be a part of.
