I’ve been training with Kevin for 2+ years now. I’ve had numerous trainers in my life and he is by far the best and the most knowledgeable. He is also the most engaged in my well-being and fitness level compared to everyone else. His gym offers great privacy and his pricing structure is the best in the business. Needless to say, I am in the best shape of my life thanks to him. πŸ’ͺ🏼

My partner and I have regularly trained with Kevin for a long time, and I can’t say enough great things about him. He pushes me to improve my strength with every session. His amazing, positive attitude and energy provide a supportive environment to work out while also having fun. He keeps the workouts interesting and dynamic, adding new exercises regularly. I have seen a material difference in how I feel physically and mentally as a result of working with Kevin, and very highly recommend him!!

I have had a great experience working out with Kevin for the past eight months. I didn't have a lot of exercise experience and had never lifted weights or gone to a gym before starting at Experienced Fitness. Kevin makes working out fun. He is super easy to talk to and is very skilled at motivating you through the workout. I workout with Kevin 1-2 times a week and it has really improved my strength and how I feel. Prior to training with Kevin, I felt tired and out-of-shape and had trouble having the stamina to physically make it through my busy days (I am a teacher). Working out with Kevin has improved my life because I feel better and stronger. I feel motivated to keep coming back because it is a fun vibe and I can definitely feel the results. Kevin is a gem and a wonderful human and definitely exceeded my expectations of what working out with a personal trainer might be like. I highly recommend.

I've been training with Kevin for a few months and it has been a great experience. He's incredibly knowledgeable and will meet you where you are in your fitness level. Training with him is just the right balance of challenging and enjoyable. He is also super flexible with scheduling and goes above and beyond to accommodate what time you have. I have held off on trying personal training in the past as it seemed intimidating for a beginner like me, but Kevin has made it a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend!

I have been working with Kevin for over a year now. During the initial pandemic, I stopped going to my normal gym. After I learned that Kevin had set up his own gym I was excited to work with him again. He is a highly motivating, positive person, and will work to get you the results that you strive for. He explained every exercise before doing them, demonstrated if they were new, and spoke to how it built or worked on the body. I would recommend him to anyone, from beginner to advanced. He takes precautions with face coverings and thoroughly cleans the equipment after a session. He will work with you to make your workout the most fun and most productive it can be!

Kevin is a fantastic trainer who really knows his stuff from both a practical and academic perspective. Also, this gym is easily the safest place to go workout during a pandemic: air is circulating from the outside, masks are worn, and he wipes down all the equipment between clients.

I've been going to gyms and working out with personal trainers off and on over the years but it has always been difficult to stay motivated as I wasn't seeing the results or meeting the goals that I had set for myself. After meeting Kevin and getting a few workouts in I knew this was different. Kevin does an exceptional job of getting to know you and helping you set goals and understand how you can meet them. He then creates a custom program specifically for you to reach your goals. The workouts are structured to keep your body guessing so that you are always improving and moving closer to your goals. He has a wealth of knowledge in personal training and body mechanics and is more than happy to share that knowledge along the way to ensure you have proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury. On top of all of this I believe that Kevin is a great individual who genuinely wants to help you meet or exceed your goals and always provides great encouragement to help keep you motivated. I would highly encourage anyone to give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
