If you want to start or are new to strength training and the bootcamp format overwhelms you, DRF is the best in area. Debbie and her trainers/ yoga instructors have created this incredibly supportive community where all levels feel welcome. For me it’s not just a gym for workout, it is a vibe that I carry around the rest of the day. My only regret is why didnt I start earlier !!

Debbie Reichart’s fitness space has it all! Strength, endurance, stretching, fellowship and tons of support in managing your health with what you eat. She is sweet and personable and it shows through the community she has created in her gym and outside of it. I highly recommend joining her on her journey for fitness goals, results and good times:)

I had never been able to stick to a fitness program until I started at Debbie Reichert Fitness. The small group strength training gives me the feeling of personal training but in a small group - which is less intimidating. I like that the workouts are varied and challenging so that I never get bored. These are the first workouts I’ve ever done where the time flies by!

I also try to take yoga classes as often as possible and I love the yoga instructors and the variety of classes.

DRF came into my life during a time of transition. While I signed up because I needed a place to work out, I didn't realize it would come with "holistic solutions" to care for my whole self. Being a part of DRF is an experience vs “just a workout.” I ended up with a community of folks who support each other. Not expected, but wildly grateful. I love the small group workouts (always see consistent faces), yoga (since I never stretch and take time to “turn it off”), nutrition (Debbie’s background) and have support in a way I didn't anticipate, I’ve killed many birds with one stone.

I’ve found the “Mrs.Miagi” of fitness and nutrition and she owns this wonderful fitness and yoga studio. Seriously, workouts are FANTASTIC and fun; yoga is AMAZING and the people in the community Debbie and her instructors have been built feels like HOME. I can not recommend DRF enough - if you’ve not been in yet, you’re missing out!

I love this studio! The small group training format allows for a great workout with personalized instruction from Debbie and motivation from the group. I also practice yoga regularly and attend the weekly Saturday morning boot camps. Debbie’s yoga teachers are top notch along with the bootcamp trainers Jen & Wendy. My fitness has significantly improved over the last 18 months, but what I enjoy above all is the community found at DRF. If you are looking for somewhere to do strength training or yoga, I highly recommend giving Debbie a call.

I highly recommend Debbie Reichert Fitness! It’s a great supportive community and Debbie knows what’s she’s doing! Even though I do group training, she still personalizes it for what each person needs. She’s helped me on my journey tremendously! Since starting with her in June, I’ve lost 45lbs and 3 sizes! Plus I just genuinely feel supported and being cheered on to reach my goals!

I love the family atmosphere that DRF has! The studio is clean, organized and full of energy. DRF is the place I go to for group fitness, yoga and to relax. Workouts are a challenge but can be modified for all levels. That goes for yoga too! DRF has a wide variety of activities and workshops to keep you on track. You don't want to miss out on this gym family. Hope to see you soon.

Once I returned to work from maternity leave, I started attending the vinyasa flow yoga class offered at noon. Thanks to yoga with MaryBeth Tipton, I lost all the baby weight in less than 6 months. My daughter is now 8 months and weigh less and am stronger than I was before getting pregnant. Debbie Reichert and Marybeth have created a professional and welcoming yoga experience. The comradery that happens before class is wonderful and Marybeth makes sure you get a true yoga workout. She also is your biggest cheerleader. She pushes you to do more but is always there to help guide you.

I have been working out with Debbie for just under a year now. I went to Debbie looking for someone to not only support me, but to hold me accountable and to take away my excuses.
I had always been a runner, but as my kids were getting older and into more activities, I had less time to make running a priority. I also had been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder which was making it very difficult on my body to feel motivated to exercise. After doing some research on group and weight training, I had many people recommend Debbie Reichart Fitness and Yoga. After speaking with Debbie, I decided it was time to suck it up and attempt to do something I had always refused to do… wake up at 5 am to work out! The work outs, while difficult to get used to at first, shortly became something my body craved in the mornings. When I worked out with Debbie and her 5:30 am class, I was full of energy, and already had a feeling of accomplishment before I started the normal part of my day. I am now in the greatest shape that I have been in since I stopped running in college. My autoimmune symptoms have significantly improved now that my body is stronger. My mental health has improved as well. I had always felt defeated as soon as I woke up and felt sorry for myself and miserable knowing I was not able to control what lupus was doing to my body. It felt as if the one outlet I have had my entire life (running / exercising) was being taken away from me. I am now very proud of what my body can do, and how much it can accomplish.
Debbie herself is amazing. Her small group work outs are challenging but fun. Debbie has supported my journey personally by helping to recommend and customize meal plans, and helping to tailor some work outs to be what I personally needed to work on. Debbie and everyone else in the small group classes with me have become one of the best support systems I have always needed.

I have attended yoga classes at Debbie Reichert Fitness & Yoga many times since the addition of yoga to her personal training business. Each class has been exactly what I have needed. The teachers have guided well sequenced classes while also allowing me the flexibility to modify and adjust as needed. The teachers at DRF are top notch, quality instructors who understand that yoga is more than just the poses. They each offer a little extra that makes the experience at DRF that much more meaningful. Debbie's facility is clean and fully stocked with all of the props needed. She often attends class and is welcoming and encouraging. And, oh, I teach there also. I believe it is the best compliment for a studio to have their own teachers as students in classes. That speaks volumes for the quality of teachers at DRF!

I have been training with Debbie for 6 years and she has helped me to reach my fitness and nutrition goals. As I continue to workout with her she helps keep me motivated and encouraged so I can reach my new goals. I had hip surgery a few years and her workouts were accommodating to my restrictions which i was very appreciative of. I have started taking yoga at her studio and am in love! The instructors are amazing and encouraging. Debbie is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and I would reccomend her 100%!

I have been in a small group training with Debbie for nearly 6 years now & couldn’t imagine not having her and the fitness community she has helped create in my life! Her new studio is a very clean & bright space unlike her former location. You are part of a fitness family working out in a judge free zone. We encourage, support & challenge one another with Debbie championing us all the way! In her new space she has added yoga for all ages and fitness levels as well as her amazing Saturday morning boot camps and kick boxing! This studio has something for everyone!

Debbie is tough without being intimidating. I've seen her work with all fitness levels, and everyone is valued, no matter how much or little you can do. She's very patient with injuries, which was important to me, and she always finds the right way to challenge you. In addition, the new facility is AWESOME! I highly recommend her!

I have worked out with Debbie in small groups and bootcamps for over five years. She has guided me on fitness, teaching me form, techniques and workouts, and she has mentored my eating and helped me adapt a more permanent, healthy way of how I use food in my life. She supports runners as well, and I trained for a marathon with her encouragement. Her yoga staff was carefully selected and is top notch. I have enjoyed taking the adult classes and my kids have done the Little Yogis class too, all on a convenient class pass we share. This studio is exceptional.

I am going to tell a long story here. God doesn't waste any of our pain and I refuse to, either. He brings me through things so that I can share my struggles with others and maybe, just maybe, bring some encouragement. I am not a fitness person. I've struggled with weight and emotional eating for most of my life. I could never find my niche with a trainer, in a fitness class, or in a gym for any length of time. It was uncomfortable because it felt like every other person, including the trainer, was light years ahead of me. And, I was always the overweight girl who just needed to control my sugar intake, in their eyes. It was misery to think I could ever be anything but a failure. Then, I discovered Debbie's studio a few months ago. I was really just exploring the idea of yoga. I started in her yoga classes, met her awesome instructors, and spent some time with Debbie. I liked her view of fitness; she seemed to think that going all out wasn't always the best way to approach the gym. I decided to take one of her fitness classes early one morning. I may have panicked right after I reached out to her. But, I went. I walked in with terrible dread, saw the workout list, of which I knew none of the exercise names, and considered bolting. But, when class began, instead of just dumping me beside a machine and occasionally stopping by to tell me I could work harder, Debbie walked me through her class and taught me how to modify her workout. Burpees and mountain climbers didn't have to be done as we know them. And, the defining moment of this was when I physically could not lift my eighth weight rep; I did not know how I could do it one more time. She looked at me and said, "Are you done for today?" I was terrified to say that I couldn't do it. It would mean reprimands...it would mean she couldn't respect me after this point. I've seen the light die in a lot of trainers' eyes at that precise moment. But, I knew I had nothing left. I just stared at her and went blank. She then said: "It is okay to tell me, "not today, Debbie." It doesn't matter today, because you will be able to do it another day down the road. You showed up today and you've rocked it. That's what matters." I was shocked, and relieved, and, well...empowered. From that moment on, I looked at fitness differently. I still do not love the gym, but I'm starting to love myself. I love Debbie and her views of fitness. I love that it's a journey and that pushing yourself isn't about a ninth weight rep that day.. it's about being your best that day. I want to encourage my tribe to check Debbie out. There is hope for change. You don't have to walk in here and think that you're already failing. Debbie believes in me right where I am. She met me in my world instead of dragging me to where she stands in hers. There is power in someone believing in you and loving you like that. If you need a fresh start in the gym, in every way, come see Debbie.
