Jason does an amazing job. He has helped train me through several injuries and is super knowledgeable. His understanding of anatomy and physiology and ability to adapt to my bodies needs makes me feel safe working out with no risk of injury. I've been training with Jason, owner of Driven Performance for 8+ years. We started with a rehabilitative program to address injuries from decades of long distance running and endurance athletic events. After correcting movement patterns, establishing overall muscle fitness and recovering from the injuries I am increasing my every day performance in a predominantly pain free manner through a program focusing on flexibility, mobility, balance and strength. I have been working with Jason from Driven Performance for a year and a half now, and I can honestly say I have never been as strong as I am now. I have had an extensive history in athletics, including division 1 athletics, endurance sports and even participating in Ironman competitions, and while I enjoy the cardiovascular conditioning, I have never been disciplined to go to the weight room and push myself on a regular basis. Before working with Jason, I found weight lifting to be very monotonous and boring- not so with workouts I do with him! I can actually genuinely say I enjoy working with him and rising to the challenge of his workouts! Integrating Jason's program 1-2 times a week into my typical training has helped me bullet-proof my tissue resiliency and improve my power/ speed. I am still gaining top end power and pace in my late thirties and I attribute it to his strength program. He is extremely congenial, a great listener and a cheerleader who celebrates my wins with me. I am very grateful that he is on my team in my athletic journey and pursuits.
