I started F45 Hyde Park this past March after having my daughter, & it’s hard to put into words how much this community has meant to me. As a new mom navigating postpartum life, every single trainer here has shown such genuine care... not just about fitness, but about me as a person. They’ve celebrated small wins, encouraged me on tough days, & helped me feel strong again, inside & out. The energy in the studio is contagious, the members are friendly & supportive, & the coaches go above & beyond to make sure you’re seen & pushed in the best way. I’ve never felt more at home in a gym. F45 Hyde Park has become such a special part of my routine & I truly look forward to every workout. Recommended to anyone thinking about joining!

If you are looking for a challenging yet motivating workout, this is the place. I found myself over the years avoiding joining a communal class based gym due to my own pride and finally gave it a try. Due to my career and changing schedule, F45 provides class times that fit my needs as well as concrete workouts and motivating coaches that help me to reach my active goals week by week. They not only offer a variety of workouts, but they also keep it interesting by implementing trials and challenges throughout the year!! This is a great place to challenge yourself while also finding a community to belong to and socialize with in and outside of the gym.

This is hands down the best F45 I’ve ever been to! The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in your progress. They take the time to work with you individually, make sure your form is right, and motivate you to push past your limits. For the first time since my gymnastics days, I’ve actually seen noticeable changes in my body—and that feels amazing. On top of that, the environment here is so positive. I've been searching for the ideal workout studio since my move to Cincinnati, and I've finally found it in F45 Hyde Park. After trying Orange Theory, Burn Boot Camp, and others, I was starting to think I'd never find the perfect fit. But F45 has exceeded my expectations in every way.

From my first class to my 10th, I've been consistently impressed by the variety and intensity of the workouts and instructors. The functional training format, combined with the high-intensity interval training (HIIT) elements, keeps me engaged and challenged. Each class is different, so there's never a chance to get bored or fall into a routine. The instructors, Trezden, Jon, Michael, Kara, Miranda, and Maia are all wonderful and will make you feel very comfortable no matter your current fitness level.
