When my daughter started they both did really good and cared about the children. As time passed Sarah got more about the money and really acted like she wanted nothing to do with the children. Phill really seems to care about the kids. I think more time should be spent teaching the kids self control was my only problem with the actual school. I gave 2 stars because phill is great at what he does, and if he had a helper that wanted to teach the kids half of what he does things would be better.
So i don't know why your saying that it's about you not stopping the $ from coming out when I asked because after I asked no more $ was taken out when in fact it was 100% about Sarah's attitude at the. When I asked you to stop it you said okay and the karate account said ok Sarah is the only one who had an attitude. Also it's not good busness practice to lie and tell your customers things about your other customers or previous ones.

My son has been a part of this dojo for a little over two years and I am so thankful for Phil and Sarah both. They have been amazing with him and for him as a human. I am so thankful for everything that they do. Super friendly. Super professional. 5/5 ⭐️ definitely recommend to a friend!

Refuses to discuss prices of services over the phone or messenger. I'm only interested in paying the bill for my sister's kids. Says I have to come in person before they will tell me anything about what they offer or how much they charge. I don't live there. I'm not driving hours just for a 5 minute conversation I can have over the phone. Just tell me how much it costs so I can write the check. Horrible service. Horrible experience. Starting to think it's some kind of sleezy car dealership style bait and switch scam.
