Update: I chose to add a star, going from 4 to 5, to honor the management at this location: it is cleaner than any of the other 3 EBF locations I frequent. MUCH cleaner, like no hidden hairs or lint in the crevices of the machines in addition to the other obvious surfaces that most people focus on. They are paying attention and going the extra mile here!

Here is the remainder of my original review: This location is a little small, however, EBF doesn't make it official policy to endanger women by allowing men to use the women's locker and restroom facilities. Therefore, EBF is definitely preferable to Planet Fitness down the street. The 3 year commitment is undesirable, but all the people who complain about it on Google and give them 1 stars ought to read what they sign before they sign it. All things considered, EB Fitness is the best gym in the area.

P.S.: Jesus is Lord and every knee will bow! Know Him, and get right before you leave this fallen planet, or He returns once and for all to judge the living and the dead! To God be all the glory! Amen.

I’ve been an EBF member twice, & the reason I returned is because of the experience Amanda Emrick creates. When I relocated over an hour away, she helped me cancel with no hassle, & even explained the pause option (which I really appreciated in the circumstance I was in). As SOON as I was able to start spending more time in Huber Heights again, I rejoined - I’ve had zero regrets.

I’ve been to almost all of the surrounding Everybody Fitness locations and this is the preferred one by far! The manager Amanda goes above and beyond to tend to her members and the gym; easily reflected with this being the cleanest location. I joined only a few months ago but I’m very pleased with the level of care that is put into the gym. I was weary about the 3-year membership due to being military but she carefully explained the terms. Highly recommend!

I go to everybody fitness in Troy and decided to give Huber heights co-ed gym a visit! So far I was greeted with kindness and enthusiasm from Amanda emrick which is a great first impression!

So far I’ve noticed the mens bathroom/locker room looked great and the equipment looked well maintained and up to date for use! Wasn’t too hot inside which is great! Also the workout equipment was very well spaced out for the size of the facility! Will be returning again!

Ms Amanda Emerick is one of the most kindness person I ever met. I work for the United breast cancer and she was nice enough to let us set up here and she even helps us as well. The gym is very clean and my first day in I got a membership. I would recommend this gym to everyone

There’s no get out of the contract unless you pay a bunch of money. Once you sign that paper they got you. It cost around $200 to cancel your membership. It is a scam and a money trap. It’s not that big.

Everybody fitness is a scam. Even after you give them a hand written letter like they ask and wait the 30 days for them to charge you one last time confirming cancelation they will contact you through email or phone call and harass you about money you owe lmao they are a bunch of crooks and everyone should go join a different gym!

Had a wonderful experience here. Jacob was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my son and I feel right at home. The gym itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a positive, supportive atmosphere. Maintenance staff were even proactively replacing bench and seat covers. Highly recommend!!

I didn’t think i’d have to read over an actual gym membership contract considering i only go a few times a week just to stay healthy. tried cancelling for months, lawyers says that’s how these god awful scamming companies that are absolute JOKES run their business

GREAT FACILITY, smallest of the franchise chain. 24/7 access. They do close down a couple times of the year, but that's normal for most 24/7 gyms.

No Sauna here, but Fairborn nearby has best franchise Sauna.

Friendly onsite staff. This site has a tiny gym but down the road os the franchise all female gym.

Contract is for 3 years, which is an outdated billing system. Just be ready and u derstand. This is the only downside to this chain.

All the negative reviews are for billing. Shoot them an email and they might work with you on case by case.

Otherwise this is the place you want to gym in the Dayton Miamisburg area for sure

Terrible gym owned by terrible people. The only reason it has so much business is because it’s one of the only gyms in Huber Heights. Terrible non-contract prices. They also think they are entitled to advertise by littering their useless pamphlet ads on private property.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM!
First of all they make you sign a contract, verbally stating that you can "cancel anytime".
Second, little did you know you are in a 3-year contract and literally can not cancel the membership unless you die or become disabled. You are also told to check the box for automatic renewal as a part of the process, not as an option.
So yeah, DO NOT! Use any other gym but this one.

The atmosphere here is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly and helpful with the understanding of how to honor members, I love coming here now; and even when I get my silver sneaker membership I plan to stay here, though it would be nice if you could let us seniors use that here. It’s worth it to me.
The facility is cleaner then ever before it even smells good no more mildew smells and just generally well kept,

They play the music waaaaaay too loud for it to be such a small place. I hear it through my headphones and it always throws my workout off a bit. Plus I go when no one is in the gym so there’s no one to ask if they could turn it down a bit. Crazy because everyone in the gym when I’m there has on headphones so it’s like they have to music set to try and drown out our own music or whatever we are listening too. Not to mention it’s not even goo music -_-

Coming from an LA Fitness in Houston, I was used to a gym that is always ultra crowded, people videoing themselves, weights left everywhere, dirty machines and a lot of inoperable equipment.

Everybody Fitness was nothing like that. The equipment works, it’s well-maintained and clean, and it’s NOT crowded or full of people making Tik Toks. The weights are all where they are supposed to be. There’s a lot of equipment, machines, and free weights. Plenty of cardio options as well. Apparently there are eight of these in the Dayton area and members can go to all of them with a $30/mo membership. And they’re all open 24 hours a day.

I would definitely join this gym if I lived here.

We went on a Sunday morning. It was very quiet. There's a big variety of machines. The machines old, but they look and feel well maintained. The music is good so you it's not a problem if your headphones run out of battery. The locker rooms are clean.
