I have been attending the circuit training at Elite for almost 4 months and I have noticed such a difference in my physical strength as well as my ability to stick to a fitness routine for the first time in my life. I love that the workout is planned for me and the biggest thing I have to do is show up. Katie is always around to answer questions or help with the exercises, offering encouragement and challenges along the way. The entire group I train with is encouraging and help to make it a great place.

I started working out with Katie in winter of 2021. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable, but what I LOVE about working with her is her ability to hold you accountable without being condescending. In the past nine months I have started to transform this 45 year old body into an amazing machine that feels great and looks pretty good. I couldn't have done it without Elite! A couple of years ago, I was looking for a place to push myself to be a better version of myself without the "big gym" environment. Someone told me about Elite Training and Wellness. It is one of the best decisions I've made. I am 63 years old and am in the best shape possible, pushing myself to do more than I could imagine. If you are looking for a fun place where the exercise is challenging but not unattainable, where you can work at your level and pace and the support team is amazing and knowledgeable, you have got to try Elite Training and Wellness.

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Training and Wellness and especially Katie! The circuit training is adaptable to any fitness level and changes weekly so there’s no boredom. Her Fitness Boxing class will challenge you in ways you never imagined and will make you feel amazing. Katie is always ready to help with questions, modifications or encouraging words. If you’re looking for a “user friendly” gym, this is the place for you!!

This would have been my first visit to this facility. I was really looking forward to it. I had booked a class through the Class Pass free trial. When I went into the Class Pass app to confirm my reservation an hour before class, I realized that my reservation was no longer visible. I tried calling the gym and was sent immediately to voicemail. I then received a text saying that they canceled the class because there weren’t enough people signed up. I am frustrated that I wasn’t given any notice of this. Had I not checked my Class Pass app, I would have shown up and been turned away. This studio also will not let me book another class during my free trial with Class Pass, so I guess I will be looking elsewhere for a fitness studio.

Elite training offers a challenging assortment of exercises that work the entire body and change weekly. It also offers great flexibility in terms of scheduling workouts Mon.- Sat. Katie the trainer is upbeat and offers modifications or suggestions when needed. The atmosphere is fun yet professional! I would highly recommend for any age!

I have been a competitive runner for 17 years, and I work with Katie at Elite Training and Wellness weekly to build strength, learn new exercises, and box. Although my class is a group setting, Katie is always tailoring the workouts to each person - showing me what I can do to make exercises more challenging, working around my running injuries, etc.. Katie is awesome, so knowledgeable, has a great attitude, and her gym is well equipped. I would absolutely recommend going here whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete!

Highly recommend Elite Training and Wellness! Katie is a fantastic trainer and I’ve gained so much strength in the past year working out with her. Katie made it easy for me to come out of my “shell” (and build a lil kick a$$ confidence)~ I was afraid of a “big box gym” I was worried I wouldn’t know what to do and that I would slow people down. BUT Katie took (and still takes) the time to make sure I get in a good workout SAFELY in a warm and inviting environment. Seriously everyone at this gym is so lovely and kind. I particularly enjoy the friendships I have made in my small boxing group.💛

Katie is the most genuine person I’ve ever met. I started working with her years ago when I didn’t know anything about boxing or what foods I should be putting in my body. She is the best teacher and sets realistic goals. Since working with her, I’ve gained confidence in myself, realized the importance of protein, and now have a love for boxing. If you’re looking for a place to get a good workout, you need to visit Elite Training with owner Katie. Between the circuit training, which I do 3 times a week, and 1 night of fitness boxing, I get a really great workout. The atmosphere is not the typical, intimidating gym. The people are great, and Katie has an excellent set up. The circuit workouts are very effective, and the fitness boxing is a sweaty workout. You will love the results! Korey is the mid week trainer. He’s great and full of personality. He does strength training. I drive 25 minutes each way to this gym, and I can’t imagine being any place else. It’s worth the drive. And, we love Lola. 🐾

Katie is a phenomenal personal trainer and I feel so grateful to have found her as I embark on my fitness and wellness journey. In just under 6 months, I have never felt better and I’m seeing significant positive changes!! It is extremely important to me to be able to keep up with my children and show them how to live a healthy lifestyle and Katie’s support & guidance has helped me tremendously with this. Her workout sessions are fun, effective, never monotonous and always leave me feeling rejuvenated. As a former athlete, I also enjoy the boxing aspect that my sessions incorporate. Losing a few extra pounds that I was carrying has been great, but nothing compares to the motivation and confidence I feel in seeing the inches lost, my endurance, strength & muscle building and getting my 3-point jumper back with ease to play basketball with my oldest son. She is very friendly and easy to work with. She keeps training fun and interesting by mixing things up and getting you to challenge yourself. I've been working with her for a little over a year and the only thing I told her when I started was that I wanted to become better at boxing. I noticed myself getting better with each training session and from day one, I could tell she took me seriously and truly wanted me to reach my goals. I've been training with Katie for two years and she is the absolute best. She mixes up each workout so there's no boredom like you might get with other trainers or classes and they're always a great stress reliever. Katie is great at adjusting to previous injuries and limitations while also pushing you to new heights. I have a better understanding of my body's capabilities and nutritional needs since working with her. I have been training with Katie at Elite Training Cinci for over a year and a half. It has become such an important part of my workout routine. I average about 2-3 sessions a week. I have tried many different training programs and workouts over the course my 40 years.
