We had such a great time, only downside is we were rushed off the court 10 minutes before our time was up

Was fun until they allowed people to come in 20 minutes before our time was up and interrupted our game complaining how they have the court in 20 minutes but we were still playing on it. We paid $90 for 2 hours and got kicked off early with a side of death stares.

I love this place. It is really great for the LGBT community. The rooftop bar is really nice too and the bartenders are really friendly—especially Quan

This place does a horrible job explaining what it really is. I went in and I still don’t know. Is it a nightclub? A bar? A gym? What’s on the roof? Do I need a membership to even go into the place? Does the restaurant take reservations? Do I need to join I order to eat or drink there?? Very muddy.

We went there a little over a week ago and the food was at best adequate. The strange thing was that before we ordered the waiter askes me for a credit card to open a check. I gave him one and we both ordered a mac and cheese and an iced tea. The mac and cheese had a list price on the menu of $15.00 each. I did not notice the price of the iced tea. The waiter did not bring us a check he said that they were going paperless so I never saw a bill. He handed me a machine to issue a tip and I chose 20%. I expected that the charge would be around $40.00 but I did not really know. I was floored the next day when I checked my online banking and I had been charged over $88.00. I wrote a letter to the owner asking for an explanation; however, he never responded. Don't walk AWAY from this complex; RUN AWAY!
The owner has now made a statement after this posting. He never explains why he never responded to my letter. He stated that my next meal would be on them. However, i never intended on going back and I encourage everyone else to avoid this place. Run Away, Don't Walk!

Came in from out of town after hearing about this place from my friends so I was excited to see what the deal was. I saw some former employees from Bounce working there and got excited because I love Bounce when it was open, so I wasn’t worried at the time. It was a nice environment, everything brand new, etc. However, don’t go for the food. Our server was erratic and felt like something was going on with him. He was darting around and seemed very stressed out. He kept on forgetting simple things like our utensils, napkins, condiments, and gave us the wrong drinks twice. Our food took an unusually long time to come out and saw other people seated after us getting our food before us. When we DID get our food it was bland or tasted awful or bland. Other than that like I said, go for the drinks and go for the atmosphere.

I’m a positive person so I want everyone to keep in mind that as of this writing the Fieldhouse is/was fairly new and trying new thing. So the idea is fresh and so is the venue actually the venue I’d give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The SERVICE well everyone was charming and wanted to deliver a nice experience but a all seemed inexperienced. I have to remember we live in the new post Covid reality. The FOOD was good nicely prepared.
So why the 3 stars you ask, WELL everything and I mean everything I ordered was NOT available. From the drinks to the food I e salad (who doesn’t have Romain) then the soup. It was crazy ….so I would say go but getting want you want if 50|50.

The good: Very pleasant and tentative server. Julie got a chicken sandwich, very good. Julie liked the dressing and took my salad home.
The bad: Ordered soup and given a fork and knife. Ordered a Caesar Salad. Got a vinegar house dressing. Vinegar, I avoid like the Plague. They did not have any Caesar dressing.
I normally leave a 30% tip, not an option on the thingy. I left 22%, the middle option.

The complex is a work in progress. So far the building is very well done. While I don’t normally order pizza with a lot of toppings I chose that this visit. The pizza was so fresh, it was super good and a five star for them

The votes are in and the gays have it! The Fieldhouse is one of several new spaces by Studio West 117 where people can come for recreation and ingestion. Plenty of street parking and additional designated parking spaces as indicated on their web page. The driveway is a little unfinished, but the patio, restaurant, and rooftop bar are very much open for business and pleasure. Please note: all bathrooms are gender neutral so you'll be sharing stalls and urinals with individuals from across the spectrum.
Check the event calendar to plan your level of slay and sashay. Come early to grab a comfy seat close to the center platform. If you don't, worry not as it's likely the performers will make their way around the restaurant. Bring cash if you want to be even more participatory.
Service was a little chaotic as it was opening weekend and it took us a while for a server to make their way over by which time we had to figure out how to access the menu on our own. The menu is a little misleading as it seems like there are separate kitchens, but all food is ordered from a central place using handheld point-of-sale devices carried by the waiters. Fortunately the premiere menu isn't too long and consists mostly of pub food and randomly, paella. Drinks can be ordered from your server, the bar, or even the rooftop bar if you fancy a view.
GET THESE WINGS. The full Smoked Wings seem pricey, but they're full wings (drum+wing) smothered in an intoxicating blend of herby, garlicy glaze. Our other favorite was actually the Grilled Beef Paella. For pub food, the kitchen staff takes their meat seriously and the beef was cooked to medium, tender perfection. The pizza was a bit disappointing, but I've sunk to much deeper lows with pizza. Drinks are very affordable; in the words of our MC, "drink up and don't get f***d up".

The Studio West 117 complex is so much more than a bar or restaurant. There's a gorgeous roof top lounge, a courtyard with lawn games and climbing wall, a generous size gastro pub that can also hosts live shows, and a gymnasium with courts for kickball and more plus class rooms for small groups.
The food has been great with vegan and gluten free options. The brunch hash was SO good, refreshing cocktails, including a killer bloody Maria or bloody Mary of you prefer. The friendly service was appreciated even with all the crowds and opening event "controlled chaos". Come for a drag brunch, stay for the atmosphere and people watching.

An awesome location with lots to do and fun entertainment events posted. Looks like there is a lot of potential here. My first experience wasn’t the best though. Inconsistent messaging about reservation requirements, long waits and staff that made the experience feel rushed and processed. Looking forward to seeing their growth.
