Tara is so much more than a yoga teacher-she’s a spiritual guide, accountability partner, gentle nurturer, and natural leader.
Over the past two years of practicing with her, I’ve grown not only in strength and flexibility, but also in self-awareness and inner peace. Tara’s wisdom and dedication have helped me understand the deeper foundations and philosophy of yoga, creating a practice that extends far beyond the mat.

Tara is a great yoga instructor! She is friendly, welcoming, and speaks in a comforting voice. Most importantly, she is knowledgeable and professional. Her studio is cute and in a very cool building. I recommend you try one of her classes to see for yourself!

I love Tara! I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and she's truly the best teacher I've ever had. She's kind, friendly, and creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Her classes are the perfect balance—gentle and thoughtful, yet they still leave me feeling challenged and sore in the best way. I also adore her cute little studio—it's such a calming space to practice in. Highly recommend!

Loved the Back to Basics class! Super thoughtful, easy to follow, and such a great reset for anyone wanting to reconnect with their practice. Tara has cultivated such a special space for learning, reflection, and movement. I definitely recommend checking out this studio!

The classes here are fun and affordable, while small in size and large in variety through the week, from yin and slow flow to ashtanga and strengthening. Tara delivers good vibes in a space that is serene and where faces are friendly. The flows are challenging yet refreshing. Take it from me, you'll leave better than you arrived... in mind, body, and spirit!

Tara is the most lovely person and so knowledgeable about yoga! This was my first time doing yoga EVER, and I felt extremely comfortable because of the small class size, and Tara helped me with any silly questions I had along the process (like if I should wear socks or not haha!) I highly recommend this morning practice, it set me up to have a relaxing and reflective rest of my day!

Tara’s yoga sessions are in incredible. They flow very well. The studio is beautiful with her art decorating many of the walls, and the setting is intimate and welcoming for people of all skill levels. Highly recommend!!

Tara is so knowledgeable in her yoga practice. She has helped me so much in developing my own. Tara's yoga isn't just a workout series or "yet another yoga class" - it is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and listen to your body in a way that feels respectful and true to my understanding of real yoga roots and principles. Tara guides you not only through the moves themselves but also in how to stay present and really be in your body as you're moving, which is a piece often forgotten and neglected in common exercise practices.
The class environment is immaculate and, to me, a perfect amount of stimulation that's not overwhelming - soft lighting, comfortable temperature, calming music, and gentle aromas (if you are especially sensitive to scents, keep this in mind). It's also welcoming and friendly - attendees feel free to express themselves/go at their own pace during the class. Not to mention, attendance/signup is very affordable, especially for the quality of guidance you're getting.
Do take a class with Tara - you won't regret it!

This yoga studio is a little sanctuary. The atmosphere Tara creates at her studio at Milo Arts is perfect for a meditative practice. Everything from the lighting to the scents and soft music makes it a warm, peaceful and welcoming environment. Tara is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor who guides each class with care and expertise. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and centered. Tara is an amazing teacher! I take her slow flow class and it is always much needed after a long stressful week. I never feel pressured in her class, she explains things as she goes for beginners and allows us to go at our own pace. I’m usually someone who jumps from one thing to another but I love this class so much I’ve been consistently going every Monday I can since I started 6 months ago! Definitely take another class with Tara…you’ll feel more at peace. :)
