Coaches here are great. Put in your own hard work, and see the results. Structure, curriculum, workouts are here for you, and they work excellent! HIIT at its finest, "you can do anything for 30 seconds!"

Let me start by saying I'm the kind of person who has always been intimidated by the idea of going to a gym. Partly because I'm overweight, partly because I have no idea what I'm doing. But my experience at Sylvania Fit Body Boot Camp has been amazing! The coaches are incredible, and I actually look forward to going to class. I'm seeing some tremendous results after less than 2 months of being a member.

One of my favorite workout spots I've ever been too!! The classes are 30 minutes of blood pumping, heart pounding, energizing exercises! It's a different workout every class, working all the muscles of your body!!
