My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this gym.
It is clean.

Staff is friendly and plenty of equipment to get in a really good pump.

Great atmosphere there is a tanning booth, movie cardio room, plenty of equipment for cardio free weights separate saunas for men and women.

They have a daycare if you have a little ones, it is very clean and well taken care of.

I’d like to clarify that the word “sneaking” feels both inaccurate and inappropriate given the interaction that took place. When we arrived, we clearly greeted your staff with a friendly “Hi, how are you?” My wife then asked, “Hi, I’d like to try it out for the day, if that’s okay?” At no point were we attempting to bypass any procedures or act dishonestly.
Secondly, we were surprised by how defensive the staff member became when asked simple questions. Instead of providing information or assistance, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. It's important that team members are trained to respond with professionalism, especially when engaging with potential or current members.
Additionally, your signage does not make it clear that new sign-ups or day passes are not available after a certain hour due to the absence of a manager. Clear communication—both on signage and from staff—would help avoid misunderstandings like this in the future.
Ive been members for a long time, and we understand that not every employee may have all the answers. But in this case, it felt like the employee was overwhelmed and unsure, frequently apologizing instead of providing any clear direction. When my wife asked how much a monthly membership would cost, the staff member simply replied, “I’m sorry, I don’t know,” and said we couldn’t sign up because a manager wasn’t present.
At no point did we say we didn’t want to join. In fact, we were inquiring specifically about doing so. It’s concerning that the intention was misinterpreted, and even more troubling that the word “sneaky” was used to describe us when we were simply asking questions and expressing interest.
My suggestion is to ensure that there is always at least one knowledgeable staff member on duty who can confidently speak with potential members, even outside of regular sign-up hours. And perhaps update your signage to reflect any limitations more clearly.
I hope this gives you a better understanding of what happened. I value the gym and the time I spend there, and I’d like to continue feeling comfortable and respected in that environment.

I'd give it negative reviews if I could. Decent gym but had life event and had to move and couldn't use membership anymore and nothing I do or anyone I've talked to will help me get out this contract. I signed up online and didn't even realize I was signing a 3 year agreement. ( my fault for not reading fine print) total rip off and the gym i went to been under construction for over 2 years now when I first signed up they said it be done soon

I submitted my cancellation request on February 28th, 2025 which is well within the contract terms that allow cancellation via email at any time. Even though I went above and beyond by providing two forms of proof of relocation (which the contract doesn’t even require), I was told my refund request was denied with the excuse that one of my documents was “barely received.” That’s simply not true.

Since then, I’ve continued to be charged monthly after cancellation, with two charges pending for July. I’ve made every effort to communicate clearly and comply with any requests, but the responses have been slow, inconsistent, and deflective, shifting blame instead of resolving the issue. At this point, it’s hard not to feel like I’m being intentionally ignored.

This is unacceptable. I’m asking for immediate attention to this matter, and for my refund to be issued for the months charged after cancellation. I truly wanted to resolve this privately, but I’ve been left with no other option.

This is my favorite gym! I love all the mirrors and the ability to look out of the window in between sets. The cardio theater room is excellent for escaping the reality of my heart rate as I enjoy a great movie. The gym is very well kept, which makes my workouts even more enjoyable.

I've been a member at Everybody Fitness since they bought out Premier Fitness. I enjoy multiple facilities they offer. Every location is clean, and they have a good variety of free weights and machines for a good quality workout. I will always be a member of Everybody Fitness, and it's 24/7 at some locations.

Ryan is a fantastic gym manager. The facility has best Sauna and Lockeroom out of entire franchise. Has cardio theater. Has Daycare. Tons of equipment.

Contracts for 3 years, which is an outdated billing system. Just be ready and u derstand. This is the only downside to this chain.

All the negative reviews are for billing. Shoot them an email and they might work with you on case by case.

Otherwise this is the place you want to gym in the Dayton Miamisburg area for sure.

After three years of being here, I wanted to finally share my experience with one of the most greedy and selfish businesses I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Not only was I tricked into signing a three year contract, no representative told me that I was signing up for three years, but I have met and talked to several other members of not only my local everybody fitness but other locations who have been in the same position. Upon finally being released, and wanting to go month to month but not right away, I found out that if I cancelled, I would have to sign another contract, who cared if I had just been granted the ‘right’ to month to month, if I canceled, even for a month or two, it was as if my three years of buisness meant nothing. Today, when I went to cancel, they decided they wanted an extra month of pay ‘per the policy’ despite the fact that today is July 22, and the charge for August is not until the 16th. So I’ll be charged on the 16th of August for a membership I no longer want, purely so they can have an extra $22.

Equipment is decent (although pretty old) but what I hate about this place is they trap you in a contract and don't care if you've gotten divorced and moved over an hour away, they will force you to send proof of the new address, and if you happened to move into someone else's house and do not have any official documentation for it, they will force you to get a NOTARIZED affidavit (?) from the people you live with as well as a pay stub with your new address. If you don't provide this, you either have to just keep paying your monthly dues until the end of contract or there is something called a "buyout amount" where they make you pay extra money to exit the contract. It's a gym you guys, not a serious commitment, and it's deeply irritating that even though I already have a million other things on my plate, now I have to go to a bank to get an affidavit notarized by someone and figure out a different type of other document because my paystubs are exclusively online and do not include my address. Huge waste of my time and money, would recommend going to literally any other gym before going to this one. It's a scam and they know it and don't care.

In comparison to planet fitness, it’s a step up. In comparison to any other gym, it’s mediocre at best.

If you want to run indoors on a treadmill, this isn’t the place. All the treadmills are old and the belts are beyond worn. Not to mention they’re old.

A nice array of weight lifting equipment and the cables go beyond 90lbs. Nice free weight selection as well. However, weights for any of the machines are hard to come by. Mismatched and scattered. You have to hunt, no one puts anything back.

Cleanliness: 5/10. It’s not disgusting, but it could use work. Some days it smells like pure cat urine in here, other days it smells like musk, the windows fog and there is no air flow. Imagine 30 sweaty people in a stale room.

The body weight/sled room. Almost every single yoga ball is deflated. If you want to stretch your spine, there is one foam roller and about 12 half deflated balls. I honestly couldn’t tell you if the floor has ever been swept or mopped in here which is so gross considering there are two mats. Bring your own or sit on the nasty floor.

For the price each member pays, the fact this gym as no pool and it smells like cat urine, the equipment should not be lacking to this degree. Wonderful potential, extremely minimal effort to improve anything.

I have to let everyone know that the owner of this gym supports our military. After a 19 yr olds mistake of not canceling a membership after enlisting and joining the Navy, the owner waived the few months that were not used and all other fees. Pam at Rise Financial was great to deal with and resolved this issue. Took a little time but once the owner was contacted he waived everything. Thumbs up for 🇺🇸 @ Everybody fitness!

Absolute worst memberships plans. Initially they tricked you into a 3 year, now they don’t lie, but, they offer nothing else. Making up claims about sneaking people in, changing rules without telling their members, constantly broke machines, staff are inconsistent, don’t have answers to questions, and on top of it all,

I tried to sign up here years ago perhaps it was 2017. I walk near this place when getting exercise. Its close by many apartment communities. It would be ideal location. It was beginning of the year when they were offering a cheap new years resolution thing. That brought me in. Turns out only a couple machines qualified for the promotion. A couple steppers and treadmills but also they said only during earlier hours. Basically im a night owl. I'm looking for midnight to morning hours. That didn't qualify and it seemed too many people who did use the promotion would all be trying to use the only handful of machines they said was for the promotion and during a short time window. So it seemed the whole promotion was unreal. Just a way to sell memberships. So I did say ok, what it the cost for someone who doesn't want to be limmited to just this handful of machines and wants to come in late hours. He said 3 year membership. I walked out. The only reason i'm leaving this review is was using google maps, remembered this. and was curious if anything has changed. noticed all the 'recent' reviews saying they were pressured or tricked into 3 years when trying to do a month to month or promotion. Feels like not much has changed and wanted to just add my 2 cents.

This is a fantastic gym! I stopped in to everybody fitness while traveling and was met by really nice staff. The equipment is good and there is plenty of it. LOTS of options for different muscle groups and plenty of cardio equipment. Overall, a really good place to work out.

It was an okay gym, functional but needing renovations, and the sauna was in-operable more often than it should have been. I moved out of state, and it was a total nightmare trying to get them to cancel my membership. A contract is a contract, but I was assured at the start that if I moved to an area without a gym, they would end the contract/billing with no issues. Yeah, that didn't happen. Two years in, I moved out of state, where I was living already had the utilities in their name. I offered to provide any other evidence they could need. Still, without a formalized utility bill, they more or less shrugged and said nothing they could do. I wouldn't accept a phone or internet bill. I was forwarded to the head of the billing department and again was met with apathy. I get that her job may not be enjoyable, but she needs to have compassion for people or quit. Please don't say there's nothing you can do about it; you run the billing department. Please work with me when I go out of my way to work with you on this. There's plenty of other verifiable proof that you can use to assess that one is not lying to get out of a contract. This is not a business directed by integrity. I have encountered these tactics from gyms in the past; when I ran that by the manager at the start, I was assured that it wouldn't occur, and it did. Yes, this burn-and-turn approach will give them a little extra money in the short term, but I have since discouraged several friends back home that were otherwise going to get memberships and will continue to. Hopefully, they change their business practices or go out of business. This is not an ethical organization. Go to the YMCA or another gym that offers month-to-month or one-year contracts and treats their members ethically and respectfully.

To say the least, the one-star reviews are accurate. Despite directly stating that I wanted to do month-to-month payments at signup, I was told that I cannot cancel my membership due to the fact that I am in a 36 month contract. I came in to do a trial and was pressured immediately into simply signing up for a membership. I saw no signs of a 3 year period in the agreement I signed, and have found that such details were printed only on the forms given to me after I payed and signed. At NO point was I made aware of any prolonged obligation. Stay far away from these people, I should have believed 7 years of bad reviews.

A solid choice if you’re looking for a gym in the area. They have all the equipment you need, whether it be cardio or weights. Plenty of leg machines and squat racks available. I signed up for what I thought was a trial membership, went for a visit and found most of the equipment was broken and decided not to pursue membership.
Months later I found they were still charging my card. I have never received key cards and never had access to the gym. A year later they are still sending me harassing phone calls and threatening to take me to court unless I pay them for a three year membership.
I have sought recourse through the company and through the Better Business Bureau with no avail.
This company is terrible.

Air has not worked in a month, today they had doors all propped up I had to deal with bugs flying on me while working out.
The woman’s bathroom is disgusting with no hot water, hair in the sinks.

If you're looking for a place to get your fitness on while traveling to Fairborn, OH or in the Dayton, OH area, you have to check out or join Everybody Fitness. I was in town for 2 weeks and found this place after the first. Other places were not available for me to check it out. I was about to give up because my Saturday was turning into a bust...then Google sent me here. Ryan met me at the door. I told him how I was here for a week more and looking to find a place to workout. He told me I could workout here for free since it's just a week. Right now, I am so sore from the variety of equipment (free/machinces)machines. If I was stationed here, I would definitely join

Newer and well maintained equipment, a good sized Sauna that gets hot (unlike most gyms’ saunas), and a very friendly staff and environment. I really enjoyed working out at this gym. I travel for work and it can be hard finding a good gym to lift. I walked in and explained that I was from out of town for work and asked if they offered a day pass. I was told don’t worry about paying. They allowed me to workout there at no charge for the 2 days I was in town. They offer hammer strength, precor and other nice equipment. Highly recommended gym!!!!!!

My review is a 1 star due to the following:
I signed up for this gym a few months ago, and the employee at this facility had me under the impression that I was signing a month to month agreement and that I could cancel for free at anytime. Unfortunately I found out today that he signed me up for a 3 year contract with the gym. The only way out of it ASAP is to pay 80% of my remaining contract, become disabled, or move out of a 25 mile radius from any of their facilities. If the employee had told me I was signing a 3 year contract I would have declined, but I feel that I was deceived. I never received an email confirmation about my signed agreement, so I was also never given the chance to cancel the membership within the allotted 3 day grace period after signing up.
Now I am stuck in a contract until 2024 that will cost over $800 upfront to cancel immediately, if I didn’t feel as though I was tricked, I would not be so upset.
Part of it is my own fault for not thoroughly reading the papers I was signing, but I was under the impression they were only for the purpose of contact information/insurance.
As far as the facility goes, it is rather nice and clean. Although if you plan on Deadlifting there is only 1 platform and it is extremely unlevel and has a downward slope so good luck deadlifting. Also there are three squat racks, one of them also being unlevel similar to the deadlift platform.
With how this franchise handles contracts and cancellations, I don’t see myself ever recommending this place, shady salesman ruined this experience for me.

This gym use to be good but it's rapidly declining. The parking lot is like driving on the surface of the moon. Equipment is constantly broken down, weights are rusty and old, nothing is ever put away and the "24hr" aspect is false advertisement. During holidays and other times they will have the doors locked and you will not be able to badge in. Good luck doing cardio as very few of the treadmills work and some of them appear to until you get started and they randomly skip on you. For the price of a membership here I would suggest going elsewhere until they either renovate or change up the staff.

I like this gym, I would like it even more if they put a proper punching bag in there. A good sized bag that hangs off the wall. Like they have in the Miamisburg gym and Kettering gym.

This gym is the best gym I have seen in Fairborn since The Holiday Health Spa closed back in the 1980s. Great mix of people, beautiful locker rooms (remind me of nice casino bathrooms in Vegas), and abundance of weights and equipment. Spacious and clean. Highly recommended!!!!

It’s a nice gym BUT!! be prepared to pay a kidney and a heart to get out of membership if moving out of the area. I’m in the military, got deployed, forgot all about my bill here and then all of a sudden I get a call getting cursed out about this membership. PLEASE Check out planet fitness, LA fitness or any other gym before SIGNING OVER YOUR LIFE to this gym. If you end up immobilized they do not care… they will send your bill to collections and mess up your credit for things you can’t control

I have been going to the Fairborn location for a few months now, and was going to look into getting my boyfriend a membership, and the person in charge was extremely rude and aggressive. Also, I have experience rudeness from other members as well. Apparently "Everyone's Fitness" is not for "everyone". I regret paying for a year up front and have no intentions in continuing my membership after it expires.

My initial experience is left above. I left that review the day i signed up. I was glad to see that they offer month-to-month memberships because I was in the area for only a month. However, what they don't make clear is that they require 30 day notice to cancel their membership. When I went up to the front desk to cancel they gave me a phone number and when I called they informed me of this policy. When you sign up they give you 5 pages of fine print.. make sure you read that because they will stick to that. Even though the document is given to you after you've signed up already. And don't expect anyone at the front desk to inform you of these policies.

REALLY good gym. I stopped in from out of town and was expecting an entire sales pitch in order to get a 1 day pass. The guy working welcomed me in, gave me a free pass for the day, and didn't try to sell me on anything. The equipment is really good with a lot of options, and the people were friendly. There are a lot of free weights, a lot of machines, and a good variety of cardio equipment.

Love this place. Charlie Betty are super friendly, they always welcome me into the gym, and I often see Charlie cleaning and keeping the place nice. Love the fact that there is tanning, a sauna, and a theater room to watch while riding the bike. It’s always more affordable than I thought it would be. I have been to anytime fitness, and LA fitness and it’s cheaper than both, with more perks. Definitely recommend it!

Best gym anyone could go too! Cleanest gym you could imagine! Never noticed a dirty spot in the locker rooms ever! Clean facilities and never any problems! Staff is the best around! I’ve been fortunate enough to visit all the everybody fitness locations and the Fairborn location is by far the best. Big open area. Abundance of squat racks benches, and cardio machines. You’ll never wait around for something to open up. Love this place. Awesome daycare and the staff is amazing.

The best part about this gym is the fact that you do not have to wait for a machine. They have enough. My last gym I would wait 10, 20+ minutes for some Instagram wanna be fitness model to get done taking the perfect picture for their post. All the while my heart rate is slowing. The Staff is helpful and not trying to get you to take their paid training options. Glad I tried them out and ignored the negative reviews.

I have been going to everybody fitness for 2 1/2 years and I can say it is the best gym I have ever been to. All of the safe are great. It feels like a big family when you walk in. I love that the gym is 24 hour access. The staff is super friendly and really care about their members and how the gym operates. I enjoy coming to this gym my 5 to 6 days a week. I love that it is 24 hours most of the time and how I feel safe with the key entrance on the outside because I go at 430 am some of my days. The updated inside is nice, clean, and modern. The staff does a great job being positive and friendly to all of us on a daily basis.

We have been looking for a gym like this for years. They have an extremely knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help and explain any piece of equipment they have. The atmosphere is awesome and everybody we have ever talked to is courteous and respectful, they are always willing to help with our needs and answer all questions. The best part is they are open 24hrs a day and this definitely helps with our flexible daily lives so we have a place to go workout anytime. I especially felt more secure when I realized the doors lock at night and you can not enter without a membership. I would recommend this Fitness center to anyone I meet and am excited to be somewhere that the whole family can enjoy.

In my opinion, this is the best gym in the Dayton area. it is never overcrowded, so you can keep the intensity of your workout up without having to wait on machines, benches etc. The gym is also very well managed by the Jon and Tarik. its a 24 hour gym with very nice machines and free-weights. I love the fact that everybody fitness is so convenient not to far from home and is open 24hrs, I am able to get my work out in early in the morning before work. They have a great selection of weights, both free-weights and machines. A fantastic selection of cardioachines with even a theater room where you can enjoy a walk and a movie. Do not sign up for their contract! As you can see everybody in the reviews have the same issues so you know I’m not lying First off, they will not let you out of your contact! I have been trying to get out for three months, everytime it’s something new with them. I gave them everything they’ve asked for due to me relocating early because of covid-19. Every month they take money out of my account, it’s so irritating that I have to keep explaining myself to these hooligans. When I signed up, I asked IS IT OKAY TO BREAK THE CONTRACT DUE TO RELLOCATION With no problem, he said yes! Especially because he knew I was a college student about to graduate I could only do a year of the contract but they insist on taking money out my account. I- I just don’t see how they are even still charging people anyways especially due to the fact that people got one 1200 check they’ve had to live off of for the three months they’ve been unemployed. On top of the fact, they were CLOSED the whole time and still charging my card! This gym is so damn inconsiderate and it’s sad.

I'm a disabled combat veteran I was injured in Iraq twice and after years of recovering i was going to give the gym a try. I made it very clear to the gentlemen in front three plan and details of trying it out but unfortunately he didn't listen he signed me up with a 3 year contract that everybody fitness will not let me out of, after explaining multiple times that i was unable to continue to work out due to advice from my Dr they said they would need proof so i turned in a paper that they mysteriously lost and now of course will not stop billing me until I've done this again. Plus everytime i call and ask for a supervisor, i talk to a call center and they say it's a supervisor. It's just all a bunch of games to get your money anyway they can. THANKS EVERYBODY FITNESS FOR HOW YOU TREAT OUR SOLDIERS ESPECIALLY OUR INJURED ONES HATS off guys
