My passion is to motivate and inspire you. To teach you that a healthy lifestyle is worth all the work you put into it. All fitness levels welcome. Open to men and women

Sophia is top-notch in every way! She really cares about helping you be your best and making sure you are using proper technique so you will not injure yourself while you build up your strength and fitness level. She is very supportive in every class!

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Sophia, the owner of Extreme Pump It Up Fitness. She is fabulous at what she does. She cares for her clients and wants them to succeed in all their fitness goals. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants a personal environment with a lot of support from others with similar goals. I have been taking fitness classes here for almost two years now. Sophia and her instructors are all amazing and really put a lot of effort and fun into their classes. I am not someone who ever used to enjoy working out, but I decided to make some lifestyle changes and I'm glad I did. I look forward to going to class each week and always feel like I get a great workout. The monthly pass is a great value - you can take any of the classes offered by Sophia as many times a month as you want. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a fun, challenging, and non-judgmental fitness center.

I love the classes offered here! Sofia is an awesome instructor! She makes class fun and she is attentive to everyone making sure our form is correct. I originally planned on just taking zumba classes but signed up for the monthly pass to also attend the Body Pumping classes as well. I haven't worked out in awhile and I felt really comfortable in these classes! Definitely recommend!

Sophia is the bomb!! Her classes constantly challenge you and the results are amazing. Sophia has help me reach personal fitness and wellness goals I've set for myself. I've seen improvements in my overall fitness since taking her classes. I would definitely recommend taking her classes.
