Love this place. Began going to ESF about a year ago, and have felt welcomed and challenged every day since. Great group of athletes, ranging from beginner to pretty advanced, and the trainers do a great job modifying workouts for your skill level. Also very affordable in the Crossfit world at $80/mo. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into crossfit!
