What an amazing community. I genuinely look forward to coming here every single week. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably kind, and absolutely hilarious — she brings the perfect blend of expertise and energy. All the girls in the studio are so sweet and supportive, and I have some of my best conversations of the entire week here. The environment feels uplifting, empowering, and real.
Most importantly, I’ve been coming for a year now, and while the workouts are challenging, they are so fun. I am in the best shape of my life — stronger than I ever imagined I could be — and my confidence is through the roof. This place has truly become my sanctuary. I am deeply grateful to Sarah for the love, joy, and happiness she has helped bring into my life. If you’re looking for a place that transforms both body and spirit, this is it.

I found Sarah about a month ago after moving up North from another city. Before I met Sarah, I was really lost and sad. I was doing some spinning classes before, but was at a standstill for my health when I was getting settled in from my move. I scheduled an appointment and completed one of the private training sessions with her. She was so sweet, kind, and funny!! I've never had a personal trainer, and I was intimidated by the equipment. However, Sarah made me feel at ease!! I felt super comfortable with her and was eager to jump on the machines.
Flash forward I ended up buying the HomeBody (Coached) program and it was the greatest decision I've made for my health and life! This program kept me accountable, and it was very high touch with Sarah. She took care of my nutrition, messaged/answered me throughout the program with any of my questions, and ALWAYS provided me with encouragement. Currently, I'm doing a second round of this program with a heavier set of weights. Sarah also showed me some before and after pics of myself and I do see a difference!! I'm excited to continue my journey with her!
Please, please, if you're feeling lost and tired of struggling with your weight/health, schedule with Sarah!!! She is so sweet, compassionate, and CARES! She also loves cats and that's a whole vibe because I'm a cat lady as well. (:

I have been working with Sarah for about 2 months and am so grateful to have found her studio! I love that the studio is women only- the sense of community she’s cultivated is really special. I love the structure of the small classes and the flexibility to book a workout outside of the scheduled training sessions! She really understands how to create programs specific to my personal goals. Couldn’t be happier to have found this space!

Training with Sarah is absolutely amazing! The energy she brings to her studio is something you won’t find anywhere else. The community of women is so welcoming and supportive, and from day one (almost a year ago now!) I’ve never once felt uncomfortable. I’ve learned so much, and my body has changed in the best ways. The workouts are challenging but always rewarding, and Sarah keeps them fresh by switching things up every month. I gladly drive 30 minutes, several times a week, because this place is truly a 10/10.

Sarah is AMAZING! Her program was just what I needed to get back on track after a miscarriage. The meal plans were amazing, the workouts were super challenging, but in the best way. I also appreciate her encouragement! I did the four week program, and my clothes fit better by the end of week three. I really just needed the diet, and the workouts were a bonus game changer.

Sarah has created such a warm, welcoming, non-intimidating environment that I actually look forward to working out! I'm not a fan of the typical gym atmosphere, but Sweat Studio is not that---it's a lovely group of women having fun and encouraging each other to be better. Since working with Sarah my blood pressure is significantly lower and my thyroid disease has become better managed (without additional medication). And Sarah is just the best. She is *that* girl---kind, supportive, hilarious, such a joy to be around, and truly wants the best for her clients.

I wish I could give Sarah and her studio more than 5 stars! Where do I even begin? I messaged her little over 1 year ago and I can’t remember life without her! Sarah’s welcomed me into her studio with open arms (along with all of the other ladies) and gave me confidence I never knew I had. She has gone above and beyond teaching me how to work out, eat right, and feel 100x better about myself than I ever have. She has helped me reach my goals and now we are creating goals I never thought would be possible.
Sarah isn’t like any other trainer I’ve ever been to. She keeps her classes smaller and intimate to give each client her full attention and goes out of her way to make sure every question is answered and we are working out properly. She makes sure all of our work outs are ready for us upon arrival and always greets us with a smile!
Sarah is reliable and made her passion a career and it truly shows in her day to day classes. She is always positive, helpful, kind, and an all around joy to be around. My only regret is waiting too long to message her and schedule a consultation! I am forever grateful for her and the amazing community of women she has welcomed me into! Sara and I go back a few years but
After having a difficult pregnancy, being very sick, and not working out during pregnancy . I lost a lot of muscle mass. Mass I had worked so hard for over the previous years. I knew I needed Sara again not only to be my motivation but to help me find my best and healthiest self. In whatever form that was. I joined her 12 week self guided booty building program and gained 2.5 inches in 12 weeks. )My custom nutrition plan ,along with 4 workouts a week tailored to my individual goals, has got me letting her post my picture! She’s the sweetest person you’ll ever get a chance to meet. She will help you discover the best version of yourself.

If you would've told me 6 months ago that I'd be HAPPILY waking up at 5 am to drive 30 minutes and workout 3x/week, I would have laughed. What can I say about Sarah Leon’s Sweat Studio… Sarah has changed my life! I used to come home everyday from work and have terrible lower back pain. Ever since I started working out with Sarah my back has felt better then ever! I wake up and come home from work everyday pain free. I am accomplishing more than I ever thought I could. Setting new PRs every time we have a one on one session. She is such a good motivator, instructor and she is so personable. Sarah is unbelievably qualified to do what she does and she truly loves helping people. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape, live a healthier life or just plain wants to better themselves!

Amazing trainer and true friend! Sarah goes above and beyond for her clients! I’ve been with her since February and lost both pounds and inches while still maintaining a normal lifestyle. I can’t say enough about Sarah, her workouts and her expertise. My typical workout was running three to four times a week. I was looking to switch things up and do some strength training and toning. I started with Sarah a few months ago and I’m hooked. I not only feel stronger, I’m so happy with my results and how it has impacted my running and overall strength. Sarah is a true expert, creating specific training plans each session based on my body type and needs. She literally pushes me so hard each week, in a good way. I have been to trainers before who have left me feeling like something’s lacking. Every time I walk out of Sarah’s gym there is NOTHING lacking. Thank god for Sarah!! I had been on the fence about going to a personal trainer for awhile, but finally decided that I would not ultimately meet my fitness goals on my own.
I got lucky in randomly finding Sarah through a Google search. She has the patience of a saint, is super knowledgeable, professional, and has really made me believe that I can do hard things. I love that this is a small, personal training studio that is totally customizable to your needs and goals.
If you are looking for a trainer, or are on the fence, I would absolutely recommend Sarah. It will be your best decision ever!!

I hated going to gyms. Every personal trainer I've worked with has either not kept up with my hip issues, pushes more than I could do, or just had a rude attitude.
When my friend recommended me Sarah, I was like let me try it out.
I HAVE NOT STOPPED GOING !!!
Real workouts with someone who not only respects my boundaries but customizes workouts to help improve my muscle deficiency.
She helped build my confidence to going to a gym, working out with a solid routine, and get to a healthier diet.

I have been training with Sarah since June of 2021 and have already achieved so many personal goals. I have tried many different trainers as well as gyms and have never experienced the training Sarah provides. She’s an absolute dream. So kind, funny, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. Sarah is an amazing trainer! She focuses and takes the time to understand each person, what will benefit them, and work with whatever equipment they have available. Ultimately, she helps them achieve their goals. She never judges and has you go at a pace your comfortable with. I would recommend her to anyone.
