I've been with Daniel for a month now and I already see a physical change in my body. He pushes me each session helping me meet my physical as well as my mental goals. He's easy to talk to very understanding and an overall amazing soul! I actually look forward to our sessions but he will have you leaving sore!

He has NO hand timers or clocks he goes by…bc he counts out loud HIMSELF 😩…and his 10sec rest count seems faster than his 10sec push-up counts 🙄😒! BUT if you are looking for a trainer who is passionate about you hitting your goals…invested in you being the best version of yourself that you can be…genuinely cares about your mental health not just physical! Then Daniel is who you need to book your consultation with and start your fitness journey! He lets you know it’s not just a you journey he is in it with you till the end! As he ALWAYS says “We got goals!”

Daniel T is an amazing trainer. I previously joined a gym and was offered a “complementary” consult with a trainer. The trainer told me at the consult I wasn’t serious about my fitness because I couldn’t afford $250+gym membership. I later was recommended to Daniel T by a friend and never look back. He is affordable, personable, makes the workouts fun, does check-ins on how I’m feeling. He further even made it happen when I moved to another state for us to be virtual for our sessions. That’s the type of trainer you need one who cares enough to makes your goals happen even if you move and can’t be in person, who still checks in on my mental and not just am I doing the physical. He sees the mental goes along with the fitness journey! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Thanks 2 DanDejourfit he got me back motivated 2 workout and work on getting back in shape 1 of tha best investments I ever made was taking a chance on him and he living up 2 his word he not jus a personal trainer but a friend now because he makes u believe in ur self and always I mean always texts 2 check on u wether ur in tha basement or at home doin ur own workout he,s there and there never a time u can't call or text him and that's anytime of tha day I started at 318 I'm down to 298 on 2 months time yea I slacked a Lil bit🤣 but I'm on it cause I GOT GOALS I'm basement approved so u need a personal trainer he,s definitely worth tha money and if ur not serious u mite as well not waste ur time or his.....#GOTGOALSGANG
