EMS Fitness is fantastic! I was struggling with self-motivation, but the EMS trainers Shem and Adam give me the push I need to get to my fitness and weight loss goals. The workouts are only 20 minutes, so they are easy to fit into my busy schedule. After three months of going twice a week, I gained 4 lbs of lean muscle and have lost about 10 lbs and am down a whole pant size. I feel like a new person! I am stronger, leaner, more flexible, have better balance, and much less back pain. This workout is amazing and highly recommended for anyone, regardless of your current fitness level!

I worked with both Shem and Adam and have really enjoyed taking my fitness journey up a notch. The impulses are a unique experience and have shifted my thought process on engaging different muscle groups. Both trainers are so welcoming, kind, encouraging and fun. I have been training with Shem for 4 months now and am absolutely loving this workout! It's short enough that I can fit it into my busy schedule but SO much more impactful than the hours I was spending in the gym! It's such an amazing work out. My posture is better and I have definition and numbers on the scale that I haven't seen since my 20's. 🤩 Highly recommend !!!

So glad I decided to try this! It is a different type of challenge, and nice to break up the typical gym workout with something so unique. It can really make a difference when mixed with better eating and sleep habits. The best part - Przemek! He is very knowledgeable and positive, and now a friend for life. It’s nice to look forward to the session and feel so accomplished after just 20 minutes!

Give it a try!! I was a little nervous trying out ems but it was amazing! Przemek does a great job explaining everything and made me feel at ease. I felt wonderful after my first session and could tell I had gotten a great workout. I can see the results! I can’t wait to go back!

I have been going to EMS for approximately 6 weeks. For my hectic schedule the 20 minute workouts are great! The trainers are knowledgeable and always pushing you to go harder. They are eager to see you improve on your fitness journey. The workout space and suits are neat and sanitary. I would recommend this for anyone at any fitness level. It has personally helped me loosen my muscles and boost my stamina…definitely would recommend you give it a try!
