Thank you for welcoming me while I was visiting from Sylvania, OH. At 70 adapting to new/different exercise is a bit scary and not always easy but Iwas thrilled not to miss my FBBC sessions and your hospitality and ability to help me adapt as necessary was greatly appreciated. I got home just in time to go to FB online home classes due to the virus crisis and C.J., Megan, Nick & Rebecca are keeping us busy and motivated to keep to our goals. Hope you all are weathering this crisis as well.

I have to admit, before even going to Boot Camp I thought about quitting. I was scared about what others would think since I wasn't the most in-shape person. After my first class, my mindset changed. I felt like I was a part of a team/family. The coaches are very positive which makes you want to keep coming back. They want you to succeed at your own pace. It may sound corny but one of my favorite parts of the boot camp is at the end class, we come together with a slow clap and put our hands in and say “FIT FAMILY”. With this said I would recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to any person, age, or size!

Love this place! The coaches are great, the people are great, and most of all, the workouts are great! Where else can you get a safe, 30-minute full body workout that you don't have to plan out beforehand and not break the bank? Just show up and #GetSwoll #GetFit or #GetLean.

You haven’t had a workout until you’ve had a East Cincinnati Fit Body BootCamp workout!!!!The seconds may go by slow but the 30 minutes fly by!!! Yes I said 30 minutes!!! Who wouldn’t want to complete their daily workout in 30 minutes? Such an amazing experience full of high energy fun and support. So glad I joined....

Great workout in a short amount of time! All muscle groups worked out and some cardio to boot - what's better than that? Everyone has 30 minutes to better themselves so check it out!
