Working with Coach Adrienne over the past five months has been a transformative experience in my health journey. From day one, she has demonstrated a rare combination of expertise, encouragement, and personalized care. I am so thankful to have found her - she’s truly a subject matter expert across so many areas, and I walk away from every conversation having learned something new.
When I began in March 2025, my diet consisted almost entirely of sugar, and my only form of exercise was excessive cardio, walking 6 miles a day and averaging over 20,000 steps. Coach Adrienne helped me completely shift my mindset and approach. Today, I’m eating nourishing, whole foods and fueling my body with more calories. I'm now strength training three times a week, and the results speak for themselves: I’ve lost inches, tightened loose skin, improved my posture, and most importantly I'm feeling stronger and healthier from the inside out.

The best personal training in the Cleveland area bar none. The individual attention you receive is not available at other gyms and you would be hard pressed to find any coach that has the knowledge of nutrition and fitness that the coaches here have. Have had absolutely incredible results in the 4 months I’ve been here and have had an absolute blast along the way. If you’re actually interested in obtaining and maintaining real progress and results related to your fitness goals, you should give FE3 a try.

My first visit and Adrianne is amazing at what she does. I have never been so comfortable with being uncomfortable! My legs are tiny but my coach is mighty! I'm so happy to be able to call a gym home. My Posture is already different from what I learned in the session. I actually learned proper technique for squats. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to learn from her. If you want somebody to inspire you, but also cheerlead for you. Check this place out.

Adrienne is extremely knowledgeable and isn't only able to help you achieve your fitness goals. Her expertise also allows her to pinpoint body imbalances/issues that cause aches and pains throughout the body.
