We placed our daughter in a trial program at Dayton Gymnastics which consists of four classes. Our daughter is three years old and this was her first time trying gymnastics. The original coach, Coach Cailen, wasnβt available for this class. The instructor that did teach the class did not explain the stations very well and did not support our daughter appropriately on the bar so she flipped over the bar and fell. The second class was coach Cailen who was AMAZING! Very thorough and hands on with the toddlers. The third class Coach Cailen was unavailable again and the instructor we had seemed she was used to teaching older children. The preschool aged room seems its in need of a deep clean. We elected to forfeit our last class due to inconsistency. The manager was very receptive of this feedback. We likely would not return to Dayton Gymnastics but do want to shoutout the amazing Coach Cailen and the professionalism from the manager in hearing our concerns.

The coaches are all phenomenal with my over-the-top hyperactive free spirit toddler. Everyone is so kind and patient. It gets a little hot in the summer without air-conditioning but otherwise our entire experience has just been fantastic.

My daughter switched to Dayton Academy from a gym in Kettering after we moved to Huber. It is totally a situation of don't judge a book by it's cover, we LOVE Dayton Gymnastics. All the coaches and staff are so kind and caring. Such a great family environment. It's not shiny or flashy, but it's quality. We especially love Coach Sondra!

I attempted to sign my daughter up for classes. I called and left 3 messages over a 3 week timeframe before someone finally called me back. They committed to emailing me private lesson options the next day, and another week past with no communication. I called again after another week and finally was emailed private lesson times. I responded with the time that worked best, and we had a good first lesson.
We go back this week only to find out they signed us up for 1 individual lesson.
What a joke! The communication from this company is horrible, the service they provide their customers is horrible. The facility smells like must and is dirty. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this joke of a company.
PS - After wasting an hour and a half of my day (45 minute drive one way) driving to the nasty place for nothing, I called another company, they answered (imagine that!), provided me all of the information for their classes and got my daughter enrolled. Thatβs the way it should be.

I am on an All-Star Cheer team and take a class at Dayton Academy. Everyone is very respectful and treated as an equal. Joining All-Star Cheer there made me very nervous, but the team eased my mind right away during my evaluation. Ever since, I've never once had a problem with Dayton Academy. My sister was on the gymnastics competition team a few years ago before covid, so our family has been coming here for awhile. We have absolutely no complaints.

My son has been going to Dayton academy for 4 years now. We absolutely love it. Instructors are very good, honest, straight forward and caring. :)
Good for any serious gymnast even boys, or for anyone who just wants to do it for fun

Love the coaches, but the front office is very disorganized. We attend through the YMCA and I feel like we are often forgotten, even though we practice for the same Interclub competition. Today is Wed, competition is Saturday. No leotards and coaches were unable to verify time of competition for our group. Pretty frustrating.

Called to find out about the Gymlet classes they had. Everything sounded great, got signed up for the trial class on Wednesday at 9:30am. Go to the center and there is absolutely nobody there, no way to call anyone because they are not open and there isn't even an address on the website to make sure I was at the right place. I was, unfortunately we will not be returning as I made another appointment somewhere else, who answered the phone when I called and had classes available the same day. Thankfully I was still able to take my little girl who was very upset she wasn't able to go to gymnastics. Another center made our day. Too bad it wasn't Dayton Academy.
