F.H.I.I.T is a High Intensity Interval Training Facility. We specialize in Group Sessions. We are a very High Energy Facility with a powerful Vibe! We also provided 1 on 1 personal Training and Kids Fitness. We also have a designated area for those not wanting to do Group Fitness; they have free range to workout however they choose.

Awesome experience! They have great trainers. They really push you in a positive way. While also making you want to come back and push yourself to do more. The workout classes are easy to sign up for and really give your body a great workout. If you need to modify it you can. Very educative.

I started going to FHITT In January as part of a 3 month challenge. Love this place! The members are welcoming and friendly. The owner Kourtney and other trainers are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended!!!!

WOWβ¦!!! πͺππ« The new FHIIT center in Ashtabula is AWESOME!!! Intelligently designed, clean, and with just the right equipment for solid, full-body workouts. I got a tour with Kourtney one of the owners and trainers. Kourtney is the real deal! They tailor training to your specific body, goals, and ensure you get both cardio and full body strength training in a session. Plus, there is nutritional info included for a wholistic approach to produce, and maintain, a healthy lifestyle, high energy, and a sexy body. πͺπ πΈ FHIIT ROCKS!!!
