I have been training at DT FIT for a few months now, joining coworkers in a group class setting. The gym is clean and comfortable. Tyler has been incredible as a trainer - patient, motivating, encouraging, and flexible in modifications to fit our individual needs. Each class has been different and keeps things fresh. The personal attention given even in a group class is truly special. He knows just when to push us to get the maximum benefit from our workouts. Highly recommend!!

I decided to work with Dylan to learn better movements for flexibility training and was very impressed. The exercises he had me doing I have never come across before online or anywhere and they have helped tremendously! Witfit Highland Hts is a spacious, clean, and well outfitted gym, but the five stars are for the trainers. Tyler and Dylan are excellent! They are engaging, motivating, and encouraging. You will be challenged and you will be pushed as needed to help you meet your goals. I've worked with other trainers who are just going through the motions and guiding you through reps. But Tyler and Dylan at Witfit are sincerely invested in each of their clients and assisting them to be at their best healthy selves. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dylan is the new owner of this place. He and Kevin both are my coaches. Can’t say enough good words about them. Here i just share 2 facts of my wellbeing journey.
1. Before I met Dylan, I had “squat phobia” related to my left knee ligament issues. Now I can squat with weights heavier than my body weight without any hindrance from knee.
2. My hubby (never went to gym before) and 14 yo daughter joined me with strength training. Especially my daughter is a big fan of Dylan too. Every Saturday morning, I don’t have to yell or drag her out of bed. I get in my car at 7 am sharp, she will be at passenger seat, with her eyes half closed still, telling me “mommy, let’s have some fun.”

I’ve been training with Dylan Borland at WitFit Highland Heights for almost a year now and cannot say enough good things! He incorporated what I had already been doing with kettlebells while teaching me a ton of new things all while I continue to progress in my training, build strength, lose weight and transform my body composition. He has a great balance of keeping my workouts challenging, knowing when to push me while keeping things positive. It certainly helps the gym is convenient and I can run there, but if you are looking for a personal trainer to help you reach your goals, even if it is just getting started, I recommend reaching out!

60 y/o who hobbled in with a bum knee and sciatica issues a year ago, has avoided injections and knee surgery and no more knee brace. Currently works out 3 times a week, plays pickle ball and chases her grandkids with better balance and core strength. It took the right workout, with the right trainer at the right gym. I couldn’t be happier!!
