Results will come only with hard work, dedication and most of all, consistency.

As a complete non-athlete, walking into Duke’s was intimidating, but something I will never regret. With his knowledge and dedication Michael is there every step of the way to guide you through both your nutrition and strength training. Dukes offers you a chance to have an absolute mind and body transformation, pushing you through the “I can’ts” by encouraging consistency and resilience to limits you didn’t know you could hit!

I’ve been going to Dukes Fitness for nearly 4 years now, and it’s hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and mindset. I spent months debating—honestly, I was intimidated—about whether to join the gym. Then I started seeing a few friends post their results. I knew them, so I knew their progress was real.

After finally booking a consultation, I knew right away it was exactly what I needed. More than anything, I needed it for my mind. For the first time, I began to change physically—but the biggest transformation was mental.

Duke's is a game-changer. If you’re serious about reaching your goals and want a trainer who is genuinely invested in your progress, Duke’s is worth checking out. Michael is there to guide you through strength training, cardio and the science behind nutrition. I must admit, I was little intimidated at first, but once I walked through those doors, I always felt welcomed and part of the gym family. Michael will help with your goals, but you must be willing to put in the time and effort in, so you can reach your goals. You will learn quickly how to push yourself beyond your limits. This is not like any other gym! Dukes primary focus is on strength, proper form and nutrition. Dukes is a great place to learn about muscle fitness if you’re a beginner or even advanced. Not only will you learn about the proper techniques to lifting weights, but you’ll learn HOW nutrition is a major factor in the whole scheme of things. Dukes provides the diet information and will MAKE you accountable for your whole experience there.
The trainer/owner doesn’t want anyone that just wants to “try” , he feels you’ll just be wasting your money. He wants you to be %100 in. THEN in a few months you’ll see REAL results. You may think he’s tough on you (which he will be) but that’s what most people need. It’s because he cares and that’s what you signed up for. I’ve seen many of people cry in the beginning but, they’re still there to this day.
We went to the Arnold Classic last year and talking with Mike (Dukes trainer) really put things into perspective because he has a VAST knowledge of the whole industry.
You will not be disappointed with your results. If you don’t show any results then you can only be disappointed in yourself.

Before joining Dukes i had been on a roller coaster of ups and downs. Not seeing the results. Nutrition was a key factor! One that most don't like to reflect on including trainers who are only about the hype instead of the outcome. I recently signed up with Duke’s fitness, and so far it has exceeded my expectations.
The gym has everything you need. Great set up, not huge but great use of the space so even if the session is full of athletes you have no issues with accomplishing the workout.
The workouts are tough, but you leave feeling exhausted and satisfied knowing you have killed that particular muscle group. Initially, you are required to attend workouts so many days a week at the facility, I still workout on my own in my free time and I find myself missing the tempo and environment the Duke’s gym provides!
The environment is fantastic. I’m so inspired by the men and women I’ve met in the last two weeks. Everyone is so tough mentally and physically and I find it so motivating through my own fitness journey! I highly recommend Michael and Dukes fitness if you are looking to transform your life, but be ready to leave your excuses at the door. This gym runs on determination and tough love, so come in ready to work!
