Fit Body Boot Camp has such a wonderful environment, it truly feels like family! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with positivity and support. Ryan and all the other trainers are incredibly approachable and genuinely care about you, not just physically, but mentally as well. They make sure you’re doing okay both inside and outside the gym. I recently moved to Mayfield & I have been looking for a new gym. I’m always a bit skeptical joining a new gym because some places require you to lock in to a long term contract, which feels slimy to me. This gym doesn’t require that of you so that was a green flag from the start.
I decided to bite the bullet and signed up for my first session. I received a text from Ryan and he inquired about the goals I would like to achieve with a new gym & he invited me to my first workout.
It’s always a bit weird being the “new kid” in the room but I was greeted immediately by the coaches and they made me feel welcome.
The workouts can be a little tough but the coaches work with you to get the most out of the sessions. If you’re struggling with a particular station, they will show you a modification to the exercise so you can keep going.

Nice varied workouts ... workouts are bout 30 minutes and if you really push yourself for those 30 minutes you will continually burn calories well after the workout is over. Friendly trainers.

Im into my second week of the program and couldn't be happier. They exceed your expectations! All of the coaches are super nice and inviting, and so are all of the people who come here. They push you and test your limits with so much encouragement. It makes you feel accomplished every day. I felt so lost when it came to fitness and nutrition but now only 2 weeks in I feel like my lifestyle did a complete 180. I highly recommend this program

I’m a huge fan of this boot camp. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They care about me and my health as a person. I’m not just a number.
They offer numerous opportunities to work out each day and it’s easy to fit it into my schedule. The workout is only 30 minutes long- but it works out my whole body, and gets my heart rate up too. They also offer modifications of any exercise.
I’ve tried other gyms and fitness centers and haven’t stuck with them for one reason or another. The other places may be cheaper, but I never got the high quality workout that I get here.

I would recommend FBBC to anyone looking to get healthy and have fun. It’s a non judgmental, inclusive and supportive culture. Since joining Fit Body Boot Camp I have more energy than I've had in a long time! I am building endurance more and more as each week passes. I literally feel myself getting stronger and stronger! Not to mention, after 3 weeks I already noticed my clothes fitting better.

I have never joined a gym/bootcamp/exercise program before where I felt so comfortable, welcomed, and supported from the first day of my membership until the last day of my membership. The staff at Fit Body have the most AMAZING and COMPASSIONATE hearts and they really put their clients, FIRST!! The staff not only helps with the physical part but they also focus on and are concerned with the whole client (mental, emotional, external stressors, medical, and financial) which matters greatly and is very much appreciated. I’d like to thank you ALL for welcoming me into the Lyndhurst Fit Body Bootcamp family! I’m so grateful to be here and also very grateful for our friend, Michele, who referred me to you. When I recently reconnected with Michele who I hadn’t seen in 10 years, I was amazed at how wonderful and healthy she looked since the last time I saw her!! Beautiful and full of big energy inside and out!! And, of course, I asked HOW and she shared all the details and, the next thing I knew, I was signed up!
Although, I’ve done many types of classes over the years, I really love the format and strategy Fit Body Bootcamp uses because it allows me to get an amazing and effective full body workout in 30 minutes and I can come to a class everyday, if my body allows it. The 30 minute classes have been incredibly helpful for me not only physically but mentally as well. My 9-5 job is extremely stressful and I often feel exhausted at the end of the day. So knowing I have the 6 pm class waiting, where not only will I see friendly faces and be surrounded by good energy, I will be welcomed by the amazing, energetic, and helpful coaches who will guide me through the scheduled exercises for the day and allow me to free up my mind for the day and totally focus on letting go and getting healthy!! And, before I know it, 30 minutes are up and all the stress of the day has magically melted away! That right there
is worth its weight in gold!
Ryan, let me tell you … you all had me at “I got you!” You weren’t kidding. Thanks to you all at Lyndhurst Fit Body Bootcamp, I am back on my way of taking charge of my health all the way around!!!!

LOVEEE my Fit Body Family!!! I’ve tried so many different programs and gyms in the past and even different diet plans, but nothing sticked until I found Lyndhurst Fit Body. I love the workout, the friendship I’ve built with other boot campers, and Ryan and the coaches who actually know who I am when I walk in and CARE about me. They know me by name, they know my strength and limitations and they push me to be better every day. I’m stronger, more mobile, can go on trips and do more activities without feeling gassed. They teach me about how to make good food choices so I can still eat my favorite dessert and continue losing weight. I eat better now and don’t feel guilty with food. I still enjoy my little sweet treat every day. I also have a very good night sleep now which was something I struggled a lot before coming here. Ryan, Julie, and Alana are some awesome people and coaches. They push you to your max...but never to a point of injury. If there is chronic pain you have, they'll work around you such as my bad knee. No matter age, race, sex, or size...they work with you on cardiac and strength exercises. The results are amazing. Ryan definitely get you a good nutrient plan as well. As a man who weighed over 300lbs who couldn't do a single push up and plenty of health issues, I saw my life improved drastically in only 1 month of going to FBBC. After 10 months, I'm down almost 40 lbs! And this isn't starving or daily exercise. This is 30 min a day 3 times a week. With then nutrition plan and 3D body imaging..I can see my progress and compare from the time I started to currently. That's the biggest reward I think. I definitely recommend this place, a non-judgmental gym that are full of everyday people who has one common goal, that's to improve their health. A++ in my book.

I knew I wanted to be healthier and in better shape, but didn’t know where to start! I saw Fit Body Boot Camp every day driving and yet didn’t explore it until 1 month ago! And am I glad I did! I was a little skeptical at first as I am older and really didn’t think I could do most of the workout, but with the encouragement of Ryan and the team…. I committed!! After 4 weeks of 3 days/week I feel the transformation my body is going through! I have more energy, my clothes fit better and I feel better about myself! The staff is amazing, encouraging and very knowledgeable and willing to help everyone be their own person and progress at their own pace.. This is a great place to workout the classes are challenging, and you never get bored. The staff is great, professional, fun, and very easy to work with. Ryan and crew are AMAZING to work with! I was hesitant to join a group class setting for fear of not being able to keep up or feeling embarrassed or behind. But the coaches really care about making things work for each individual in the session by offering modifications or alternative exercises, gently correcting on form without judgment or condescension, and making sure to speak to every person by name throughout the entire time! I've struggled for SO long with staying consistent with my workouts and I finally feel like I've found a place that makes me excited to show up and put in the work. They celebrate both big and small wins and genuinely want you to succeed! I met with Ryan (owner) during Covid and he showed me around.. He made me feel comfortable enough to sign up and try the class. They kept us spaced apart and worked the helll out of us. FBBC have become my escape place. We get a great workout in 30 minutes and have fun doing it. Julie and Alana (coaches) are great and you meet some really great people that are a part of my life now. I have bad knees, an arthritic, painful right hip and degeneration in my lower right back, and never thought I could do something like this. The coaches at fitbody boot camp in lyndhurst are wonderful at modifying my routine to accommodate my injuries and make the program work for me. In just four weeks I've seen myself become more flexible and my range of motion has greatly improved. I know this will not happen overnight and look forward to my journey however long it takes. Babysteps, right? I'm committed to seeing this through knowing anything is possible. Ryan, Alana and Julie are truly amazing coaches and make it fun! I want to send a heart felt thank you to Fit Body!! I met with my endocrinologist yesterday. We reviewed my bloodwork and compared it to my bloodwork from September. I started my boot camp journey in July. I'm happy to report I'm no longer pre diabetic!!!! This was the main reason I made the major changes in my lifestyle. This has been hands-down the most amazing experience I have EVER had in a fitness any camp, and I have been to a few. Ryan and his team are so great at the fitness set ups and wonderful as coaches. I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know how supportive LFBBC is. I've recently tore my meniscus and am able to be back at the gym in my recovery stage because each of the trainers have offered me modifications that have allowed me to get a good workout without further injuring myself. I am so grateful for their kind and willing attitudes and their concern for me individually. If you've been wanting to try it and been on the fence I strongly recommend going. I started my journey with FFBC a year ago. I was a mess (still is not as bad)😆 I survived Breast Cancer and fighting daily! I joined to lose lbs and get my strength back. The weight is moving slowly. However I am much stronger than I use to be. The encouragement & support I receive from the team of coaches & 6:30 am class is Amazing! It has helped me move in the right direction! It can be challenging but I’m a WARRIOR! Ready for battle ❤️🩹

When I walked into BootCamp over 3 1/2 years ago I didn’t know what to expect. Exercise has never been part of my lifestyle. Needless to say I am still here and in the best shape of my life. Even ran a 5k in May and came in second for my age group. I never could have done it before FBBC. It truly is my family and I look forward to starting my days there! Ryan has done a great job of communicating, inspiring and hiring great coaches that keep me coming back.

Oh my goodness! I can’t believe I am going to type this - Julie and Alana actually succeeded in making me say publicly “burpees aren’t that bad”. The coaches are absolutely amazing, they recognize when I need pushed past my mental block versus just encouragement to keep going.. and it truly has been fun! Such an amazing fit body group no matter what session you go to! Very consistent culture you don't see everywhere. Highly recommend. If you can just push yourself into the doors you will never regret a workout with this Fit Family!

From the moment I stepped into this place I've felt encouraged to complete my journey for a healthy lifestyle. I've felt welcomed and included every step of the way. Due to my schedule being so crazy I have to take a break and I am so upset about it because each time I stepped into bootcamp my day afterwards was amazing. The team here becomes your family and you can feel that they truly care about your well being. It was about more than weight loss, they care about stressors in your life and getting to the bottom of your challenges. Lyndhurst Fit Body Boot Camp is more than a gym. It is an extremely supportive environment. I needed something that would hold me accountable and that I wanted to show up to everyday. Lyndhurst FBBC is just what I needed on my personal and fitness journey. I have always worked out, been an athlete, taught aerobics and spin, however, I needed more. Fit Body Boot Camp not only gives me a rock-solid daily work out, it also provides a place of inclusion. Whether it is the first time picking up weights, or training for an athletic event, Ryan Goldstein and his staff truly make it easy to accomplish any goal. The coaches, Julie, Alana, and Renee, make sure each patron works as hard possible and teaches proper technique during the 30 minute workout. Every session feels like you have your own personal trainer because the coaches are focused on your success. I highly recommend FBBC because in going there, you will build strength, build confidence and build a community you didn’t know you needed.

I joined FBBC almost a month ago and my experience has been awesome! I’m getting the nutritional guidance that I need and I love the flexibility in class times available. The people are really nice, the trainers are fun and super encouraging. People at this Bootcamp are at various stages in their health journey and I’ve never felt out of place or “behind” in my journey. I’m not shamed if I have to do a modified workout yet I am encouraged to push myself on exercises that I can do. I really love the atmosphere and believe I’ll be able to reach my goals using this program.

What can I say about Lyndhurst Fit Body Boot Camp " I should have tried this years ago". A little back ground about me and I'm sure many can relate to this. I spent many years trying to diet (Many diets) and would lose a few pounds and than gain them back. I also was a member of Planet Fitness going a few days a week, spending hours in the gym, signing up for different classes and I was lost. I felt that I was going to the gym jumping on machine after machine, getting no real guidance and wasn't motivated. There was also constant change in instructors. I found myself disappointed and saw no results. I remember being invited to a Gala at my job and after squeezing into a beautiful elegant gown I thought "I'm so over weight and I don't want to feel like this anymore" . I have rode pass Lyndhurst Fit Body Boot Camp 3 to 4 times a week for the past 2 years. I live 5 minutes away and I decided to inquire. As I talked to Ryan I became excited, motivated and felt that he truly wants you to be healthy . He motivated me and for the first time in years I felt supported in my struggle. I was nervous of course thinking can I really do this workout and yes one day at a time and you look up and say I'm stronger. It has only been a month and I see the improvement not just physically but mentally. I say if you have not tried it your missing out. The instructors Julie and Alana are great, not only are they great instructors they motivate you to push yourself because they know you can do it. It has been a life changer for me I hope it can be for you to.

The owner, staff and trainers are very supportive, kind, and provide a great 30 mins workout routine. You will feel how much they care and engaging interaction from the moment you sign up. I love the atmosphere 😍 this place is very clean and they are definitely practicing social distance which I love. This place is the only other place outside of the grocery store that I feel comfortable leaving my home for. The staff welcomed me with open arms and I feel better and better each day I go. They treat their members like family members not like we just have gym membership and they interact with us, every step of the way encouraging us, as we work out and they are right there instructing us, which keeps you from being bored, and they make the time of our workout go very swift, because they keep us laughing as we are working out. I love my family---Fit Body Boot Camp, it is my home away from home. I'm glad I found this gym, cuz they have been a blessing to me. This is the only gym that I have been to, that makes you feel right at home. They are very concern about your well being and they take the time to get into a personal relationship with their members as if they have been knowing you for years, and they take personal time with you, to find out how they can personalize your workout to accommodate your needs, for your health issues, you may be experiencing. Amazing people from the motivating coaches to the people you work out with. Before joining I really felt that I could not get back back to a consistent workout routine, but the staff have been so encouraging, supportive, and helpful with my diet.
