Abe is a wonderful trainer. He cares about his clients and their goals, provides personalized work outs, and motivates you to believe you can change your life. I have stuck with him for over a year and have seen great changes in my body, am happier, stronger, and my health is overall so much better. I have never been able to achieve my current results with other trainers. Abe makes things challenging but fun. Oh, and theres Gymrat, the gym pet. He's the best.

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Abe is a very funny, kind, nonjudgemental, knowledgeable person and creates workouts designed on personal goals! He not only looks at the workouts but consults on habits and diet that will help improve health and help toward any goals you have. Also, if you know you are in it for the long haul, he gives discounts on pricing - he has a pricing guide for buying so many sessions, etc.
He not only goes the extra mile for clients, but also takes tremendous care of his facilities. He is always making sure that everything is clean/sanitized and creates a healthy environment for all.
Truly, if you are hesitant with working out or have bad experiences in the past, Abe has got your back and will do everything to make people feel comfortable while pushing them to new heights. Can't recommend enough!

Coach Abe is fantastic!

I used to absolutely dread working out, but my mindset about exercise has shifted in such a short time working with him. He has created such a welcoming, judgment-free, and positive environment.

I think his space would be perfect for people of all fitness levels, especially those who have felt intimidated or out of place in fitness spaces before. He meets you where you’re at and challenges you, while making the process feel doable (and even fun!).

If you’re thinking of joining, take the leap! It’s 100% worth it.

Coach Abe has done nothing less than change our lives. My husband, myself and occasionally our children train with him 5 days a week. After several years of not being active due to chronic medical issues, I pretty much gave up on exercise. After my oldest son became frustrated with lack of results on his own health journey, I decided to take him to Dad Bod Fitness. My son instantly liked him and I decided to join for a few sessions.

About two months later we are both still working out with Abe! His gym is welcoming and I've never felt intimidated. Abe is always positive, encouraging, personable, and funny. He makes working out enjoyable. I can honestly say that I've never dreaded a session. I look forward to our sessions and leave feeling happy and accomplished.

I've lost around 10 lbs and most of my clothes are too big! I find myself motivated to keep coming back. The weight loss is great but I also just feel better about myself- more confident and hopeful that I can make a major change for my health.

I can't say enough, but if you are on the fence, I say go for it! The worst thing that could happen is that you lose weight and have some fun!

Abe aka "coach Abe" is the ultimate professional. He accepts all bods: dad bods, mom bods, kid bods, grampa/grandma bods, etc. He completely engineers each workout to each customer and is the best motivator. He's always positive and brings the perfect amount of intensity to each workout. I bring my kids to some workouts and he's completely welcoming. They actually brag about him being their personal trainer and it motivates them to get stronger and healthier. I couldn't ask for a better coach and couldn't imagine training with anyone else!

I like the fact, that a trainer is willing to work with a stroke survivor. Listening to concerns, and focusing on the weaknesses caused by a stroke. Being 85-90% fully abled, there is residusle weakness that I have needed help to strengthen, and to have a trainor who listens, is great.
