Terrible. I joined and 2 weeks later they had a sign that they were closing that location at the end of the month.
I called was told to call corporate and when I did they gave me the run around . Spoke to 3 people all with different instructions and said I had to go to the club.
Went to the club and waited 45 minutes and the manager had quit! Called and they said I had to email them. Took over a week to cancel AVOID this place!!!

This gym it is better than the others. The equipment is much newer and this gym is more up to date and cleaner than the others. Unfortunately, this gym is closing and it's really too bad because the other gyms are not as nice, up to date or clean.

This is the cleanest gym in town. For a gym this size every corner is spotless.Amya ,pride team member, does an exceptional job. She definitely takes pride in her work. Isiah, the GM is so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When I walked in the gym, the whole team greeted me and made me feel very welcome. Fortune and Dillon are very pleasant and professional. Great, clean, fun workout environment! Just where to go to get motivated for great workout.

I have been a member for 20 years. Esporta took out all the machines in this location and installed personal training equipment in it's place. From what I can see no one uses it. Members are almost on top of one another to use the machines that are left...It sucks! I would cancel my membership if not for Roberta's classes. They can't keep a Yoga instructor for some reason! Only one yoga class per week and it's on Saturday...ridiculous!

I really liked this gym because it was different from other gyms. They didn’t play music but have randomly started and I find it really distracting and irritating. I come here to get peace and quiet and instead I now have no option but to wear headphones. The music is way too loud. Looking around at nearly 25 people everyone here is wearing headphones. Why the sudden change??

Can’t close the ball court at 6PM. That’s the only reason I’m with LA Fitness. I like to be able to Walk in any club in any states and put up shots, get some cardio. I paid every 3 year’s for my membership, which will end in march. I won’t renew it. Pointless paying all that money and I can’t play ball till the gym close. For those who don’t know you can pay 3 years in advance. Done it 3 times already. March 2024 will be the end for me. Goodbye LA Fitness, Hello Planet fitness. They cheaper and they are available almost in every town I’ve been in. If I need to work out I’ll just go there instead. The problem with LA Fitness is poor lazy management at corporate who’s don’t care to do their job. Over the years I’ve been going to LA whenever there is a problem they not trying to solve it instead they’ll just take it away as a solution. I hope new and current members can see that and look for other gyms that’s going to offer more for less.

The location nearest me has the usual amenities, but no track, limited hours on weekends and a depressing atmosphere - it needs a facelift badly. It's often crowded and machines are way too close together. Other locations are better. Cancelling is complicated.

This location does not have a kids club. When I arrived the receptionist thought that it was funny that I didn't know prior to my arrival. With a grin on his face he suggested that I, "go and do some cardio". It would of been more professional that he apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused or suggest another location but he didn't.

Big facility, but need more redundancy in freeweight area. Only 1 of each bench type, and they are not movable. Pads are pretty stiff as well. Great place if you're using courts, pool, or cardio. I just like free weights and it fell short for me.

Come in to workout at 5AM and that bathrooms/ lockers are in terrible shape. Paper towels are on the floor everywhere. Toilets and urinals aren’t clean. Looks like they just closed and reopened with no care to the facility.

I only decided to get a gym membership here because they have a 'spa' area. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. I do wish they were open 24/7 since I dislike working out around other people, but the pros overweigh the cons here. The showers are clean, the changing rooms are decent, staff are nice. I do wish they wouldn't call after signing up to try to get you to sign up for classes or bug you about a health 'check in' though.

I think we are still in a pandemic right!!!? This is the only gym I know that has no spray bottles around and all hand sanitizer stations are always empty. I have to practically fight with the managers at the front desk to get a spray bottle that they have hidden. No one is cleaning equipment to keep the facility clean!!
Fairfield Township OH, is the dirtiest gym and not following Covid 19 guidelines. Everyone that works there are playing on their phones!!

After signing up, I got signed up for a personal trainer. The staff made it seem more like a requirement rather than an option; they were pushy and did not explain the policy well. It wasn't until about a month after I signed up that I was told I got locked into a year-long contract, and the only was to get out was to pay a $900 buyout fee. At the time I was struggling financially and they offered me little help. Apparently other people online ran into similar issues and had trouble getting out of the contract. VERY upsetting and frustrating!

In the middle of the pandemic, they have decided to take away all hand sanitizer stations, have not personal cleaning, not paper towel o the restrooms, while the managers, front desk people and trainers are watching their phones and do nothing to refill paper towel do we can clean the equipment ..., after 10 people and myself have asked the staff to please provide paper towel, all 6 staff members were looking for the guy in charge to keep the facility clean ., which after 40 min was never found .., not hand sanitizer ... sad... Fairfield Township OH, has bunch of teenagers playing on their phones, making fun of people of color training... but housekeeping is very poor.. if you are a black folk and ask the young girls at night for some help getting paper to clean the machines, good luck if they even raise their head to look at you .. they are like zombies watching tik tok ...and the manager pretending been working at his desk... take your own paper towel and hand sanitizer if you really need to work out and have not other options around..

The person who signed my husband up lied to him. My husband wanted to join to rehab his knee after knee surgery. My husband asked if he could bring me ( his wife) as a guest sometimes. Personally gyms aren’t my thing so I only go with him occasionally , maybe a few times a month, at the most. They told him it was no problem and I could be his guest. Everything was great for over a year , then yesterday out the blue they literally chased us down at the gym and told us my husband doesn’t have guest passes. They said it was okay today but I would need to sign up if I want to continue going . Then another guy approached us, he told me I couldn’t even exercise and had pay 15 dollars for the day or sign up for a membership in a VERY RUDE manner. My husband went ahead and just cancelled his membership right then and there ( their loss) . If they had been more kind and not so rude we maybe could have worked something out but now we will never give them another penny.

I came in to this location looking to get a pass while I was home on leave from Afghanistan. The staff greeted me instantly and got me set up with a two week pass so I could work out while I was home. I went to this facility because they participate in the Silver Sneakers program. The person at the desk signed me up but was new and did not know how to assist me. I left confused as I expected to receive a tour or some explanation of the classes/equipment. The next day I received a phone call from Tony and given an appointment time. When I arrived the only thing Tony was interested in was selling me a personal trainer. He was upset when I told him I was not interested in a personal trainer. He was then very negative and disrespectful. I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for helpful staff and a positive experience because you will not receive that from Tony or this facility!!
