The teenage instructor my daughter had was way too timid to be doing this. She would give them initial instruction and then just stand there giving no further direction. As a result of this I pulled my daughter out in June.
July comes, I get billed, call, and get told she’s off the list.
August comes, same story AND was told I’d get refunded the last 2 months. Refund never came.
Yesterday comes, billed AGAIN. $201 later with a refusal of a refund. Would never recommend

I cannot express the gratitude I have for the team members who coordinate the birthday parties. From the first phone call to the end of my son's party, they were astounding! Erin was usually the point of contact, and she answered every question, even if I asked them a thousand different times or ways. They set up a bounce house and did an obstacle course for the kids, but the foam pit was the big hit. When they say they set up and clean up, THEY MEAN IT! They set up the cupcake stand, put the balloons everywhere, put out the little goodie bags, the tables were amazingly done—everything! They had great communication throughout the entire party to make sure things were going as we planned and helped when things were a little stressful, but when you have 25 kids running around what mom wouldn't be stressed. I cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. It is an amazing service for the price, and most likely we will be returning next year for my son's birthday.

I can not express enough how much I love Exceleration Gymnastics Center. My daughter is only 15 months old, but they do such a great job with younger kiddos! It allows her to work on her motor skills and interact with other kids her age. I cannot recommend this enough to other toddler moms.

The Jungle Gym is sooooo adorable. Everything seemed very clean and the equipment seemed sturdy and well made. My 2 year old had a blast, I wish the classes were maybe 15 minutes longer for the price, but also because it's SO MUCH FUN! Can't wait to come back!!

Teachers are extremely disrespectful and treat the gymnasts like they are nothing but a piece of dust. I’ve taken my child to many places to take gymnastics but this is absolutely unacceptable and I will not allow my daughter to receive this level of disrespect. My daughter got a new coach and both times she went she has came back crying. These coaches obviously pick and choose who they want to help. My child has not learned anything new from her time being there. I will no longer be taking my child here unless you find better staff or train them how to act when they work with young children. I expect a response immediately.

My daughter comes here twice a week. One day is for tumbling and one day is for gymnastics. We’ve been coming for a few months now. I love this place a lot and definitely recommend it. It’s diverse, spacious, the staff is friendly and treats everyone like a big family. It’s ran and operated by the owners and their adult children. Haven’t had a bad experience yet since she started coming.

Slowwwwww kids are not taught any new skills they do the same thing over and over again. They get bored and un-encouraged to learn anything. They are allowed to practice routines sloppy each two time they get to practice!! Practice is meant to perfect your routine not walk thru and learn where you should be landing, facing, arm movements and floor skills. This place is terrible at teaching floor! We left and went to a new gym now they learn and focus on new skills every 6 weeks and continue to build new skills weekly. She’s doing aerials, and so much more floor work and learning new things every week. This place has them do hour long conditions while they sit on the floor and the kids aren’t learning any new skills!! Do not waste your money go somewhere that they actually coach you and teach you gymnastics!! Not a place that barely teaches them the minimum and never introduce new skills or help them achieve any goals week after week!!!

Reached out and I was ignored, I had only one experience and it wasnt pleasant. I Was refused a refund to an event that my kids didn't even attend due to the unsafe environment when I walked in.Noone had masks on at this sleep over event and it was extremely overcrowded. I decided to leave after 5 min when I heard and seen this women coughing uncontrollably with no mask. There was no way i was leaving my kids there Covid is very real!!!

Don’t listen to Theresa! This place has everything you and your child can dream of! The staff never fails to welcome my daughter with open arms, especially the wonderfully helpful, short haired, ANGELIC staff member (barista). I am beyond appreciative for their cleanliness and consciousness towards Covid protocol. Their classes are always engaging, active, and interactive—not to mention led by such a talented coaching staff. Their family oriented roots truly speak to me and motivate my daughter’s continued registration! You don’t want to miss out!

This is my daughter's 4th year at EGC and she absolutely loves it! The coaches are incredible & teach by repetition, fun, & positive reinforcement; which has been wonderful for my daughter's confidence. We’ve been going to this gym for 2 yrs now and we love the staff, and classes, everything.😀One thing that I’m always been so impressed with is how clean the entire place is. Our family recently attended a birthday party at this facility. Upon first entering, we were impressed and the staff was amazing(especially when handling the chaotic zip line). We were interested in potentially signing up our 3 daughters in various programs until we saw their ‘snack bar’. An “athletic facility” with a nourishment center that offered such utter garbage was nothing less than appalling. Slushees, candy, ice cream, pop...movie theaters have healthier foods with less preservatives, dyes and animal products. What a poor example for children that are serious about this sport and taking care of their health. EVERYTHING else was top notch, please consider replacing your candy store with a healthy smoothie/juice bar.

I haven’t taken classes here but I rated it to ask a question, I’m 13. I used to do gymnastics but quit at level 3 when I was 10. I still have all my skills on floor (but my forms not as good) but I don’t have anything left on bars or vault. Is it to late to start again? And is there any way I can have privates and move up fast? Or should I not start again

We had an awesome experience with our daughters birthday party. They set up, clean up and keep the kids entertained, there is nothing for you the parent to do but watch your child having the best of time with their friends. My daughter has been really happy at Exceleration for the past year in the recreational program. We love the coaching, small class sizes and the way the classes are organized by ability level. This definitely isn’t the closest gym to home for us, but we’ve stayed there because we like it so much!

Both of my children (3 and 6 years old) attend classes here. They love going to class each week and we have seen progression in their skills. The classes help them learn skills but the instructors also make it fun.

Exceleration is the place where my son broke his arm trying to backflip unsupervised and untrained into the foam pit (he landed on his neck/shoulder on the pit's edge and could have broken his spine instead). The instructor knew he was over there attempting it and didn't intervene and make him join the class on the floor. After the injury they didn't call me and let me know. When I picked him up he was huddled in the entryway doubled over his broken arm sobbing - no icepack, no coach in sight. He said the coach had urged him to get out of the foam pit and stop crying so loudly because it was distracting to the other kids. We had an expensive hospital visit that night and missed work and school the next day. Thank God it was only his arm and not his spine or skull.
The gym went on to keep the money I'd paid for membership that month and refused to stop billing me for several more months subsequently. When I complained they offered me a credit for another class. They also never produced an incident report for what happened, and the coach later lied to management about the story he recounted to me the same night it happened.
I wouldn't send an enemy's child here.

Me and my friends got kicked out for calling the gymnasts retarted which we never did and we did something we weren't aloud to do and didnt know about it and then they kicked us out with no refund I got a trampoline and ten bucks thats it I decided to spend my ten bucks here but they would not give us a refund

Loved this place for my toddlers classes. They have a dedicated little kid gym with all the real equipment. Coach Tabi is wonderful with the little kids, and we did have a few different coaches but she by far is my favorite! Wish the gym was closer because we'd still be taking classes, but it's quite a drive from us.

This gym has come sooo far! If you haven't been to this gym within the last year then you need to. We have an awesome coaching staff and an amazing facility. We host birthday parties for anyone, we host 3 gymnastics meets a year, we have a camp that we do in the summer and we also do competitions for our littler gymnasts (League) so please come in and enjoy this place with us!

I love it. I've been looking for a place for my daughter to do gymnastics for about a year. This place couldn't be better. She loves the coaches, and even after about a month, she still has this big smile on her face when she walks in.
